Negative experience: I would advise NO ONE to get there taxes done with Lisa. She’s very unprofessional, lack of communication. She doesn’t know how to call the client back. Especially a PAYING client! She always claims to be busy. At the end of the day NOONE is that busy that they cannot contact a PAYING CLIENT back. That is not how your run a business. Especially if you value your clients. I will not waste my money again with her. Be aware of this agency!

Fantastic experience: Lisa is the BEST! We used her to book our girls trip to Mexico and she picked out a cool resort with a really reasonable overall price. She is super friendly, makes easy to read itineraries, and responds quickly. We barely had to do anything other than let her know our budget and where we wanted to go & Lisa did the rest! I will definitely be booking with her in the future!

Negative experience: I believe the receptionist Ruth to be very short mannered and ill tempered. Took in my taxes, said i could not speak to the person Lisa doing my taxes, to give her everything and they would take care of it; i live around the block, got home and they call to ask for a few more things (Ruth) then she says you know what cannot do your taxes! ... who does that...? Not going there anymore and last year the reason why i did not file with them (because she brought that up on the phone) was due to Ruth being very rude to me as soon as i walked in; my family has been going to Lisa's for years so prior to Ruth being there it was very personable and professional doing business with Lisa, not sure about that anymore...
