Fantastic experience: Tim and I are excited to share about Annette Carlson with Dream Vacations!! Our mediterranean cruise was absolutely beautiful….her input of knowledge was extremely helpful!! From how to be careful when doing excursions to providing transportation from airports and hotels!! Our travel planner provided by her kept us up to date and on time!! So thankful for all her advice…made our trip very memorable!!!

Fantastic experience: I have always wanted to see Alaska. Unfortunately, it took me 67 years to get there. What I did not expect was to have the perfect weather and every excursion work out so perfectly. I have now seen grizzly bears, brown bears, black bears, Dall sheep, caribou, moose, mountain goat, golden eagle, and humpback whales in the wild. Ever seen a whale jump out of the water or a bear catch a salmon from a river? I have now. Jamie did a great job and the app she set up for me was so very helpful. I never give reviews, but this trip was so great that I had too. I recommend waiting until the second half of August for any trip to Alaska. We did not have hardly any mosquitos, and it is the height of the salmon run which means lots of bears!

Fantastic experience: Annette Carlson with Dream Vacations is the best travel agent I’ve worked with to date. Her attention to the details is beyond what I expected or previously experienced. I highly recommend her to anyone that likes the details taken care of. We did the Rocky Mountaineer trip in Canada which has many hotels and restaurants and tours involved and it was a wonderful experience. Then she helped us with a trip to SanDiego then Napa which was also a great trip.

From start to finish, she went above & beyond, even telling me at one point that she was planning my trip as if I were her own daughter, because she knew I was traveling alone. I thought that was so sweet, and it really showed in the way every detail was handled. My itinerary was packed with amazing experiences, horseback riding along the beach, climbing Dunn’s River Falls, bamboo rafting, ATV riding, and more. Every excursion was seamless, well-organized, and safe, which let me fully relax and enjoy my first big solo birthday getaway. Jamie didn’t just plan a trip; she curated a celebration. Fantastic experience: Jamie is amazingly easy to work with. Has tons of experience in all regards of travel. We have done a couple trip with her from a two week trip in the Mediterranean that involved flights, shuttles, hotels, excursions and all that, to the one we just did at an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. Both were very thought out and everything lined up just as planned. 11/10 would recommend!

I was very nervous booking a cruise on my own with Covid still being an issue at the time, but Jamie put my mind at ease. Fantastic experience: Just returned from an Alaskan Cruise, which was a reschedule from a cruise previously booked during Covid. Jamie worked very hard to accommodate all our requests for this cruise, as it was completely different than the first one that was booked. Fantastic experience: One conversation with Jamie and I knew she was the travel agent for us. My husband and I are so glad that we found her. We had a group of 59 people. We traveled to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Jamie is very professional, organized, knowledgeable and the list goes on!!!!! Although we took 59 our group started out with more than that when the planning started. I never panicked because Jamie made sure everything was in order. It’s almost like she went on the trip with us because she continued to make sure our trip was going well while we were vacationing. Trust me you don’t need to look any further!!!! From our initial phone call about budget and what we hoped this vacation could be to our final call to get feedback on our experience and everything in between she was great! With Covid affecting everything surrounding our wedding, Jamie took care of us by getting us a full refund when Covid cancelled our first plan and then helped us book a beautiful resort in Marathon, FL. She was so helpful in every aspect...recommendations, cruise booking, transfers and excursions. It was so nice to have all of our transportation pre arranged. The small group excursions were fantastic! Much smaller groups than if you book through the ship, and less expensive, too! Of of our excursions included only us and one other couple! Talk about a private tour! Jamie made planning the trip so easy and enjoyable.
