Negative experience: Compañía deshonesta no tomamos sus responsabilidades y después quieren que uno tome lo que ellos quieren y no quisieron regresar el dinero así que tub cque hacerlo por medio de la tarjeta de crédito pero no pude recuperar todo , son un fraude ya son dos años y no se comunicaron para reparar los daños mucho menos para ofrecer disculpas decepción total con esta compañía latina irresponsables llenos de mentiras y engaños

Negative experience: The worst experience. They stole my money. They never refund me for the hotel reservation which was never found at the hotel. I had to pay another hotel to stay. This is a big scam. I am furious about this

Negative experience: This company is a scam. I purchased a travel package and when I got to the Airline, there was no reservation. Fake company. They Will steal your money.

Negative experience: I am scheduled to embark on the Italy tour on May 1, 2025. However, since my booking of the tour has been challenging due to difficulties in obtaining timely responses. The primary concern is securing flight confirmation. Additionally, I am unable to access any information regarding transportation from the airport to the hotels where we will be staying. Despite my efforts to contact them via email and phone, I have received no response. Consequently, I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau and file a small claims lawsuit if their actions towards individuals are deemed unjust.

Te mantienen en una incertidumbre con el itinerario, los famosos voucher, los hoteles, tour(los cuales no lo cumplieron a cabalidad, los grupos se componen de 2 personas , cuando nos recogian . Hay mucho más. Tienen F. Cuando me di cuenta de las reseñas ya era tarde así me fui y fue sumamente estresante.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH BLUE TRAVEL GROUP LLC! My experience with Blue Travel Group LLC was a complete nightmare. I paid thousands of dollars for a trip that did not deliver on its promises. The brochure claimed we’d visit Tuscany, Interlaken, and Versailles—but none of these happened. • Papal Audience was cut from 9 hours to just 3. • Group Dinner? Only two people showed up, with no communication. • Duplicate reservations on the app caused unnecessary confusion, and I only had one reservation at the gate. • Their mistakes forced me to pay over $1,000 out of pocket to fix errors they caused. • Worst of all, they posted my image online without permission, misleading future clients. This company, run by Jenna Badger, Jenna Salazar, and Elder Salazar, lacks transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Blue Travel Group LLC.

Negative experience: compramos un viaje con Blue Travel Group hace 6 meses . nos han cancelado 3 veces . y se suponia que el 9 de Marzo de este año seria nuestro viaje nunca nos dieron itinerario. Luisa Yepez fue con la persona que tratamos. muy amables mientras estas dando los pagos!. despues que le preguntabamos por el itinerario nos contestaba muy grosera. .y nos dejo de contestar. son una Agencia Fraudulenta no confien en nadie de Ellos. Camila .. Eldel Salazar es el dueño o supervisor y tampoco recibe llamadas . son unos rateros sinverguenzas!

Fantastic experience: Tomé un tour por Turquía y Grecia y no puedo estar más contento. Elder y Luisa fueron los mejores guías, siempre atentos y amables. El servicio al cliente fue impecable y cada detalle estuvo muy bien planeado. ¡Gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Negative experience: My mom paid for her trip to Spain using this travel agency. She is due to leave in the next couple of days. They have not sent her any tickets and/or itinerary. Please do not use this company. They have blocked my mom so she can contact them.

Fantastic experience: Fue un paseo en familia espectacular, el Tour Europa express en septiembre fue un experiencia familiar que la disfrutamos al máximo. Lastimosamente en los últimos días en Roma fuimos afectados por un manifestación de transporte que totalmente se entiende que está fuera de control de la agencia, pero fuimos apoyados en todo momento, mi hijo menor enfermo y la respuesta del seguro contratado fue súper rápida Gracias Elder por su apoyo en todo momento

Personas que no tenían vuelo de regreso, No teníamos información a donde ir que hacer fue una negra pesadilla porfavor reporten a est agency. Una fraude de nogocio. Favor de ayudarme a divulgar a hacer a est agencia que pagen por todos los daños…. Big scam.

Negative experience: Just awful got my confirmation number a night before my trip didn’t even know if I was going on my trip they cancelled a lot of the activities we had already planned for and made me go on a bus ride of 9 hours from Milan to Rome if you want to know how hell fells go right ahead and purchase a ticket with them your going to regret it

Itinerarios de última hora, cancelaciones repentinas, traslados que nunca aparecieron, reservas de hoteles que no existen y cargos no autorizados en tus tarjetas de crédito. Nuestros itinerarios fueron cancelados debido a huelgas (La excusa oficial de Blue Travel) pero cuando hicimos las reservaciones nosotros mismos, no tuvimos ningún problema con ningún tipo de interrupción o manifestación. nuestro grupo era de más de 20 personas se quedaron sin alojamiento en hotel, traslados y tours locales, el peor servicio al cliente, representantes groseros y agresivos y si exiges los servicios que ya pagaste te bloquean. ¡¡¡Blue Travel Group ustedes son una verguenza !!! ALERT!! If you want to travel with Blue Travel Group, prepare for the worst nightmare of your life. Last minute itineraries, sudden cancellations transfers that never showed up, hotel reservations that do not exist and unauthorized charges on your credit cards. Our itineraries were cancelled due to strikes (The official Blue Travel excuse) but when we made the reservations ourselves, we had absolutely no issues with any kind of interruption or manifestation. our group was over 20 people left without hotel accommodations, transfers and local tours, the worst customer service, rude and aggressive representatives and if you demand the services you already paid for they block you. SHAME ON YOU BLUE TRAVEL GROUP!!!

Negative experience: Malísima experiencia, les suplico a todos los que intenten reservar con ellos lo piensen 2 veces. Nuestra experiencia es larga de contar en un tour que se llama capitales de España e Italia . No nos llevaron a 2 ciudades y nos trasladaron en bus de Milán a Roma. Llegamos al hotel que nos habían asignado y no hicieron la reserva, somos 8 personas.

Negative experience: Mi esposa y yo viajamos el 2023 con esta agencia y fue un viaje muy bonito muy bien planeado todo perfecto, pero este 2024 volvimos a viajar con esta agencia y un martirio prácticamente nos dejaron solos en los hoteles nos teníamos que registrar y pagar los impuestos nada que ver con el año pasado ,en los vuelos igual teníamos que registrarnos el año pasado ya llevamos lo pases de abordar ,los teléfonos de emergencia nunca contestaron las personas de europa personas sin educación groseros , en la misma ciudad nos dieron hoteles para diferente día tuvimos que transportarnos en taxis por qué no los mandaban o caselaban entre impuestos y Uber pague más de 700 euros y lo peor un día nos mandaron a un hotel de paso tuvimos que salir de allí a mediana noche en Milán estaba en una área de mala muerte ni los taxistas se querían arrimar tuve que pagar 170 euros fue un servicio pesimo no recomiendo a blue travel

Negative experience: Scam!!! DONT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY!! They have a group discount for your flights and charged you more... We were supposed to go to Paseo Europeo. They said 10 days before trip will give you the itinerary. They didn't do it and make up that taxis had a strike more then 48 hours and canceled our trip. Those strike are normal in Europe. They are stealing people money SCAM!!!!

Negative experience: Going to Europe??? Look for a good Travrl Agency. Well we decided to choose Blue Travel Group for our friendly trip to Europe. They had this trip for March 2024. These dates fits for our group, so we went ahead and arranged everything with Miss Luisa, (by the way very nice lady). Paid for everything upfront and got ready to go. Then something happened in Paris and the agency asked the whole group. Would you like to postpone it until September or November 2024 and we the four of us decided to stay with these dates and go somewhere else, so we thought. We had the departure date on March the 10th and by March the 8 and 9th heard nothing from the agency. What was going on?? We started to get nervous and of course they where closed the weekend and they where no way to be found. My friend started to look for them On Facebook, instagram and on W hat’s up and finally Matteo answered to us, a little bit bother but gave us a little bit of guidance. One of his favorites sentence was READ YOUR EMAIL !!!!! Basically the eight day trip we were there he always repeated to us READ YOUR EMAIL!!!!! He even said it isn’t my fault you don’t know how to follow instructions. Well being in Europe sometimes you can not get good internet, we had a difference time of eight hours give or take and every time we need information, the only way we could communicate with this Agency was looking for them again and again in Facebook what’s up instagram and here we have Mateo answering to us, not in a good way but bothered. To make a long story short someone at the agency was sending us information to a different email and they never wanted to admit they make a HUGE mistake so if you want to enjoy a trip to Europe maybe choose a good Travel Agency, just saying

Los hoteles fueron bellos. Sus desayunos tipo buffet de lo mejor. Todo el personal muy atentos..Los choferes de los transfers muy calificados. Especialmente en Roma con el Sr. Guissepe. Negative experience: NIGHTMARE!!! The only reason why these other ppl give the agency 4 stars is because they were given what promised, WE on the other hand did not received what promised according to Elder “our group was too small” they couldn’t AFFORD giving us what was promised WE had NO host/guide was sent from city to city on public transportation NOT private as promised and Elder your respond to the other group members that we took Uber upon ourselves because our excuse was that it was cold “YES” Paris was at 31 degrees but not only that it took YOU over ONE hour for you to send us transportation to pick us up and we have conversations PROOF of that with your agency! Don’t try to trick ppl with your sweet talk of trying to help us when ALL your REPRESENTATIVE and YOU expressed lack of sympathy towards the group the whole 14 day Europe trip

Negative experience: ZERO STARS! SCAM of a travel agency. We booked a trip to Europe back on April of this year, (travel on November 2023) which our sales rep Karla emphasize it was a “SPANISH” speaking guided tour. The agreement clearly says we will be transported in PRIVATE AUTOCAR, we would have a tour guide through out the 14 day trip. We became aware of the situation after arriving to Europe that there will be NO host/guide and NO Spanish speaking tour guide. On top of NOT having any guidance we were forced to use a application for our itinerary (Taking in consideration that we had 5 elderly ppl in our group of 12 whom had very little technology experience with phones or apps to guide themselves through out the trip) they also were notified until they arrived. Aside from using a app to guide us we were forced to used PUBLIC transportation through out ALL our tours, TRAIN, PUBLIC BUS, and UBER Driver’s. Our worse experience was having them transported from Paris to Barcelona through a Local Public Bus for 13 hours, at the station ours fears was to get robbed by the locals since all of us on the group had purchased DESIGNER bags and were exposed at the station. we all feared being robbed by the locals. We expressed our concerns to the agency and they had a excuse for every concern and/or pretty much emphasized “CANCEL if you don’t like it” This by far has been the worse experience ever, I have traveled to many other places and communication with the agencies have been sympathetic and helpful ALL the time UNLIKE the comments and feed back from BLUE TRAVEL GROUP LLC, AVOID this company if you can they have lack of respect, zero customer service and NO consideration for the ELDERLY!!!

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con la agencia desde el inicio no fue la mejor. En abril cancelaron mi viaje por una protesta en París, yo entendí eso, pero después de esto estuve meses llamando a Karla, y enviando emails para que me dieran el nuevo itinerario, finalmente faltando casi 4 semanas me lo dieron y tuve que pagar $562 dólares de más para mi tiquete porque el viaje ya estaba muy cerca. Finalmente lo logré viaje. Ahora cuando llegamos al nuestro primer destino Roma, no tuvimos un guía de blue travel como la agencia lo había ofrecido debido a que personas le cancelaron, pues esto ocasionó confusiones, inconvenientes al momento de llegar a las actividades planeadas, retardos y terminó una de mis compañeras del grupo y yo aveces le ayudaba a coordinar todo. Debido a la diferencia de horarios, nos pedían llamar a un número y no estaba activo o se demoraban en responder, por ejemplo en París, tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que nos recogieran. Perdimos un tren a la ida para Milán porque solo dejaron 5 minutos para hacer el transfer y pues ese tiempo no es suficiente cuando tienes maletas y no conoces la estación. La agencia contrata otras operadores en cada ciudad para que ofrezcan el tour, el de Florencia fue malísimo. Un dato curioso, la ida a Barcelona desde París, fue en un bus normal que hace varias paradas y lleva a todo el mundo, se toma en la terminal que por cierto no es nada segura. El pasaje les costó $40, ya se imaginarán ustedes la calidad del servicio. Todos los hoteles quedaban a más de 40 minutos, bueno excepto el último en Madrid porque pedimos que nos lo cambiaran. Los check out son las 12 y los check in de 1 a 3, debido a esto perdimos mucho tiempo esperando en las salas de los hoteles para que nos recogerán. En varios hoteles nos preguntaron que qué agencia era esta porque habían acabado de hacer la reserva. Para completar, Madrid no lo pude disfrutar el último día porque la agencia hizo algo muy tonto, escuchen esto, llegamos a Barcelona, estuvimos un día y al siguiente nos fuimos a Madrid y allí nos regresamos al siguiente. 1ero ese trayecto era de 3 horas cada uno, mi vuelo salía desde Barcelona así que tuve que comprar mi propio pasaje de tren ya que el de ellos habia costado $25 y no se podía hacer cambio sin pagar mínimo $75 €. Hice este cambio porque la agencia escogió salida dr Madrid a las 9pm llegada al rededor de las 12 si no habían retrasos y mi vuelvo de regreso a era el día siguiente a las 9 ósea debía estar en el aeropuerto a las 5 mínimo, en conclusión ni conocí Madrid bien no Barcelona. Este tour puede ser mejor si quizás fueran menos actividades y fueran más realistas de las situaciones que pasan los turistas, no recomiendo este tour a personas que nos sean hábiles con la tecnología, pues si no tienen un guía de BlueTravel va a ser muy difícil y van a gastar más dinero en Ubers. Entonces, si van a escoger esta agencia deben saber y estar preparados para aguantar largos tiempos de espera y verificar que ellos envían los uber a las direcciones correctas.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE!!! Do not book with them!!!! My family and I went on the Europe trip and It was the most stressful thing ever. They are SO rude with their responses and have horrible costumer service. We were promised a guid at all time and that was not the case. They claimed they couldn’t send us a guid because THEY didn’t have enough people booked, which is not our fault. They booked our hotels about an hour or more from the main cities and didn’t pay for transportation so we spent almost more than $600 on ubers. Each uber was around $80 just to get to the main cities because they were in the middle of no where. They also made us check out of hotels almost 4 hours before we were even going to get picked up, so that took away many hours of our day where we couldn’t do nothing but wait around. The transportation that they did pay for would pick us up sometimes up to 1 and a half AFTER the pick up time they claimed. Since we had no guid we had to follow unclear instructions through messages with them, which some times they wouldn’t answer because of the different time frames. They promised we would be going to many different places but when it came to that day they would cancel it on us. So we missed out on a few activities. Throughout the trip, they changed many things so it can be more affordable for THEM. We payed them so much money for an excellent trip and they repaid us by sending us to bus stops that spelled like pee and was so dirty. They send us on this bus for 10+ hours to not pay for a train or plane tickets. Again, they just did what was convenient for them. This was my dream trip so I am very disappointed and sad that it was spent tolerating these people. They are so unprofessional it’s unbelievable. Please do yourself a favor and not book with them.

Negative experience: This will be first and last time booking with agency. My girlfriend and I recently returned from Egypt and about 65% of the time we had multiple issues. 1. The cruise ship company said we canceled our reservation….We did not. Reservations were made at the last minute. Everything was confirmed in May 2023. 2. Pyramids in Giza - Tour guide rushed us. He told us not to tell anyone we tipped him - Who cares if we tip him or not. He got into an argument with vendors….It was vey embarrassing. 3. Another tour guide told us we had to pay for a tour that was already. They had an itinerary different from ours - So I paid $85. The next morning we had 2 separate guides wanting to take us on a tour. Both are legitimate guides, but one scammed me/us. We were told by Blue Travel, I would get a refund and now I will not be receiving one. 4. On the final day to the air port, driver did not show up on time. Keep in mind our flight was at 8pm. Driver was supposed to pick us at 4pm - Our voucher said 5:35pm. I called the service provider to confirm pick up time. Needless to say, the driver did not show up until 6pm. I will never book with this company again!!!!

Positive experience: Thanks blue travel for helping me with my trip to Europe Athens,Paris,& London !! How ever I thought it's was group going to this trip The only thing I was little bit concern was with the transportation because I was traveling by my self how ever they drivers actually was very nice and Welcoming !! Language wasn't a issue most of them speak English as well. I though that was a group going to the same trip but was not like at all, but over all I did enjoyed I meet new friends hotel was very nice, the tours was nicely organized,!! I really want to thank Luisa and elder they help me a lot through the process with transportation, check in on the hotel and tours can wait to start planning and my new aventure !!!

Fantastic experience: El viaje que realizamos organizado por Blue Travel Group a los países de Argentina y Brasil, fue excelente. Los guías fueron muy amables, nos llevaron a conocer los lugares mas importantes y conocidos de las ciudades. El día libre que fue parte del paquete, ayudó a que uno mismo se enfoque en buscar y conocer lugares que son ya muy personale. Los hoteles, son sencillos pero el personal muy profesional. La ubicación de los hoteles, excelente! Lo que si deben investigar antes de viajar a Argentina, es sobre su moneda. Un poco complicada y confusa. Conclusión: Argentina y Brasil, nos fascinaron. Todo salió de maravilla. Gracias!!

Fantastic experience: Disfrute mucho viajar a España, Francia, Italia y Suiza con Blue Travel group, fueron muy profesionales, sinceros y pacientes en cada lugar que llegábamos. Fueron 17 días bien administradores y puede decir que conocí más de lo que creí de cada país que visite. Sus guías muy buenos en especial Alex, los hoteles pasaron la prueba, las comidas, comimos de todo. Con gusto volvería a viajar con ustedes y los recomiendo al 100 %.

A pesar de que pasé dificultades en mi reciente viaje a Turquía como el vuelo se retrasó un día, por lo tanto perdí el primer día del tour, además perdieron mi maleta los del aeropuerto. Negative experience: Jamás en ningún momento ud me dio la información. Sobre cuando era el último día para cancelar el viaje. Y jamás me dijo lo de los términos. Y creo que tampoco se lo comunico a nadie del grupo. Así que está diciendo cosas falsas.

Negative experience: When I spoke with him over the phone regarding the deposit and how much Elder never mention the conditions and terms of the company he knew I was not hundred percent sure about the trip for the commitment I have on Oct 21 and the trip finishing on oct 19. It was still pretty hard for me to do. And Elder never mention that the deposit was not refundable. If he would advice me at that moment I would have said No. but they pressure you to put out the deposit if not the trip was not available anymore. I had travel with other companies and they provide everything we asked. I asked him to provide me a more detail events for the trip he never send it. Also a quote for a triple room. He send double and single and still no information regarding the details of the trip. Next time Elder when asking people for the deposit re assure them about the non refundable terms. Because YOU NEVER MENTION IT TO ME OVER THE PHONE. I AM GIVING YOU zero stars

Positive experience: Elder is an excellent professional travel agent, I am just frustrated that in the middle of the pandemic I found myself with a lot of pressure, and I was in charge of other 3 people traveling with me , and it was not easy helping them to recover some of their money, that at the end , we all LOST.! I don't know if the agency could've done anything about it.
