AAA Clarksville Office

Fantastic experience: This is for AAA overall! If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only have I had to use them many times over the years with having a dead battery, locked my keys in the car and using their tow truck. This has been over the last several years and couple different cars and a few different states. Every time I have called AAA the representative I talked to is extremely pleasant and very helpful! It does not matter where you’re located, where you moved to vacation two or what car are you drive? I would recommend AAA 1 million times over they are fantastic! From years ago to today, I have never had a wait over an hour for roadside assistance or a tow. And an hour is probably an over exaggeration. It’s usually been about a 30 minute wait.

Negative experience: Definitely won’t be renewing our many years of service with Triple A. The response times are AWFUL and have been the last year. Waiting 3 hours for a tow is INSANE. I’m not sure if providers have dropped them for service or what the deal is. Nobody at the triple a office seems to care. Thankfully I’m up for renewal soon and will not be doing so. I highly recommend using roadside through your insurance provider. Triple A is no longer a convenient service to have.

Fantastic experience: Well surprise things have changed since the 80’s when before we would depart on our big vacation we would go to AAA and get our trip-tik and tour book that included a couple of states and all the popular stops with hotels, prices and ratings along the way. Luckily they still have maps and trip tiks can be ordered. This office had a nice supply of luggage, travel purses, travel wallets.. well lots of travel paraphernalia. They can also help you plan a vacation anywhere. All that for a yearly membership fee just remember to use them.

Positive experience: I live in Indiana and I am 3.4 miles from my mechanic, the mechanic shop is in Kentucky I was informed by the tow truck driver today that Kentucky has $3 more per mile than Indiana if you exceed your miles limit. He tried to charge me $14 for a 3.4 mile run stating it was well over the 3 miles limit. Thank goodness for Google Maps or I would have been out $14. So do NOT break down across the bridge LOL

Fantastic experience: I used Triple A for the first time today and it was well worth the $100 something dollars that it costs yearly. I needed a jump and the call service responder was so nice. She asked if I was in a safe area and if I needed any help other than a tow. She also let me know it was included in my package and it was not going to cost me anything for the jump. She was very nice as well and no attitude on the phone or anything like that. I highly recommend any females who have husbands that are away to get triple a it’s a life safer literally. Thank you for your help today and I’m sure glad to have the extra coverage in times like this.

Positive experience: My viechal was broke down in Indiana I live in Kentucky I couldn’t buy a membership because my residents is in Kentucky I had to go back to my state to get AAA roadside Assistance and purchase a membership This company should have worldwide coverage it shouldn’t matter what state or country you are from are where you reside to purchase a membership

Negative experience: We tried to book a cruise and the lady who helped us was rude and it seemed like she wanted us to go to a different location that was closer to our home instead of helping us. We got a bad vibe from her. I would not recommend.

Negative experience: Had just got triple AAA and had to use it for a flat tire when the service truck arrived they attempted to brake the lugs off to fix tire impact wrench wasn't powerful enough then they said the had to tow it and chargered 16 dollar's to take it to big o tires they said there was a charge to tow it four miles I'm thinking about canceling it poor sevice

Fantastic experience: Loved this Italian restraurant we discovered in Beckley VA. It is off the busy main highway. Inside and outside eating in a very peaceful setting. Very good food at a reasonable price. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The owner came to our table and had a nice conversation with us. If we are ever in Beckley again we will definitely eat there. Highly reccomend this restaurant.

Negative experience: Here's what they do to the mail! This was a residential address-not a POB. Incredibly bad. Why would you do this?

Fantastic experience: AAA is our travel agent; have not booked travel with any other agent for many years. Absolutely premier service. Cheryl takes care of every detail. Also use other AAA services, e.g. towing, auto starting in bitter weather. Always there when you need them.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were extremely pleased with the help we received from Christie. The plans and route have given us confidence to pursue our "bucket list" trip. Great service!

Negative experience: My mother and I went into the Travel Agency to put a downpayment and plan a trip to Egypt and Jordan. Since I have done a lot of research online, I knew the only thing the travel agent would need to do is to make flight arrangements and put us with an escorted tour company (which is what we wanted). The agent pulled out a AAA brochures and once we noticed there was no Isreal/Jordan option, the agent said she could not help us. I thought this was a full Travel Agency, not one that only offers AAA tours. Very disappointed.
