Negative experience: Do not get insurance thru this company. Whenever l try to call the local the local in Evansville In they will not answer the phone. They give you an option to have them call you back but they don’t call you back. The 800 number you have to wait on hold for ever, they just have terrible customer service. I do not drive a lot so they give you a discount for that, l bought a different car so they took that discount off. They said l would have to wait three months and submit my mileage then. I feel like this is idiotic, just because l am driving a different car doesn’t mean my driving habits would change.

Negative experience: Horrible experience so far. My husband and I moved in together and started insurance policies with AAA for our cars and home. They have great rates but that is about it. First agent could never get our information entered correctly, we have called him five different times to resolve issues with our policy and continued to have issues. We then asked to have another agent assist us. The other agent since the first contact will not answer the phone or return any voicemails. It took us calling another branch to talk to someone who could help. Consider going with another company if you want to be able to have any competent agents and decent customer service.

Negative experience: Worst experience. Tried to upsell me on a policy and imediately started having biliing and coverage issues following refusal. Total scam.

Negative experience: NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE- I received very poor customer service yesterday from a snippy woman who answered my call regarding questions I had about my AAA roadside assistance membership coverage. After she was finished criticizing my use of words, I was transferred, yet again. I left a voice message which has yet to be returned. AAA auto insurance & their roadside assistance leaves a lot to be desired. Thankfully, there are other companies which offer similar services. It would be hard for any other company's customer service, lack of knowledgeable or consistent information, ability to actually reach more than an automated system or have a call returned to be less than what AAA has offered in the last 3 years in 4 different states.

Negative experience: All I'd like to say is that trying to find, pay, or input annual mileage info is just ridiculous. There are some many different sites it seems with different patterns of doing anything productive is just frustrating. Try having a basic website layout for every state you do business in. Same layout so people can feel comfortable using the site. I paid my insurance yesterday and didn't have the annual mileage ready so today I used my cell phone and it says my info is incorrect. It's always something with this insurance company. I've been with AAA for I guess about 16 years but it's definitely time to start looking. I guess I should have believed Consumers Report when they didn't rate you guys very well. Really AAA, try and get yourselves standardized when it comes to your BS websites!

Fantastic experience: It's extremely easy to collect your merchandise! I wish they would open a bit earlier than 9:00 a.m and stay open a little later than 5:30 in order for more flexible pickups!

Fantastic experience: My Sister and broke down and called AAA, the driver from Black towing from Mt Vernon, Bryan, was the driver and he was so nice. He towed the car and both of us to Super Center here in town. He was great and we really appreciate his help. Especially to two old stranded woman. Thank you.

Negative experience: My insurance took out an insane amount out of my account without even contact me or letting me know then had no explanation other than finding more discount they should be ashamed of themselves very disappointed in company will be finding new insurance company

Negative experience: After being a member for 10 years I can no longer trust them. They will leave you stranded on the road.. Their online app is flawed and you try to call and they bounce you all around. The service has gone downhill.

Negative experience: I waited 2 hrs for them to find a tow truck..never came. I had to find one myself. NO I would not refer them to anyone.
