Negative experience: 34 year member still stranded with dead battery, why wouldn't technician at least offer further assistance for a tow to a shop stranded for two days now terrible experience

Negative experience: I am a first time customer with AAA Auto Insurance, and this will most definitely be my last time with this company! My vehicle was hit by a careless driver. I submitted photos, videos and called AA police to the scene in support of my claim of this accident. The agent assigned Steven Mulero was horrible with returning phone calls, researching liability and holding the other person and insurance liable as they had no evidence of innocence. My frustration of waiting for three and a half weeks for an update from Steven Mulero, I left a message for his supervisor Norberto to which I am still waiting for a return call. This company lacks professionalism and integrity as it relates to customers. Seek a company that stands up for their customers.. as this company and this agent does NOT.

Fantastic experience: Colleen and Brittany were excellent to work with and patient. Colleen helped with setting up 4 new accounts and Brittany set up 2 car rentals for an upcoming trip. It is very nice to deal with an actual human who is doing everything they can to meet your needs and expectations.

Fantastic experience: Always a welcoming experience!! That's because they have actual caring and personable Humans working there. A rep, Donna, called me today to review my coverages. Our interaction led me to things I had forgotten about, so that was a meaningful call...and thank you for that!! Plus, she was very friendly and took the time to listen to me, because I'm older and slower to think (hard to find that in other businesses). She showed a respect for my thoughts!!!! I had earlier last year? meet with that local facility, with a manager (Colleen? if memory serves me), and recall a very similar interaction. All that said, I think it's the local AAA that installs this level of welcoming and often necessary communications with us members.

Negative experience: AAA is horrible, all I want to do is make sure my account is current and change my address and all they do is transfer me all around (between holds and transfers I was on hold over and hour) two days in a row and this time after being on hold for almost 30 minutes disconnected me. If someone and I mean ONE person can assist me please contact me THANKS!!

Negative experience: after 25 years tried to drop a driver who got covered with new car. directly after auto renewal so they said would need to wait a whole year. Difficult to drop won't pay for unused time. I will try to find an alternative, besides don't often get flats anymore.

Fantastic experience: The staff was so nice. We had a newcomer taking out passport photos. She took her time to ensure she did her very best work. She was also very kind. She called for a coworker when she needed one. We were in and out in thirty minutes or so. With our memebership 2 passport photos were 6 dollars. I would definetly come here again. The hospitality and customer service here is top notch.

Positive experience: Went in to get tickets to Luray caverns. Went very smooth. My only complaint is that when I called to see if the tickets were available, navigating the automated menu was a nightmare. When I did finally get a person, the info they gave me was not accurate.

With Diane Dolls vast knowledge of touring Ireland we were able to create a customized tour that met or exceeded the expectation of our group of 9 travelers in every way. Prior to booking through Diane Doll, I looked at many of the other tour companies and options for our trip and feel very comfortable we made the best selection in working with Diane.

Fantastic experience: Helpful staff and a good selection of travel supplies. I purchased a travel purse there that was both "pickpocket proof" and fashionable. I loved it for our trip to Europe, and it was so cute I'm still using it at home.

Negative experience: Booked a cruise over a year ago. Was expecting to be contacted by Ms.** in December for final payment notification. When that didn't happen, drove to Westminster, MD office to speak to agent. She had no records of our booking, had lost ALL our paperwork. Lyckily, we were on the ball (she was NOT), had brought our copies, and did not wind up forfeiting our deposit and our suite. Ms ** was also supposed to forward a cruise info packet that RCCL sends out to agents 49 days prior to embarkation (or cruise leaves on March 23, 2018) and that the agent sends to the passengers. This also did not happen. We will visit office again on February19, to pick this packet up, and we hope she didn't lose that, too. Sorry, can not recommed AAA any longer, after having been customers since the 1970's. And no, this is not the first time AAA has failed us in recent years. But it will be the last.

Negative experience: Not open. Not notes anywhere stating they aren't open due to renovations. Still have a sign up outside front door that says they are open in the back of building - not the case. No phone message saying they're not open. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

Fantastic experience: I was shopping for some travel supplies and Mr.Dorsey offered his help. He then took plenty of time helping me plan an upcoming trip for next year. I do appreciate his help and his patience. He made sure I left with the books and maps that I needed.
