Fantastic experience: Nicole planned our 18 day trip to Italy. It was fabulous! We started in Rome for a few days then boarded a cruise for 10 days taking us all around Italy and then ultimately landed in Venice where we spent a few more days. Rome was quite busy ( Nicole warned us) well actually way overcrowded however we had the perfect hotel location, and were able to work around the crowds. Venice was spectacular! Nicoles, recommendation for an exquisite hotel put us in a lovely quaint neighborhood where we were only a few minutes walk to where all the sites were but able to get a true feel of Venice, the wonderful outdoors cafes and the people that live there. She also helped us with tours not associated with the cruise line and we had the best time. And a truly great perk, she arraigned private transportation whenever we were moving locations. Nothing like a private car waiting for you so you can sit back and relax while taking in the scenery as you arrive in your next location. Highly recommend her services!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to let you know our Hawaiian cruise vacation was incredible - quick recap: We saw a seal, whales, turtles, an erupting volcano, (2) National Parks, went to a luau, hiked in a rainforest, swam in a pool with a 60’ waterfall, visited a temple, surfed, saw 50’ waves on the north shore of Oahu, went zip lining, walked through a lava tube, went across a suspension bridge, toured Pearl Harbor Memorial, made lei’s and had amazing service and food. Thanks for your planning to make it not an effort for me.

Fantastic experience: My friends told me about this trip to Ireland. They convinced me to go. They had used Nicoles services before and were thrilled so I was in. I contacted Nicole and signed up. This was close 9 months away from our departure to Ireland. Once I was on board, Nicole moved quickly to get all the information needed to secure my spot as well as everyone else. When I tell you I had to do 3 things for this trip, that was it. I gave her my information, I paid for my trip, and I showed up. Nicole kept everyone on this trip updated through Social Media and by individual emails. She consistently would send bits of information out about things in Ireland we would see while on this trip and this just kept you engaged and made you more excited about the upcoming adventure. Just before the trip Nicole had a Zoom Meeting that was a final question and answer period and this was so helpful. She would answer every question people had. If she didn't have the information, you can bet she would have it for you shortly. I couldn't wait to go to Ireland! Fantastic experience: Thank You Nicole As you are most likely aware this was our first cruise and our first time to visit Alaska. We had a great time with our family and friends throughout the trip and very much enjoyed the extra time we spent in Seattle. The Norweigan Bliss is a beautiful ship and the Crew and Service personel could not ahve been more friendly or professional which made a good trip even more enjoyable. As you may know I work in the Marine Industry and have spent may months at sea on large and small ships in my early career path I was especially impressed with the stability of the ship in some fairly significant wind and sea conditions. There were two negatives for me in that the weather on the first three or four days of the cruise was overcast, rainy, and windy most of the time. The last haly of the voyage the wetaher was sunny and bright and made the experience more pleasurable. But once cannot control the weather. The second issue I had was the backround noise at times was a bit overwhelming but most people my age have the same issue in local restaurants and other public spaces - nothing that the crew of vessel could have prevented. In all Donna and I had a great time as did the others in our group as far as we know. Your assistance in walking us though the booking and baording process was outstanding and helped make the whole experience much better. Fantastic experience: Nicole helped us re-book a cruise we had to cancel due to illness so it wasn't particularly difficult. The greatest part was how quickly she responded to us--whether to ask a question by text or email. That means a great deal when you're starting over with a new travel agent. Our previous agent is and will always be a very good friend but I anticipate Nicole filling that role with ease. Another great part of our experience with Nicole and Dream Vacations was how she included everything in her quote: the cruise or tour, the travel/flight to and from, and most importantly travel insurance. There is no question when the insurance is included in the very beginning. Nicole checked us into our cruise and met with us to give us the paperwork and we were treated to lunch and a very sweet gift.
