Through crazy cancellations to Israel and a bumpy road getting new tickets, they took care of us step by step at all hours of the day from morning to night and even when we got to the airport made sure to figure out special accommodations for our suitcases to make it to the final destination.

Yuda and Carmen and the entire team are so responsive to the airline industry when dealing with both domestic and international travel. There were two situations this week that they were very helpful with. 1) We went to the wrong airport as there are two airports close to our home. This resulted in missing the scheduled flight. The staff person dropped what they were doing and made it a priority to get us on the flight from the other airport allowing us to still make the connection. He stayed on the phone till we were fully checked in. 2) I realized I had to switch the date for the flight back home to a day later. Without hesitating he switched it and sent me confirmation, allowing to breathe easily without worry.

Fantastic experience: I used Joy travel to book an international family trip to a wedding. When the flight got diverted because of bad weather on the way, we found ourselves stuck in middle of the night in a random city, with thousands of others. There was no chance of the airline dealing with us getting to the wedding in time. Joy travel got on the case, while we rested for a few hours, Joy travel got us booked thru some other cities, without the airline charging extra, and we made it on time. Others that were in the same situation, that were not booked thru a travel agent, paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket to go the same route, plus baggage.

Fantastic experience: I have never worked with a travel agency before but the personal attention and benefits I received because of Joy Travel resulted in upgraded rooms and significant savings at a world class hotel. Yuda was a rock star to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

I've had issues when I had to change travel plans mid-way through a trip and they were there to help. And they actually answer the phone and WhatsApp messages! Even when online booking options are available, I prefer to use this travel agency. If I ever have a problem I don't need to start trying to deal with the airline. Here I have a human who can help.

Fantastic experience: Never understood the reason for using a travel agent until I was stuck in the airport past midnight, flight delayed 4 hours which would cause me to miss my connection. Joy travel wasn’t only awake to answer my questions and guide me, but they actually were able to get me on an earlier flight at no extra cost. They go above and beyond to help their clients and are available any time of day or night. Will never be booking flights on my own anymore. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Recently used Joy Travel and in addition to great service in finding flights for a good price, we got stuck in the airport due to a issue with the airline system and missed our connection flight, after the airlines told us there we're no available flights with 3 seats for 2-3 days we were ready to book a return flight to NY, we called Joy Travel, after hours, and within half hour they managed to get us on a flight that night to our final destination. My flight back ended up getting canceled last minute and I quickly contacted Joy Travel to help me get on another flight from India to New York. Had I not booked through a travel agent originally, I would not have had that much ease in re-booking a flight. Joy Travel satff got me on another flight as fast as they could and were in contact with me to make sure i got on the flight. I so apprecaite their time and help!
