Negative experience: Very rude management (Manager) i was expecting to refer them to my friends but now, i dont recommend them for anyone. They told me that they are just accepting cash.

Apologies for inconvenience but we accept credit cards if airline allows. Kam Air, which is needed to get to Afghanistan because, does not accept credit card through our ticketing system which allow us to book and make changes even if Kam Air office is closed. You can use credit card on their website, but we do not purchase directly through their website due to other potential problems.

We have applied many visas and yours was the only one rejected in the past 2 years. We submit information based on what you provide us and India consulate determines approval or rejection.

Fantastic experience: The phone line is a little slow and complicated but the service is great as long as you clearly cross your point. Sometimes the prices are very good as well! Misbah Rani, was so friendly and patient while I was booking an international ticket for a non-English speaker mom.

Negative experience: Difficult to communicate! During COVID our tickets got cancelled and they never gave us a refund or voucher. They stopped answering our phone calls and didn't want to help us out. Better off going with kayak or Priceline at least they have decent customer service.

Negative experience: I wish I can give them a Negative star. They have such a worst service no customer service, by chance if they attend the call then put it on hold. I bought tickets from them after bought don't get the correct information. They don't help where we can get the COVID test in limited time and specially no language information. I send many emails but don't get a response I don't want to mention the name of the lady who always said I'm busy right now I will send you an email but don't get any email. I will never go back again. It is better to buy tickets directly from the airlines or some other company.

We are also trying to add more agents who speak Urdu/Punjabi, right now we only have one and everyone wants to speak to the same lady. We have other agents who can help in English. Negative experience: Zero star is good for them. No customer service and not responding your call! Worst! I hope can give them zero star. There are two phone numbers and couple of address but no response at all! If you need to change your ticket you can’t. Strongly recommended not move forward with this travel agency. I wish I could rating zero star but unfortunately one star should given. If you buy a ticket it’s mean you lost your money.

Negative experience: There’s employee name Anchal chopra was helping me book a ticket for my family she over charged me $300 dollars .Every time you call back she changes the price. One ☝️ of the wrost person to choose to book flights. I talk to her she said she will give me credit for $300 dollars to next ticket unbelievable they don’t want to give me my $300 back finely I have to call batter business bureau it took me 3 month to get my money back don’t go there I’ll not recommend these guys
