Negative experience: Rosa Fernandez was my agent for years. She left the company about 5-6 years ago. I have been begging for an agent ever since. The local manager completely refuses to assign me another. In calling the 800 number, as I was advised to do, they messed up and made my insurance lapse! Why would I want to continue calling them? June 2024 I was told this would be escalated by Herbert Sowell, as he was the one who contacted me about my lapsed policy, but nothing ever came of it. The local agent, Nadia, has even tried to get the manager to assign me an agent due to the issues I've had. My insurance increases more than the average amount and I have to inquire about it EVERYTIME it is time to renew. I'm about to shop around to find new coverage for my car and home. AAA is not the company it once was. I would not recommend.

Negative experience: Came into the this office to drop off a reimbursement form after reading on the website saying I could drop it off at any AAA office… the lady said they couldn’t take from me…. Since we have our policy in Alabama… called the Alabama office and they said I was correct and they could have done it for me… very poor customer service… my wife and I have been members since 1982 and we have never ever been treated like this at any AAA office we have been to..

Negative experience: I called for roadside service today, it took about one hours for a tow truck to show up. The tow truck did not tow my car, could not fit in the parking garage, as I noticed this in the request I was park in a parking garage. The driver cancel my request and no one called to help with the tow. I am so happy that I also have USAA for roadside service, I did have to wait an hours but I was able to get my car tow with no problem..Triple A will not get my money for next year..Triple A is only good for big cities!!!

Negative experience: I called AAA to get a jump at 2:30. My car would not start at my grandbabys school. First message looking for a technician to dispatch. I called my son, who works on other side of town, to come get his daughter. He said he would and try to jump me. My son got there around 3, jumped me. I then tried to cancel request, got another link, clicked on it and got that there was already a order. There was no way to cancel it. I tried 2x. I went to walmart bought a new battery and took my grandbaby home, visited and was home by 4:45pm. I heard last time from AAA at 845 pm that there was a dispatch. Nothing until 9:50 when guy called, almost 10 pm,. Told him I've been home no need for a jump. He apologized and I said it wasn't his fault AAA has an awful system. I'm glad I was in tow where I had someone to call and not out of town where I would not know anyone to call. Think hard before buying this service.

Fantastic experience: Had a flat tire close to downtown last night. I parked on Broadway and called AAA Roadside Assistance. A few minutes after calling AAA, a very long parade came down Broadway. Danny, who was coming on the big long truck with AAA was the first vehicle behind the parade. He did an excellent job and arrived quickly, even though he had to follow a long parade. Yayyy for Danny!

Negative experience: I have been with AAA now for almost 3 years. They take their annual payments like clockwork and the very first time I need them , guess what. 6 hours after my first call still no one shows.

Negative experience: Have been waiting 5 hrs for a tow truck and I have called 3 times each time all they could say was a driver will when they are on the way !

Negative experience: Today they only get 2 stars. I called around 856 AM due to a blown tire from an object on the interstate. I waited 2.5 hours and nothing. When I called back at 1130 AM I was told that the previous tow truck wouldn't come.new eta 1202. Just checked when they're supposed to arrive, says 102 PM. Wth? Nothing but lies. That's okay. No call nor a notice. Not good. Bad customer service today. Highly disappointed

Negative experience: AAA use to be good, but our last 3 calls (2 of my sons and currently me)have gone into the next day and continuously having to call back, to try and get an update.

Negative experience: Don't waste your money on this company. I was broke down 100 miles from home and they said they could pick me up the next day. Am I suppose to sleep in my car. I have paid for over 10 years and not used them now when I need them they want show up.

Fantastic experience: I was not satisfied at all with the service I got trying to book a cruise through AAA. NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL ME BACK.

Positive experience: I rejoined AAA last week, haven't received my cards yet and not sure how long it will take to receive travel tiks, maps, or other printed info. I'll update my review when I know more.

Positive experience: I was stranded at dusk on a remote section of GA ST HWY 96 with a disabled vehicle while on a 20+ minute wait for someone to answer my "emergency"phone call. I walked 4 miles to Reynolds, Georgia for legitimate assistance. So today I cancelled my membership paid up until June 2021. There will be no refund. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience: Customer service is on point. I am planning a trip for this year and 2 for next year. I was able to get my passport photos taken here and was provided the form so I didn't have to print it on my own. My membership allows me access to these tourbooks that a filled to the brim of helpful information on my areas I'll be visiting.
