Fantastic experience: I have flown many thousands of miles. Some trips I booked myself, some I enlist the service of Travel Agent. This is the best agency I have ever used!! Every detail was carefully planned out, and taken care of. Through Multiple conversations, emails, confirmations. Due to an unforeseen glitch at the Bulawayo airport My bags could not be checked properly. Debbie made a phone call and was able to have somebody meet me and guide me through the labyrinth of the Johannesburg airport. I had to collect my bags and recheck and it could not have gone smoother. Thanks to the help. They really know how to get the help and not drop any details. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Fantastic experience: Debbie and her team (which was available 24 hours) helped us navigate rough waters when a snow storm derailed our entire itinerary. This inconvenience was compounded by the fact that we were traveling with firearms. Debbie's team had tickets reissued within a couple of hours and we were headed overseas. Fantastic experience: I used Gracy Travel International to book all airfare to and from Pakistan with firearms to hunt Himalayan Ibex. They provided everything we needed to insure we had the proper documents as well as the correct airline to get our firearms into Pakistan for the hunt. We were all set to go when a snowstorm hit Minneapolis and our flight to Chicago for our first leg of our trip was delayed 12 hours. No problem for Gracey Travel they rebooked all our flights and handled another last minute glitch on our flight from Chicago to Turkey. This was all done after normal business hours. Fantastic experience: I decided to travel to South Africa without much planning. The person I was traveling with was using Gracy and suggest I do so as well. While I travel from time to time, I have travel anxiety, especially if going to a new place, new airport or just being generally unfamiliar. Africa was all of the above. I can't say enough about how Gracy took the stress and anxiety out of the travel. Someone was waiting at every destination to help us through the airport, check-in and customs that knew exactly where to go and who to see. Two best decisions about the trip were the outfitter and Gracy Travel.

Fantastic experience: Using Gracy Travel was the best decision we made. They provide so much more than help with booking an airline ticket. We were met at the jetbridge by representatives at each international stop, personally guided through customs, paperwork, baggage handling, etc. at every stop, and the process was incredibly seamless. Fantastic experience: Hanna and Gracy Travel just handled my trip to Tanzania with firearms . They did a great job, everything went smoothly. They helped with notifying the airlines, transit permits through Amsterdam , and entry/exit through Tanzania. Also handled our plane tickets and helped with the necessary visas. They stayed in the loop , monitoring things until departure , which is very important since last minute equipment changes with the airlines can through the process off track and cause real problems. I will definitely use them again when traveling overseas with guns.

I took my first hunting trip to South Africa in 2024. Shawn handled my trip. I had zero problem calling her for questions and advice or to amend plans. I have just returned from my second trip in South Africa. Prior to the trip I expressed concerns about traveling solo ( I have some significant memory problems after a year of chemo and was extremely anxious about the process.) Shawn bent over backwards to provide me with both email and text instructions as to what would happen as soon as I landed, who would be meeting me, the customs and integration process, and what would be occurring when I brought my rifle in and got clearance. We had a complicated, long trip with a series of stops in Europe various countries in Africa and various stops in the USA. Debbie and her team not only handled the project with aplomb but were able to rearrange some pretty major pieces when a member of our family had a work schedule change. Fantastic experience: My wife and I just returned from a South Africa trip arranged by Gio at Gracy Travel, and his help was deeply appreciated. I've hunted Zimbabwe multiple times but not South Africa. I especially appreciated the "meet and greet" at JNB. Michael and his associates were wonderful. We were grateful after the long flight to be met at the arrival gate and escorted to Michael, and have him guide me through SAP rifle clearance and then take us to the airport hotel where our room was ready and waiting with a much-needed bed, then a good morning shower and breakfast. He again made the morning's trip through the JNB labyrinth simple and we easily made our Polokwane connection. Although we were much better rested on the return from Hoedspruit, Michael again steered us through the domestic arrival, international check-in, SAP clearance, and expedited security. This would have been confusing and daunting on our own and the Gracy service was invaluable.

Fantastic experience: Gracey was extremely thorough in preparing me for my first hunting trip to South Africa with my firearm. The handled all of the preparation details, my individualized instructions, the times that certain things would happen or were needed, and what to expect and when. Fantastic experience: We booked our flight from Newark to Johannesburg with Gracey Travel. The evening we were supposed to fly out a severe thunderstorm came through and United cancelled our flight. While my brother in-law tried to get in touch with United along with everyone else that was on our flight, and the other flights they cancelled, (they hung up on him several times) I called Gracey immediately. The team at Gracey got us rebooked on a flight two days later on a flight through Frankfort with hope of getting us on a flight the next evening. Unfortunately the flight the next evening didn't work out but we had a flight the following evening. We did miss two days of our hunt but due to Debbie and her team we had a excellent hunt and vacation. When we do another trip we will definitely book through Gracey Travel. Thanks Debbie!!

Fantastic experience: The arrangements made by Nicole at Gracy were great. She left plenty of time with layovers so that even when issues came up (as they always seem to in Africa) there was enough time to sort it out and not miss connecting flights. Their work on my permits and needed information was all correct and the paperwork everywhere went very fast with no issues due to paperwork or permits. While we were on safari in Mozambique, we received an alert that the Doha airport (our connection point on Qatar Airways) had been shut down. I contacted **Gio at Gracy Travel**, and he responded immediately. He let us know the closure was temporary, reassured us everything looked fine, and even provided alternate flight options just in case. That kind of support while you're in the middle of the bush is invaluable. A week later, we were at the Maputo airport, but our Qatar flight didn’t arrive as expected. Fantastic experience: Our trip encompassed travel for a family of 4 ( boys ages 7 &9), parents and grandparents. Traveling Texas to Dubai (2 nights), Cape Town RSA ( 3 nights) and plains game safari in Botswana for a week. Flights, driving tours, etc. all worked well. Fantastic experience: My family just returned from a trip to Namibia hunting. It was our 3rd trip to Africa, 2014, 2022 and July 2025. We did not know Gracy Travel when we went the first 2 times. What a difference. Gracy Travel handled all our flights, lodging in transit, and escorted us thru immigration and security in Johannesburg. Gracy personnel met us at the gate as we exited the plane, walked us thru all the security and passport control and then passed us off to additional Gracy staff that walked us to the checkin desk at City Lodge, on-site at the airport in Johannesburg. City Lodge was clean and nice. We had a very good breakfast there the next morning and Gracy staff met us again in the lobby at City Lodge and took us from there thru checkin and security at the airport the next morning. This service was excellent and highly recommended. We used an off site overnight service on previous trips and this was much safer and easier. On our return flight thru Johannesburg, same service, met us as we exited the plane and walked us thru passport control and security checkpoints and to the terminal. This took all the stress and hassle out of international travel. It was effortless. It was our first experience with Gracy Travel but won't be our last. The flight schedule was well planned with adequate time to make international connections and the Gracy vip service thru Johannesburg was absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about the ease of the Gracy service. Don't put yourself thru the hassle of doing this yourself. Call Gracy, tell them where you are going and let them get you there easily, stress free, and on time. They were spot on each step of the way with emails advising you what to expect and look for going and coming home. They were recommended by someone I trusted and they exceeded his recommendation. Our travel was Nashville, TN to Atlanta, GA, to Johannesburg South Africa, to Windhoek Namibia and back. Could not have been easier. Fantastic experience: I used Gracy travel for a South African trip and had to use their emergency services due to a flight cancellation at midnight out of Atlanta. The team at Gracy started working on rescheduling flights immediately and worked through the night and next day to get me rebooked the for following night. The airline lost my luggage for a few days, and Gracy's team worked with the airline to track it down, pick it up in Johannesburg and recheck it on a separate airline, and had it delivered to my final destination. The entire team put in the extra effort and time required to make the best of an airline mishap. I would recommend Gracy Travel for any travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a trip to South Africa, for which Gracy Travel made all the arrangements. Everything went very smoothly both going and coming back. Fantastic experience: I recently used Gracy Travel and their representative Gio P. to schedule, and conduct my first safari to Africa. Throughout the process Gio was efficient, helpful and comprehensive. One step in the process that Gio informed me about was going to US Customs to have a 4457 form out so that I could ship my rifle to Africa and back. Fantastic experience: If you are going to Africa on safari I highly recommend Gracy Travel. We had a canceled flight from the US to Johannesburg and thought of missing days of our hunt. Gracy had us rebooked for the next day even before I could contact them. We were met by Gracy staff and our customs journey was a breeze, even with guns. Accommodations were very good. Fantastic experience: I never do these things. Shawn at Gracey travel turned a hunting trip to Tajikistan, into an adventure of a lifetime. Her knowledge of international travel is incredible. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to express my appreciation for all the help Gracy has provided for me over the last 20 years. Since 2004 I have lead group trips to South Africa and Shawn Kennedy from Gracy has acted as my travel agent on all of those trips. This has included 8 trips to date, with my most recent just a few weeks ago over the 2024-25 New Years holiday. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of Shawn's hard work and attention to detail. I am usually traveling with a group of 6-8 people, all originating from multiple designations around the U.S., and all needing to arrive in Jo'burg at the same time to catch our transportation to our first stopping point. To date, we have all made our international flights out of either Dulles or Atlanta, arriving together in South Africa, making for a seamless beginning of our journey. Couple that with the service provided by Gracy Staff in the OR Tambo airport escorting us through customs and out to the arrivals hall, or our hotel, has removed so much of the general stress of international travel. I have had several folks in my groups experiencing their first international trip with me, and your staff has made that such a pleasant experience for them. Honestly the hard work on the part of Gracy's staff makes me look good! The agent fee is well worth it! Shawn is such an amazing, pleasant person to work with, I have even reached out over the years for assistance with non-Africa trips. She once helped me organize and book group travel for a trip to Panama of all places. Fantastic experience: With online booking options travel agents have become a profession of the past. However, I use Gracy for all of my international travel going back to 2010. She is ALWAYS available in times of need with a proverbial smile on her face. Most recently on route to Colombia while stuck on the tarmac for 5 hrs in a storm, she reconfirmed me on the next available flight. She reserved the last available seat. W only 1 flight per day to Colombia from Houston she saved my trip. Luckily I have only needed her emergency assistance 3 or 4 times out of 20+ but when needed she has ALWAYS delivered. Btw I booked a trip to Tanzania w o her...ONCE. Somehow I made it to Tanzania w o an Amsterdam gun transfer permit...but guess what those guns didn't make it home w me. Being a Delta FF and having done this same trip before, I tried to do it myself...the little details like a gun transfer permit are why you MUST use Gracy. Thank you team Gracy!

Fantastic experience: I. went on a hunting trip to Africa in August and booked my travel with Shawn at Gracy Travel . They answered my every question (my first time to Africa) and had a man to meet me at the airport and to take me thru customs and the gun import process with the South African police at the airport, it went very quickly and easily . I got heat stroke while hunting and was unable to recover after several days, and they were able to change my flight and get me home the next day. I will be using them on my next trip for sure!

Fantastic experience: Gracy Travel was able to get us to our destination in the middle of the recent Global outage which occurred July 19th. Our travel date was July 21st from Indianapolis, IN to Atlanta, GA with connecting flight to Johannesburg, South Africa on Delta airlines. After 2 canceled flights just trying to get to Atlanta, GA I was ready to cancel the trip. Gio, the on-call after hours agent at Gracy Travel, managed to get us to South Africa only missing about a half day of South Africa. Terrific job!

Fantastic experience: World class !!! Debbie set up our entire travel plans to South Africa and had ground staff at the Johannesburg airport to escort us thru everything. Ground staff leader, Michael was the best I’ve ever seen. 12 hours before we were set to fly home, the Delta Airlines IT crash happened, causing our flights to be changed and canceled. We sent a emergency email to Debbie, who went to work immediately. Within hours she had us rebooked, and set up emergency stays in Johannesburg and Atlanta to get us home. Fantastic experience: I've been wanting to hunt Africa for thirty years! This year it was finally a reality. Fantastic experience: Shawn Kennedy at Gracy Travel handled all our travel arrangements for a combo hunting and Victoria Falls vacation this May/June with another couple. Their agents in Johannesburg met us at the airport coming and going and made what can be an arduous process very easy. They stayed in touch our entire trip in case any assistance was needed. I highly recommend this service when traveling thru JNB. Our stay at the Royal Livingstone Hotel at Victoria Falls was wonderful and everything about the hotel was excellent, especially their location walking distance to the falls. Shawn arranged a day trip to the Chobe National Park in Botswana which we all enjoyed. All of the transportation agents arranged by Gracy were punctual and professional which made our stay in Livingstone more enjoyable. Overall a great trip.

Fantastic experience: I used Gracy Travel for a hunting trip to South Africa for me, my brother and father. I gave my primary contact, Hannah, our trip parameters and she quickly made travel plans for us. Hannah, and other members of the Gracy team, made the planning process a piece of cake! Gracy also provided a local representative, Bruce, to assist us in navigating our arrival into Johannesburg, the processing of our hunting rifles, and departure to Port Elizabeth. Ten days later, Bruce met us at the Johannesburg airport again to help with checking in for our flight home to the US. Bruce seemed to know everyone at the airport! His assistance was invaluable. I cannot imagine how much more difficult things would have been without his help! When we experienced a significant flight delay out of Johannesburg, and it looked like we might miss our connection from Newark to Denver, Gracy was spot on in making a contingency plan . Anyone who has had to re-book a flight while delayed in an airport, will understand the value of having a company like Gracy who can do this work for you. I cannot say enough about the support provided by the team at Gracy Travel. They offer excellent value for the money. They made everything so easy and reduced my stress level tremendously. Fantastic experience: What happens when the trip goes wrong? My flight from Johannesburg to Atlanta was delayed 10 hours, then 12 hours then canceled! I was looking spending at least one night in Johannesburg. I would have missed my connecting in Atlanta to Colorado Springs and spending a night in Atlanta. I was faced with the impossible situation of working with Delta Customer Care Counter in Johannesburg with all the other frustrated passager trying to find a path home. Instead of that outcome becoming true! I call the Gracey's Emergency line, Helen answer looked at my flights understood the scope of problem immediately. Within 30 minutes she had me rerouted through Amsterdam to Atlanta to catch my original flight from Atlanta to Colorado!! Michael(Part of Gracy in Johannesburg ) had airport personnel meet me at the gate and escort through customs to my new departure gate!! What was a major headache for others was only a phone call for me. For Emma(My Travel Consultant) , Helen (handling my emergency) , and Michael (in Johannesburg) I am so grateful was this handle so professionally and expertly with just one call!! Value of this service is realized when the chips are down.
