Fantastic experience: Update, 12/25; my family and I have used Tarek’s service ( Elite Transportation) for several years as driving to the MSP airport has become a headache. I would like to arrive at the airport stress free, without anxiety, as I’ll usually get that when getting on the plane. Driving to the airport is a hassle, as is finding covered parking plus the fees have increased to where the cost has become unreasonable. The misconception of using transportation services is typically the cost but, using Elite’s website, I can view the rates, schedule service and see exactly what it’s going to cost me and it’s much more affordable than parking at the airport. The service that Tarek provides is always timely, service oriented and personable. Regardless of traffic or weather, Elite provided the quickest and most friendly ride as we rode in a large, luxurious SUV and we were able to chat about our upcoming journey without the hassle of worrying about the traffic. The driver loaded and unloaded our luggage and placed it right in front of the curbside drop off. Exceptional service plus a safe way to enjoy going to the airport and we use Elite for all of our local travel needs. Thank you for the experience.

It is so nice to arrive at the airport and have Tarek there to pick me up in his SUV and whisk me to my destination. He keeps track of the flights, adjusts his arrival if the flight is early, and communicates his status.

Fantastic experience: We used this service for an intl. flight as we were unsure exactly what time our flight would arrive stateside. Great service, we did not want to inconvenience family and friends or park our car in a lot for several weeks They track your flight and once you have cleared customs, grabbed your luggage you make your way to Ground Transportation and our driver was there within 5 minutes. You do have to reserve 24 hours in advance.

Fantastic experience: We were impressed by the service provided by Tarek the owner. A winter storm was starting here on Wednesday 12/21 and we decided to have a car service pick up family members arriving in the evening on an international flight. Many agencies refused and felt it might be too dangerous to drive that evening. Tarek was patient, listened to my story and was willing to consider the situation for the reservation we made. He stated that he had other reservations for the approximate time frame which he had to honor and was unsure of the travel time required between trips, but would follow the flight and we could chat once the plane had landed. The assigned driver could not make the run, so Tarek said he would do it. He met my daughter and son-in-law shortly after they cleared customs. They commented on what a safe driver he was and how they felt secure in his vehicle. Tarek is an example of a conscientious, honorable and caring business person. And on top of that, his pricing is very fair. We will definitely go back to him the next time we need a car service.
