Negative experience: Very disappointed with Biancas Travel Agency. I have been her client for many years and now that she began working on her own (she used to have people working for her), she doesn’t give the same customer service as she used to. She is not patient, she answers very rudely, and tells you she will call back and never does. I called several times to book a family vacation with her and every time I call her she tells me she’ll call me back in 10min because she is busy or has an “emergency” with a client. Those 10 min turn into days until I finally decide to call her back and tell her once again I’ve been waiting to know about the prices. She answers rudely and when I have questions about hotels she is not patient at all she starts answering me with a very bad tone telling me why can’t i change the date or why does it have to be that date and if i an change it. If you encountered something similar to this with Bianca or just find her customer service very bad, then I recommend you to go with another agency. I found Misje Travel Agency online and the lady that attend me was Magda. She is super super nice and very patient with customers. I was undecided whether to go to Cancun or puerto Vallarta and told her I’ve never gone to both locations and she was honest and recommended me Cancun. I loved how she compared the pros and cons of each one and her prices are also very affordable. I highly recommend Misje Travel Agency than Biancas.

Negative experience: Mi mama una señora de tercera edad perdio su vuelo ya que cambiaron el horario y no aivsaron. Se les llamo un dia antes ( y aparte que la contesto ese dia el telefono se comporto muy mal) para reconfirmar el vuelo y aun asi no avisaron nada. Dijeron que era vuelo directo y NO ERA ASI. Muy decepcionada de esta agencia!!!
