Negative experience: I am not happy with victory travel whatsoever. I had to travel from Washington State to South Carolina for my sons boot camp graduation. Victory Travel is a horrible travel agency. For one they do not listen to what the customer wants as far as travel accommodations. When I was talking to them and asking them questions about my reservations, they were acting almost like I was bugging them with my questions. Isnt that what a travel angecy is suppose to do answer travel questions and get you the best deal? My ex wife tried to use Victory Travel as well for the same thing our sons boot camp graduation. She was so appalled by their attitude she went somewhere else and got a better deal flying into North Carolina instead of South Carolina. She saved hundreds of dollars. Victory Travel didnt even mention that it is way cheaper to fly into North Carolina than it is to fly into South Carolina because South Carolina has such a small airport. I am disabled with a back and left leg injury and I have some limitations as far as seating on a plane. When I made the reservations, I specifically asked not to be put on an aisle seat. Wouldn't you know it when I checked my reservations on United Airlines they assigned me an aisle seat. I actually had to get on the united website and change my seats. It wasn't like there wasn't any seats. There was plenty of seats for them to put me in a window seat. So I had to pay more money to change seats from the back of the plane aisle seat they put me in to a window seat in the front of the plane. Also I made reservations for a car rental. I specifically asked for a full size Dodge Challenger because that's what i drive and I'm use to it. Amazingly enough, they made a reservation for me for a car with the only company that does not rent dodge cars Budget Rentals. If I were you, I would be very cautious and weary about doing business with victory travel. It seems to me like they really don't care about what the customer wants and want to sell you tickets on what makes them the most money instead of getting you the best deal.
Positive experience: Very helpful about discounts and availability of tickets to different places and events. They gave me the rundown of whats going on and even had tickets to USC gamecock events. The crew over there really know how to take care of the military.

Fantastic experience: Took a hot minute to get zoo tickets but can't beat the price. Staff said once I'm in system, it'll go quicker next time. Zoo tickets do come with parking.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, they don't return your call and will give you some type of excuse when you finally reach them.

Fantastic experience: Pam Morrow was so professional and efficient in getting our group of five cabins established for our cruise next year. I believe she worked tirelessly and honestly in providing the best possible amenities and cost for our vacation. All her efforts are greatly appreciated!

All of the agents are very knowledgeable and make suggestions that you didn't know you should ask. Our agent Pam feels like part of the family. My whole family will use their service for life.

Fantastic experience: I needed information for my son and his travel arrangements to come back home to Texas for the holidays. I sent an email with my number and I got a call back. Don was amazing and so helpful. He put my mind at ease that my dingy grown man child successfully purchased his own flight and travel home and back to base.(I say dingy because when I asked him where his stop/ layover was he said, "when I get home ma, Imma lay in my room"♀️or what flight was he on he said the bigger plane.) Thank you victory travel for giving the info to pick up my kid for the holidays. You made me a happier mom.

Positive experience: Winterfest was really awesome. The different villages and all the lights, games and rides that were opened. Seeing it through my grand children's eyes was like being a kid myself again.

Fantastic experience: I rented the Dozer house, the ac was NOT working well at all!! In fact we had to go buy fans because it was so hot! We were there 3 nights. They came 2 days in a row to try and fix it. It got better but still wasent great. I talked to them about it when I checked out and because I bought fans, they were kind enough to refund me some money. I really appreciated that because I didn't ask for them to!
