Negative experience: They don't answer the phone you will be on hold for hours! I'm already needing emergency road side assistance and y'all can't even answer the phone? Last time I waited 3 hours for a tow that wasn't coming. Triple A is garbage you'd be better off calling a tow company and paying full price. At least you'd be able to get home. Especially when you have a child in the car during a heat wave ! Disgusting !

Negative experience: Not very responsive. Will ask you to sign up for a crappy (AAAdrive app). See public discussion forms for public reviews about their app. Once trapped your premiums will vary at the mercy of insurance agent at desk ..... Would not recommend falling for them

Negative experience: I love triple aaa and in Indiana if you break down they have you picked up within the hour regardless of the time day or night . Not the case however when I got a flat tire in Danville at midnight. First of all they. Said the driver would be there to pick me up in 30 minutes and then I get a call that says he is running about thirty minutes behind so an hour later I start calling lift and Uber (which Danville doesn’t use ) I put a call into two taxi companies and after 3 calls saying the driver was busy it would be another thirty minutes I walked to a hotel. of course I calls triple a to tell Them I was leaving the vehicle and I did not get confirmation from the driver until close to ten am the following day needless to say it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with tripple a

They have always provided great reliable service and affordable insurance options. The agents and other staffI've worked with have been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The roadside assistance I've received through the years has helped keep me and my family safe. I feel confident in recommending them to other drivers.

Negative experience: I give all the bad reviews,there all sucks we’ve been waiting for 6 hours they said they gonna be here as soon as they can but 6 freaking hours nobody come to fixed our trailer tires that’s just blow up.And the location were we blow the tires is just very close in Champaign what took them so long to rescue our tires and change it.So mad for this Triple A

Negative experience: Terrible company. My car was stuck in the road due to a terrible snowstorm and it was unable to make it up the road due to the ice in which my car’s wheels would just spin and give no traction to get up. I called AAA around 530 in hopes of a tow truck to help pull me out of the street I was stuck in but they informed me they would not come get me if the roads were not plowed. All the roads were plowed. They then informed me after contacting the local tow service that they had service cars available in that area but no drivers wanted to go out that far, my agent on the phone then said he would transfer me to the local dispatch and proceeded to end the phone call. After waiting an hour thinking help was coming from another phone call, I called back again and Dave, my agent this time, said they were not able to help if road conditions were not plowed. After explaining over and over the roads were plowed, I just couldn’t make it up the street with the ice he proceeded to tell me he could not hear me with 4 bars of cell service and I could hear him perfectly okay. If this was a more serious situation, life or death, this company would be absolutely no help. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: I had insurance with AAA for years from offices in several states. After moving to Champaign, the local office refused to insure my vehicle because of an unusual (legitimate) VIN. I had to switch to Progressive (and got better coverage for much less). They also do not have a Notary.
