Fantastic experience: There is a lot of truth to Amber’s tagline; “Without a travel agent, you are on your own.”. My family (spouse and 2 kids under the age of 8) booked a trip to Mexico with Amber, and it was amazing! Everything we needed from the plane ride, to the transfer to our resort, to the reservations, and the transport back was well thought through and seamless. We even skipped over half of the people in line when coming back through customs by using an app Amber recommended. Also, the travel insurance may seem unnecessary, but we used it unexpectedly and will use it without second thought for any future trips. My husband and I were extremely pleased and highly recommend using Amber.

Fantastic experience: Amber was awesome! We had to delay our honeymoon to Cancun due to COVID for a year, and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. The night before we left, our flights were outright canceled and the airline rebooked us to fly out several days later and spend a night in the airport. Amber spent several hours on the phone with various people and was up past midnight to make sure everything worked out okay for us. We ended up getting a direct flight to leave at about the same time and arrive earlier. Saved us a major headache and bent over backwards for us. Would highly recommend her!

Amber is able to match and/or beat any package you can find online. I've always done our own travel arrangements until a recent trip to the Caribbean where I was struggling to find airport transfers. Even better she made some additional notes with the resort we were staying at and we had some great surprises during our trip as a result!
