Negative experience: Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría, que pésimo servicio. Siempre cambian lo que dicen, un día es una cosa y al otro es diferente, aparte son groseras. Necesitan tener un mejor training. No recomendado ir ahí.

Negative experience: Today, I sent a package where I was attended by the lady with the last name Karcho, on several occasions I have sent shipments to this agency without any problems, said lady began to throw away all the things in my package, she broke 3 packages that I was sending and I asked her what was wrong, where she proceeded to yell at me "What's wrong with you, are you going to send it or not, that I don't have time, I told her why are you breaking my things and what's wrong with you, why are you yelling at me, that she is disrespectful, she tells me you are going to send it or you leave otherwise I will call the police, what's wrong with this woman, she is a danger, I filed a report with the police for the damages

Negative experience: Pésima atención, solo hay una cajera y se da el lujo de perderse 1 hora de lunch y no darle la atención a nadie en esa agencia , pésimo servicio

Negative experience: Horrible customer service and it also seems as if they are participating in some kind of scam because I assisted my boyfriend in sending some emergency money to Colombia, but the bank of Colombia never received this money and Delgado Travel keeps giving us the runaround when they should be taking responsibility. We paid extra money for an investigation to have our money returned or re-sent and there has still been no solution many days later. Customer service has been absolutely useless and we have wasted so much time trying to have this resolved. This location should be put under investigation because they appear to be doing something fraudulent. They said they are waiting for the bank of Colombia to return the money but how can they return something that was never received?

Negative experience: Es la espera muy large que he tenido. Una Sola cajera para muchas personas que mal atencion al cliente así van a Pender muchos clientes 1 hora de espera con solo 6 clientes

Negative experience: Urgente necesitan más personal en este local no puede ser que Ballas hagas línea y de repente digan que Ban a cerrar la ventanilla por que la única persona que está ahí tiene que ir a comer atendera solo lo que le de tiempo en 10 minutos y pues perder tiempo al ir allá y luego 5 minutos más en la línea y que no te atiendan

Negative experience: Customer service is the worst. I went there yesterday 1-12-22 around 6pm and the lady working there was super rude.. seems like she hates her job. Management should be aware of this, and find a solution because it is giving a nasty/bad image to this company..

Negative experience: Srta. cashier hoy junio 2; 3:35 pm. Sin motivo alguno (nadie en la fila detrás de mi) me apura de manera descortés , a lo respondo dándole los datos y diciendo que ella lo haga rápido y que no debería hacer observación de tal mal modo con clientes. Pero ella insiste en explicar su pesada carga de trabajo a lo que le mencionó que lo explique a su jefe y no a mi. Pero ella insistió hablando, batiendo sus brazos y mencionando que en el consulado esperan sin problema y aquí vienen arrogantes. Por favor escojan bien su personal.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I have to give this company a low rate because of their customer service. Most of the young ladies there are fine but there is one particular girl that is working there today that seems to feel that she has the right to treat customers as if there beneath her. My husband had an incident with her about two weeks ago with a doll he wanted to send to a little girl in Ecuador . It seems she did not agree with the way the doll was packaged and decided to treat my husband disrespectful. She called someone at the main office and was telling them lies about his behavior. She accused him of being a stalker and someone that had been there last week taking photos of the place. She went on in saying that he was disrespecting her. He video taped the incident and of course that upset her even further. I called the main office to give a formal complaint . I was told the supervisors were not there and I had to leave my complaint with the person that answered the phone. By the way, she already knew about the incident and was prejudging my phone call. I never received a call from anyone and I didn't want to bother with it but today we found out that the package was sent to the wrong city and it is two hours away from the little girl's home. My husband tried today to get it fixed but again the arrogant cashier was there , and dismissed him completely. I am shocked that Delgado Travel would find this acceptable. Delgado Travel needs to understand that their employees are the face of the company and your clients , are the ones that maintain your company. Every client deserves to be respected.

Negative experience: They exhanged my euros 1-1 when the rate was 1.25 per euro, plus the additional exchang fee! Ridiculous! They're all scumbags who don't even speak english!
