Fantastic experience: Impressive service from the manager here. I ordered an International Driving Permit by mail from here, and the envelope arrived damaged with the permit lost. The Post Office couldn't help. Though it took a couple calls through the answering system to get through, the manager made good quickly, and made sure I got my documents safely and without additional cost.

Fantastic experience: When I walked in I was greeted very politely from a girl at the front counter. I am interested in a Caribbean cruise. I worked with Theresa, very polite and knowledgeable. She provided me with all the necessary information I need to book my cruise. I will be back shortly to book with her.

Negative experience: The Manhattan KS office never answers their phone. You have to call to schedule an appointment to reserve and pay on your trip and they never contact you in a timely manner. Something definitely needs to be done about this. What are you supposed to do when you have a group of people wanting to reserve a trip and you never get a return phone call? They need to either hire more people or get more organized in their office. I called yesterday at 10am it is now the following day at 2pm and I still haven’t gotten a return phone call. Not professional at all!

Positive experience: Recieved my international license here. Was in and out with in 15 minutes. Recomend make your own photo and bring so you dont get charged the nine dollars.

Negative experience: Their customer response to inquiries is lousy. Their local response for tow & emergency svc is excellent. But don't ask them to look into a problem tow svc call that happens out of state. The Manhattan office will blow you off. They don't care what happened to you in Springer Oklahoma
