Fantastic experience: It’s cheap and it dose what is supposed to. It doesn’t matter, this is the bus I take

Fantastic experience: I went to Greyhound sold out,looked online found these guy's way cheaper so I booked my trip a half hour before departure got to bus stop and showed my e ticket it was wrong about departure time but driver made a 20 second phone call bam I was on the bus omw to N.Y. City Awesome driver empty bus unlike Greyhound and wifi was tip top I haven't used restroom yet but I'm happy and saved 90 bucks!

Negative experience: It was horrible. Apparently the bus had some issues that caused the driver to keep pulling over to the side of the road. We were over an hour late from our scheduled arrival time getting back into New York due the bus issues.

Positive experience: They should of kept the price at 50 not 80 but what do u expect

Negative experience: They are not always available there only available on Monday Wednesday and Saturday this may change but I’m posting this on August 3,2021. Also they will not pick up there phones so don’t bother calling .

Negative experience: Bathrooms and bus stink soooo bad all the time .but fare prices

Negative experience: Horrible service if you are not chinese they treat you like dirt on the bottom of their shoe pick up and drop off location is a mile away from wherever they tell you they're going to pick up from so if you have luggage expect to truck it a block or two with them bags worst experience i ever had in my life please do not make it yours may be cheapest bus but not even worth that

Negative experience: 垃圾车站，从蓝开斯特回来的时候，我在蓝开斯特等车，因为第一次回来，我还给司机打电话，问几点到站，司机很不耐烦的语气说快到了然后马上挂电话，我等到晚上十一点多还在傻等最后给老板打电话才得知车早就走了，最后不得不坐凌晨的火车回纽约，我以后再也不做了

Positive experience: 一般般

Negative experience: A suspicious business, I am not even sure if they are a legitimate business. The bus was late for about 30 minutes, and customer support was nonexistent.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. Does not even deserve 1/5 stars. The first time I rode the bus, there were only what I could describe as extremely suspicious activies - I'm not sure if the bus service is even a legal business and I know that it was previously banned in one of the citied before. The bus made multiple unscheduled stops in the middle of the night and one or two random passengers got on and off, honestly felt like there was some illegal business going on. Also, don't think they have permits to pick up and drop off where they do. They were also extremely rude and snapped at passengers/ herded us onto the bus like cattle. In addition, two numbers are provided for customer service, the first never works, the second goes directly to the driver's cellphone. They speak broken English and are extremely rude. The second time I waited for the bus but it never showed up. When I called they said that the bus would be there soon so I waited another 20 min. They said the bus had left, but to catch it at the next stop in 15 min. I ubered to the next stop and got there in 7 min. I waited, and again there was no bus. Called again, they said the bus had left and it was not their problem that the bus had not shown up. They kept repeating "no refund, no change no refund, no change, I hang up" and hung up. I can not believe this kind of a "business" even exists in the US. Even though prices are cheaper, it's efinitely not worth the emotional hassle, rudeness, and concern for your safety.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. I would never ever recommend this bus company. The bus never came for me in York, PA with other people waiting as well. No phone call, no email, no notification whatsoever. So what am I supposed to do? I’m standing in the middle of a highway with nowhere to go at midnight because I got absolutely no notification that this bus was randomly cancelling. And I tried calling their offices but of course they don’t answer.

Negative experience: Bus smells, garabage was everywhere and the bus didn’t leave on time... only good thing is the price everything else sucks

Positive experience: From pgh to nyc a few times... Thought we were going to crash bc he was driving fast. Left pgh at 1140 got to nyc at 530am cant complain though n they r cheap

Positive experience: They talk in Chinese. Hard to understand the announcements.

Negative experience: The random of switching buses is horrible. From a big bus we had to fit 15 people in small van to get to Cleveland which was never said at any time that this was going to happen. These people need to be a little more straight up with their customers. Also there is a language barrier which they need to get better at. I rather pay the extra money without any surprises. Great wall you need to really look into your customers issues. No stars for you Greatwall.

Positive experience: Prices to get from Baltimore to Ny are great. Staff at the stations and the drivers are extremely rude and inpatient.

Negative experience: Weirdest ride ever! Started in Cleveland. Only 5 people on the bus. Supposed to be a direct bus to NYC with 2 ten minute rest stops for bathroom breaks, etc planned throughout the trip. Instead, we only stop once for fuel, not even 10 minutes, then we randomly stop, and I kid you not, in random parking lots to pick more passengers up at strange spots along the route. NOT major cities, or even legitimate rest stops. The driver drove insanely and erratically and dare I say at a pretty unsafe speed. Makes it very hard to sleep if you even want to try. Bathroom is a nightmare. Nastiest smell ever, and no sink or even hand sanitizer for your hands. The most random part tho, and what seemed illegal, we pulled over to the side of the highway, all of us onboard thinking maybe there was something wrong with the bus, but no. We pulled over to pick up, literally an entire group of random college students, ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. They were literally all waiting as if ready to board a bus a port authority. So a once sparse travelbus of barely over 10 people, became 100% full and almost over capacity but I believe one of the Chinese men who ran the company gave up his seat and stood in the front next to the driver. Also nobody running the company, including the driver, speaks a lick of English, and it all seems VERY shady.

Positive experience: Great prices

Negative experience: Their number doesn't work 24/7 and I lost my wallet on the bus no one contacted me

Negative experience: Price are great online but, their customer service is just straight up terrible. If it were me i would rather find another bus service with a higher price.
