Fantastic experience: We did a Napa tour with Kelly as our guide and it was a fantastic experience! Kelly is extremely knowledgeable not only about the wine, but also about the surrounding area and fun/interesting historical facts that made our trip even more entertaining. The setup and questions in advance resulted in a lovely set of 3 wineries that we got to visit. All the wine was amazing, and we just opened and shared some that we bought with our neighbors and they were all raving about how good the reds were. Fantastic experience: Kelly and the bin415 team were great! Not only was it amazing to have Kelly, a Sommelier, driving us in Napa he also took care of all the details. All we had to do was show up outside the hotel and Kelly took care of all the tasting arrangements, even got us into places that no longer had openings for the public, but he had connections. On our next trip to Napa our first call will be to Kelly! It was also special to have someone so knowledgeable about wine with us but even more was how much he taught us about Napa during our drives.... and he made it fun!

The highlight for many of us was Donum Estate, the art installations scattered throughout the vineyards were absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything we’d seen before. Pairing that with incredible wine made it a truly unique experience. Ram’s Gate was equally impressive, with an elegant setting and exceptional food and wine pairings. Kelly, our sommelier, deserves a special shout-out—his knowledge, humor, and energy really elevated the whole day and made the experience feel personal and memorable. Fantastic experience: My wife and I had an amazing tasting at the San Francisco tasting room in the Fairmont Hotel the other day. We opted for the "reserve" tasting and all of the wines were excellent. The sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable, which made it a very educational experience as well. The room was very pleasant as well, with a nice view of San Francisco.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin. I absolutely loved this experience. Our tasting guide was beyond knowledgeable and welcoming. It was such an intimate experience and the wines were divine. Truly a gem inside the Fairmont hotel. If you love wine, do yourself a favor and stop in. Do keep in mind that this experience is a bit more expensive and the value is up to your discretion, however, as someone who loves wine the price was not a deterrent for us.

Fantastic experience: Was very happy to have gotten a private tasting here on my little trip. Bin 415 is in the luxurious Fairmont hotel just right around the corner from the front desk. Kelly was so cool to have me set up a reservation on short notice and was an awesome host. I'm pretty new to this whole wine thing but he has a great way of explaining things easily and with his own entertaining twist and I learned and retained a lot of info. There are about 3 different flights and I had him customize mine and walk me through it, mainly specializing in red wine from Napa and Sonoma etc. The tr was a very relaxing lounge setting with awesome artwork from Jeremy Fish also that's a plus but I will happily come back and hope to get another personalized private tasting!

Fantastic experience: It was a fantastic tour of Napa focusing on mountain wines but with a thorough walk through (and drive around) of the valley as well. In between, we had a fantastic lunch at The Brasswood Bar and Grill with Kelly who even knew off menu items, amazing! The wineries had beautiful wine and architecture and the estate hosts were very welcoming. If you have kids/young children, Kelly was patient and very accommodating with our 5 year old daughter too! We will be back, thanks for a wonderful day!

Fantastic experience: We’ve all been to stuffy, pretentious wine tastings which are no fun. The private customized tasting put on by Michael at Bin415 is nothing like that! Michael asked about my preferences on what types of wine I enjoyed then customized my entire tasting skipping the whites and lighter whites to focus on Cabernets and red blends that are my go to wines. In the single tasting session he toured me through Napa/Sonoma and highlighted the nuances between valleys and even between growing levels. Quick to smile with cool facts about each wine he poured, Michael’s love for wines was infectious and you could tell he was keenly interested in hearing my thoughts on each pour. This was real highlight of the experience. All the wines were excellent and culminating with an Opus One/Screaming Eagle comparison was trusty a once in a lifetime experience. Book the private tasting with Michael. It’s a great time, good value and you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: We were a high-maintenance group with a specific schedule and a long wishlist. Kelly was terrific. He was essential with the planning, suggesting wonderful places we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. He was reliable and helpful. The car is a beauty, and Kelly filled the driving time with fascinating facts and stories about San Francisco and wine country. (He asked our preference … did we want to talk or did we prefer quiet? He is excellent at identifying and responding to the needs and rhythms of the group.) The wineries and meals were top notch, really special, and we never had to worry about a thing … everything was taken care of for us. We have been recommending Kelly and Bin415 to others, and are looking forward to going out again, next time to Sonoma!

Fantastic experience: Kelly was on time and we enjoyed sharing the day with him. We didn't test his wine knowledge as we knew we would be outmatched anyway. It was hassle free with access to some nicer spots where we received some great individual attention at the wineries. This was an alternative to staying in Napa and renting a car. Instead we were able to keep located in SF and have a great and safe day trip exploring Napa. We would certainly do it again. (BTW my first public posting on something so it must have been fun).

We did a private all day tour in Napa, Michael picked us up from our hotel in the morning and took us to some really unique and beautiful wineries that we would not have found on our own. Fantastic experience: My wife and took a tour of San Francisco with Michael. It was one of the best tours we have ever been on, Michael knew the city at a personal level. We not only saw everything notable within the city we also learned it’s history. We were not only given excellent recommendations as to where we should eat while we stay, Michael also went out of his way to make a reservation for us at one of his favorite restaurants. Very professional business and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for premium touring experience.

Fantastic experience: Bin 415 creates luxury, customized itineraries for San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Sonoma. Your guide will take care of the logistics and transport, so all you have to do is enjoy the day! I would recommend Bin 415 during any travel circumstances, but I recommend this tour company even more in light of COVID-19. You’ll only be in one car with one driver/guide all day. The company is adhering to strict safety and sanitary policies. And you have complete flexibility to change plans before and during your tour based on your comfort level.

Fantastic experience: Having been on a less customized wine tour earlier in the week, we were really blown away by the wineries and wines we experienced with Bin415. Our guide, Maria, put together a trip that focused on the wine makers in which I had expressed interest. The wines were nothing short of amazing. Maria was candid with us every mile along the way about how she arranged the trip, her relationships with the wineries, and what she was hoping we'd get out of the experience. She was also extremely flexible when two people in our party had other plans, previously unannounced, and she accommodated them without hesitation. Bin415 set the bar high and we're looking forward to seeing what they can do next time we visit!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Michael Lagau at BIN 415, my best friend and I had the most amazing wine experience in Napa in February. Michael’s itinerary for us was the perfect mix of small exclusive wineries & the larger well known established wineries. He also made sure we had a fabulous lunch at the Michelin Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford. Michael is extremely intuitive & knowledgeable of all things wine. His extensive knowledge of the industry as well as the area was presented in a very comfortable and respectful manner. Fantastic experience: This was probably the best tour I've ever been on. Our tour guide, Michael Lagau, was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable about wine and the vineyards that we visited. He was enthusiastic when answering our many questions and it was evident that he truly loves what he does and takes great pride in ensuring that his clients have a wonderful experience. He picked out great places for us to visit, all having their own unique qualities, and made all the arrangements. All we had to do was enjoy it! Fantastic experience: We had the best day with Michael. He took our whole family to tour all around San Francisco. His knowledge was unbelievable. Even the children enjoyed being with him. We really felt that we got a complete feel for the city.

Fantastic experience: I booked a wine tour with Bin 415 after checking out many companies and reviews. I was looking for a special and unique experience for my wife's birthday. I spoke to Michael and let him set up the day for us. I am so glad I did! Allison was our guide/driver for the day, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very entertaining and informative throughout, even taking us around areas of the city we hadn't seen before heading to Napa. The small boutique wineries we visited were amazing. The quality of the wines were fantastic, and the hosts were all so welcoming. We had a great lunch at Farmstead arranged by Bin 415 as well. The day was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend avoiding the big bus tours and the crowded high-volume wineries and opt for the personal attention and service provided by Bin 415. My best advice is to be open and let them plan your day for you - you will not be disappointed. Thank you Allison and Michael for an amazing day!
