Before I came here I went to several other places and spoke to them but they couldn't tell me exactly when the visa can be issued! From my experience I say you can go there no fear.

Negative experience: This agency provides false information just to make money from people. They are a total rip off. I called to ask if they process umrah visa for US resident. I told him that my sister is a US resident and her baby is a US citizen and rest of the family members are US citizen as well. I also informed them that I processed e-visa for myself and my family except for my sister. The agent told me I cannot apply for e-visa for my nephew and it has to be applied with the mother and he asked for $350 each. After I hung up the call I applied for my nephew’s visa for only $142.53 through e-visa and it went through. Please do your research before using their service.

Negative experience: We recently had our Umrah done with this agency. Their service is Zero to None!! If you are paying for 5 star service then do your research and book with some reputable company!! We had a Bengali tour guide in Medina who rushed us throughout the Ziyarata. He did not know how to speak Bengali, English or Arabic!! They gave us a very small room in Makkah for 4 people where we can barely walk inside the room let alone keeping our luggages. We had to spend extra money $$$$ to change our room!Only thing we had a good Immam at Makkah..will never again go with this company or recommend anyone to use their service

Fantastic experience: My parents and I went to Umrah Hajj and we had a great experience. They took care of all of our flights and the hotel reservations. They arranged transport for us while in Saudi Arabia to take us wherever we wanted to go. The hotels we stayed in were absolutely amazing and right across from Masjid Al-Haram. Iqbal Uncle took very good care of us while we were in Saudi Arabia. I would highly recommend using Karnafully Travel for all of your travel needs!
