This trip was originally booked under completely different circumstances but Stacie stepped in with patience, flexibility, and genuine care. She worked her magic to extend the dates so that my boyfriend and I could still make it work—and in the end, it became so much more than just a vacation. This was especially special to me because it was my very first time leaving the country and my first real adult vacation where I could truly relax and let my hair down. Fantastic experience: We recently returned from an unforgettable group trip to Sandals Grenada, and we owe a huge part of the experience to our amazing travel agent, Nan. She coordinated travel for eight people, navigating different budgets, room preferences, and priorities—and somehow managed to find the perfect room for everyone. From start to finish, she made the planning process incredibly smooth and completely worry-free. She also made sure we were well-informed about all aspects of our travel, arranged group dinners, and even ensured our 40th birthday celebration felt special and seamless. As for the resort itself—Sandals Grenada was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect size, offering both relaxing hideaways and fun social spots. The vibe was spot-on for our group, giving us space to unwind while still enjoying lively energy when we wanted it. Our room was beautiful, with every detail thought through. We especially loved the butler service—they were hands-down the best we’ve ever had, making us feel truly pampered every day. From reserving pool chairs to bringing us surprise treats, they made the experience next-level. The food was delicious at every restaurant, with a wide variety that kept every meal exciting. Every member of our group raved about the dining and drinks. This trip was everything we hoped it would be and more, and that’s thanks in large part to Nan. This was our 2nd trip planned by Nan and certainly won’t be the last!

Fantastic experience: Stacie helped us with booking our honeymoon to Sandals Montego Bay and we had the best time! The beach was beautiful at our resort and we loved the Caribbean food offered at the resort. Stacie was extremely helpful with finding us the best deal at the resort, helping us with booking excursions, and making sure our travel experience was smooth and stress free. Fantastic experience: It was our first time dealing with an independent travel agent. We were taking our granddaughter on a cruise for her 16th birthday. We wanted to spend a couple of days in Boston before the cruise started. Stacie made this happen effortlessly. She books us in a hotel close to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Our granddaughter wanted to visit Salem. Stacie made arrangements for a ferry ride and walking guided tour of Salem. Everything went smoothly because of Stacie’s help. It is not the last time we will utilize her expertise.

Fantastic experience: Nan was our travel agent. My wife and I had never been to a Sandals resort before so we had a lot to learn. Nan was very informative and patient with all of our questions. She helped us sort through the options of locations, giving the pros and cons of each, and then worked out the best dates and building location for us. We had a flight canceled at the beginning of our trip which would affect the entire trip She helped us work it out and we came up with a win-win solution. You can't get that by booking by yourself at the online site. We went in February. When we left our home city the temperature was below freezing. When we arrive at the resort it was 82. Very nice!!! The Sandals South Coast Jamaica resort itself was more than expected. The room was very accommodating and had a great view. The food was great and we had many choices for every meal and snacks. Beer, wine, and mixed drinks were in endless supply. The beach is totally private, has great sand, and the water is smooth and clear. The only cons were...the ride to and from, although very scenic, was very bumpy...there was some gentle solicitation for additional services each day...getting a chair at the beach was a little challenging (you had to get up early and put a towel on the chair). All of these were manageable and expected. Nan let us know of these minor issues. Overall we loved our trip and would highly recommend the trip and Nan as well.

Fantastic experience: Stacie at Dreams Come True Travel was a pleasure to work with, and made booking our trip extremely easy! The resort itself was beautiful with an extremely friendly staff! Great entertainment from the entertainment team each night, and they made it fun during the day around the pool. One thing to mention, the main pool is a bit small, but there are two other pools and I believe a fourth is being built or renovated. Be sure to get butler service if you want to ensure chairs at the pool with an umbrella or other shade available, otherwise you will need to be up by 5:30 AM to save them yourselves. Great food, especially at Bombay (the Indian cuisine)! Also be sure to pay for the VIP airport experience, it is a life saver! We would have waited in the immigration line for well over an hour if we did not have that service. The lounge at the airport for our return flight was great, with all of the food and beverages included. All in all, I would definitely recommend this resort and booking through Dreams Come True Travel!

She made every effort to get as close to our budget as possible. Ok, this is a post Anniversary Trip Review. Stacie put together a trip we will never forget. The attention to detail right down to being escorted when we arrived in Jamaica by Club Mobay representatives was fantastic as was the departure lounge. Fantastic experience: Nan was so great to work with! We used her to book our sandals honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. She made sure we had the correct entry forms to Jamaica (otherwise I would not have known to do them! Lol) and even sent us the cutest Mr. & Mrs. luggage tags!! Can't think of a better way to plan and book a vacation! The resort itself was brand new and beautiful. The food was the best I have had at an all inclusive (this was my first sandals trip though). Me and my 2 daughters and their families had such a wonderful time!!! The Contemporary resort is a fabulous resort to stay at with a family. They reserved us Pool chairs with a Cooler. From day 1 Donald made a lasting impression with us offered to bring lunch poolside and would deliver what ever we wanted. Extremely impressed with how she worked with us, listened to what we wanted, and ultimately ended up booking us on our ideal honeymoon. The resort was on the smaller side (which I like) and very beautiful. The staff could not have been better and the FOOD was outstanding. I am not one to return to the same resorts, but this one I would consider for a last minute getaway! If I had to fault it at all…..I wish the beaches were whiter and the water more turquoise for Negril. All things considered, it was an incredible trip with lovely people met along the way and amazing memories I will have forever The private transportation was key

Communicating with island resorts was a pain but Stacie took all the stress from us and handled everything. We were able to get timely responses any day/time of the week and we were able to secure our dream destination wedding. We felt comepletey comfortable with Stacie and I knew she would get the job done. Not sure we would have been able to pull this off without Stacie. 1000% recommend Stacie!!

She is there for you every step of the way and always in constant contact right up to the day of your trip to make sure everything is accounted for. Our most recent trip with her had a mishap upon arrival at the resort with the room reservation, but Stacie was a text message away and she resolved the issue for us. With her experience and contacts, she can make things happen and corrected. I would not consider using anybody else when it comes to booking a Beaches or Sandals resort.

Its included hotel stay, the 9/11 memorial, a Billy Joel concert, the Harry Potter virtual experience and a carriage ride through Central Park. All accommodations and seats were top notch. Fantastic experience: Can't say enough great things about Stacie and Dreams Come True Travel. She was our travel agent for our trip to Sandals Royal Barbados in September. Let's face it, the world has changed, and international travel in a world with COVID can be challenging. Stacie made the entire process smooth, even when we were (understandably) stressing out about tests, printing forms, downloading apps...etc. From the moment we booked until the moment we got home from Paradise, she was just a call or text away. She recommended Fast Track services when we landed in Barbados and what a great suggestion. After an unfortunate delay in Miami due to some air traffic control issues, We were greeted upon arrival by our very own "travel butler" who whisked us through the airport in about 15 minutes, which was quite impressive considering we landed at the same time as 4 other planes. I HIGHLY recommend booking Fast Track services. Once through customs, and after being reunited with our bags, we were treated to a wonderful surprise, Stacie had arranged a private transfer to the resort for us. After traveling all day, relaxing in the Cadillac Escalade on the short trip to the resort was a much appreciated luxury. Sandals Royal Barbados was amazing. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the service attentive. Our Butler team of Shakkira, Rashida, and Shantelle were amazing. There is nothing they wouldn't do to make our trip a memorable one. We appreciated the cooler of beverages every morning by the beach or pool, and looked forward to ending the night with a delicious Creme Brulee waiting for us back in our room after a night out. Tht food at Sandals was top notch, 5 star, perfectly cooked, and nothing short of delicious. I highly recommend Chi (ate there twice), Bombay, and Le Parisian (sp?) The beach was stunning, the crystal blue water was warm and inviting. The drinks were plentiful and always flowing, and Energy at the pool bar always greeted me with a smile and a fist bump. Stacie was able to book our massages at the spa for us and also booked our Padi- Scuba class for us effortlessly. Can't say enough great things about the Scuba class. If you have a chance, DO IT. It was the most amazing thing I ever done. Sea Turtles, sting rays and colorful tropical fish abound!! They say "the devil is in the details" - well Stacie and Dreams Come True Travel paid attention to every detail. Thanks for making my first trip to Sandals such a memorable one!! ♥️
