Fantastic experience: We did the Road to Hana tour with Brandon for our party of 7. He was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, great with kids, flexible with activities and timing, as well as fun! We loved all the stops, never felt rushed, and really enjoyed our day! Highly recommend Brandon!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time on this tour. Although we’d been around the Big Island before,it was several years ago and the tour vehicle was cramped and not sized for anyone but small people. This experience was very different! Our tour vehicle was a Very comfortable Mercedes vehicle with seats for 14. In a rare stroke of good luck, only five passengers were booked for the day after six decided to postpone their excursion. So, plenty of room in a very comfortable transport. Even better, I was allowed to ride shotgun for the day and kibbutz with Leon, our driver, who was excellent. If you’re looking for a great way to spend a day on y the Big Island, this is your activity. Coffee sampling, hot malasadas, green sea turtles, black sand beach, chocolate shop and star gazing. What a day! Well Done, Leon!

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Signed up online for a tour and picked a time slot that was open. Got an email that the time I chose was not available after all and was given three other times to choose from and chose one. Got an email - that time not available. Are you kidding? Was given one time that didn't work, then after a couple of emails, I specifically said NOT to send another time unless it was truly open. They gave me a time and I took it - pretty quickly, as I was watching for their email. Got a call - not available. Crazy bad customer service. I told them their website should be up to date in real time so this wouldn't happen. "Sorry, our website is not real time." We have the technology - fix it! Would leave zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Leon was brilliant. He kept us informed of interesting information and is also very entertaining. We were amazed at how many sites we managed to see in one day. Loved it and will remember the day forever. Thank you for exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Zak (tour guide) for an amazing tour of Maui! So much information and smooth driver! We enjoy every minute of the views, since we did not have to drive on the road to Hana! Food spots were amazing, waterfalls were beautiful. We had the best day of our vacation! Our daughter insisted on taking a photo with him at the end of the day, it was like having a big brother touring us around!

Fantastic experience: The luau exceeded our expectations and was fantastic! The whole family enjoyed it and the dinner was wonderful too. Please tell the singers, dancers and fire dancer that they were great and appreciate learning more about the Pacific island culture. Mahalo

Negative experience: It rained our whole tour on the Big Island. They refused to give us any compensation even the majority of the tour was unpleasant due to rain. I left my phone on their bus and spent 2hrs of my vacation going to pick it up. DO NOT BOOK DURING WINTER BECAUSE YOU WILL BE RAINED OUT AND SOL THE WONT MAKE IT Right! I paid almost 300! For me and my daughter each , and asked for 35$ to get into volcano national park where we couldn’t see anything initially because of rain and went again by ourselves and denied any compensation due to weather beyond their control. What should have been something that was anything but pleasant was nothing to make money off their minimal efforts was beyond disappointing!

Fantastic experience: The tour was very nice! The views were spectular! The information given really helped us understand more of the history, landscape and culture. I loved every bit. The tour was 9 hours so we grew a little tired toward the end, but our driver, Marlon, was so entertaining. This tour is a must see!

Fantastic experience: We loved our Kauai trip. The island is lush and beautiful. The sunshine, palm trees, and ocean waves are hard to beat. They have the most handsome roosters! It was the perfect break from winter cold and gloom.

Fantastic experience: Easy way to go hike Diamond head early and not worry about parking or traffic. Van picked us up on time. We enjoyed the drive over and learned about the sites on the way. Water was given and map before we left. I'd do this again on another visit. Thank You!!

Fantastic experience: So sorry this review is extremely late, but we had the best tour ever. Our driver and guide, Kayson was so informative and made sure we seen everything and knew everything. He was great he was even worried about my sister who needed a wheelchair because she had a hard time at Pearl Harbor. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves. Honestly the price was good too. I would definitely recommend the Hawaii Tours for someone who wants a private tour and all the amenities.

Positive experience: Most of the food was great! The pork, however, was very, very, very salty. We enjoyed the show - what we could see. Loved the hula girls and the fire dancers!! The seating was not ideal. The website shows individual tables. Instead, we were seated in long tables perpendicular to the stage. This made it difficult to see the stage with everyone leaning in. Overall, we thought it was overpriced for what we got.

Positive experience: Honalulu to Kauai Make sure to check the weather before you go. No refunds or rain outs! This company books everything for you so make sure you check return flight, our wait was 2 hours and 55 min. Tried to adjust but they wanted to charge us more. . I’m sure it would’ve been great but all we saw was clouds and rain. I don’t think it was worth $500.00 a person. Lunch is NOT included but the driver did provide us a little treat for breakfast. What we saw of the island was beautiful and we did have an amazing tour guide!

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently had the pleasure of taking a private tour of Kauai followed by an incredible tubing experience through an old sugar cane irrigation system. It was truly a day to remember! Our private tour guide "Charles" was outstanding. His deep knowledge of Kauai, its history, and its culture brought the island to life for us. What made this experience so special were the off-the-beaten-path stops he introduced us to. From hidden scenic spots to local gems, we felt like we were seeing a side of Kauai few others get to experience. The tubing adventure was just as unforgettable. Floating through the historic irrigation channels surrounded by lush greenery was both thrilling and relaxing. The natural beauty of the island combined with the unique history of the sugar cane industry made it an experience like no other. This tour provided the perfect mix of adventure, education, and awe-inspiring views. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone visiting Kauai. Mahalo to our guide and the entire team for an incredible day!

Fantastic experience: We missed doing this on Oahu, so were glad to find it on the Big Island. The staff were all very welcoming & appreciated our being there. The narrator (Eden) was fun & observant. For as many dives as she has probably done, she has not lost her excitement of the uniqueness of marine life. We got to 107' in our dive and enjoyed every minute of it. Well worth it & a great memory! Thanks for your great experience.

Fantastic experience: Loved this tour. Our tour guide, Ozzie/Oz was wonderful! He told us and showed us so much about the areas that we visited! I’ve told several people that they should book the Best of Oahu Circle Tour.

Fantastic experience: Six of us took the Private Tour on the Big Island Monday, Nov 4, with Justin Gray as our terrific guide. It poured, and I mean, poured rain the entire time. There was at least 5 inches. Justin turned our trip into an adventure--reveling in mother nature's power while being awed by the geology of the volcanoes. He supplemented the rainy stops with photos and videos that let us "see" what the rain was hiding. Not one of us complained about the deluge all day long because we were having so much fun. We highly recommend the private tour and in particular, our guide, Justin.

Fantastic experience: We did a Road to Hana tour today through Hawaii Tours and we have not stopped smiling. Zak was our guide and we had the best time with him today. Zak picked us up from the airport bright and early, knew all the best spots for pictures/sight seeing/gave great recommendations and he knew all the locals. Not only would we recommend Hawaii Tours and the private road to Hana tour, but we’d recommend requesting Zak for your guide as well! This was the perfect start to our stay in Maui/Hana and a great memory we made on our honeymoon. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kīpū ranch ATV tour was amazing. David and Kyle were great guides! Starts off a little slow so I was weary it would be boring but it quickly picked up and we had a great time!

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Hawai’i Tours. We were visiting for our 47th anniversary. We did the Volcano tour. Justin Gray was our tour guide. He was fantastic! This was our favorite part of our week long stay. Justin was very knowledgeable. Being a bit of a volcano buff Justin made the tour a blast! If we ever make it back to the Big Island I would definitely ask for Justin to be our guide again.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour to Hana. Our Driver Brandon was an absolute joy. He made the trip. Positive experience: We nearly canceled the entire trip when it seemed we would not be picked up by their bus for the ride from our hotel to the port. They pulled through in the last minute. The cruise itself was wonderful. String winds made for choppy water and some passengers got sick from it. We were ok though.

Fantastic experience: The experience was stellar. Eddie was a great driver and tour guide on the way up the volcano and during the sunrise. He is so funny...tells the best jokes! Then Russell and Larry took such good care of us on the bike ride down. Russell was a bike leader and he was a great one! He really took the time to give us tips and tricks that would make the ride more enjoyable for everyone. Larry was never far behind in case someone needed help. Russell drove the group back on the scenic route and taught us so much about Maui. All three are very passionate and knowledgable about their home. It was just the best day!

Fantastic experience: The Road to Hana tour was amazing. Well paced, perfect scenic stops, and delicious food. Our tour guide Zak was outstanding and provided interesting insights throughout the tour. You can tell he really respects Hawaii and its history. He made sure to make time for our final stop to watch the surfers and sea turtles. Got us to the airport at the perfect time too. Highly recommend. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and Maui was out of a dream. P.S. Pictures don’t do it justice and much of the scenery was from the van.

Fantastic experience: This was a once in a life time experience with my family. Erika and the crew made sure we knew what to expect and made it fun. She shared the history of the area and island and helped us understand (if just a little bit) the locals relationship with the island. I would do it again in a heart beat. I can’t recommend this experience any more.

Fantastic experience: Our tour guide Chide was absolutely fabulous in every way! He was beyond friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful to be around. He even taught us how to make a local family dish! We were so lucky to have his presence for the day and will never forget the experience he shared with us.

Fantastic experience: Your guide was Knowledgeable. Vehicle was comfortable. Liked the trip but we really thought we would see more of Jurassic park, so we were a little underwhelmed.

Fantastic experience: The "Complete Pearl Harbor Tour" was exactly as described with an outstanding local tour guide. We found it to be right on time and a very good value. The Tour Guide AKA Cousin Sam was very knowledgeable and had many tips and extras that he added to the experience; it went right along with his effervescent personality. Give him a raise! One thing that could be helpful to add to the program is to speak to the types of food available at the stops, like fried food only, vegan and vegetarian options are available and if possible add things for people with food allergies. Fantastic experience: We took the Pearl Harbor and Circle Island tour. My husband and I learned so much about the culture and area. Our guide Tim Housman was the best. His knowledge of Hawaiian history and culture was out of this world. We had the time of our lives!!

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon through Hawaiian Tours. It was amazing. Great communication. Drivers were always early, very respectful and knowledgable about the islands. All the tours were great and the luau was amazing. We even sat front row and were VIP guests. We will definitely book again. Donovan and Brandon did a great job. 5 stars for both of then. Donovan drove us twice and was great both times.

Fantastic experience: The Island Circle Tour was wonderful! The tour group was small which made it very personal. The driver was extremely knowledgeable in so many areas - history, legend, plant life, culture, dining, etc. One person in our party was using a walker, and our host was very attentive and helpful with that. Their communication was terrific, as well. I emailed several times and always received a personal answer in a very reasonable amount of time. It was an excellent experience!

Fantastic experience: The Lahaina ATV buggy tour adventure was amazing. The Company was very professional and so lovely. We saw beautiful countryside and the buggy ride was so much fun. We were covered in dust and laughed our heads off. Fantastic adventure and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Our guide, Donna, was a gem. Very knowledgeable, personable, and affable. The tour felt like we were in a friend’s car , hitting the highlights of Hilo and enjoying interesting history, geology and local customs. Excellent experience.

Positive experience: Our time aboard the Star of Hawaii was great overall. The staff was great, from the waitress to the entertainers. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious options for dinner. I eat plant based, and there were plenty of delicious options. Others enjoyed the carving station as well. The welcome Mai Tai was disappointing . The entertainment was a bit home spun, but everyone seemed to have fun.

Unfortunately, we had an unexpected situation come up prior to our event and they were wonderful to work with to adjust our plans. Amazing customer service at a time when we really needed it. Fantastic experience: We took the Road to Hanna with our tour guide, Zack yesterday. It was a fascinating, thrilling day and we had a wonderful time. Zack was very knowledgeable about anything Hawaiian and truly a delightful guide. We highly recommend this tour, but especially Zack. Thanks for making it something we’ll never forget.

Fantastic experience: Our airport shuttle driver, Gabriele, was charming, welcoming and on-time! He even had a fun Hawaiian trivia game for us as we drove in the dark to the airport....certainly got all us laughing at 5:00 a.m.! Our Tour guide for the Road to Hana, Gordon, was fantastic! He kept us on-time without feeling rushed. He knew so much about the island, natural habitat, history and local lore. His driving skills were 5-star...The Road to Hana is no joke!!! Having him handle the harrowing driving allowed all of us to relax and enjoy the views. Gordon stopped at several highlights along the way, so we experienced a wide range of Maui's magic. Very diverse and each had its own beauty. Our meals/snacks locations were beautifully quaint, Locally-owned and best of all - delicious! Plenty of options for all dietary preferences. We would highly recommend Hawaii Tours to anyone! Best excursion we have had in years.

Fantastic experience: Zac is an excellent tour guide and story teller. He explained the significance of each of our multiple stops on our Road to Hana tour. He did not rush us at the stops. Fantastic experience: We did the Road to Hana tour with Brandon on Thursday September 26, 2024. Toward the end of the trip, Brandon told us we were the first tour that he had ever done. If he had not told us that, I would never have guessed he was new to the tour guide business... He sent us text messages the night before the scheduled tour to confirm our pickup time and spot. We were staying at the Kaanapali Plantation Condos, and Brandon picked us up right outside our front door at the exact time he said he would be there. Right from the beginning, Brandon embodied the concept of Aloha - a big, Hawaiian, guy who greeted us with his huge smile and friendly hugs. Brandon did a great job of keeping us on schedule without making any of the trip feel rushed. The Road to Hana does do a lot of the heavy-lifting on the tour as the views and scenery are non-stop and absolutely breath-taking (so glad to have a driver so I could look around and take pictures). Brandon was great at blending in facts about the island, Hawaiian history and folklore as well as some great local music. We stopped along the way for breakfast, banana bread, at a waterfall lagoon (where Brandon also jumped in the water), and at Black Rock Beach before getting to Hana where we had lunch. ADVICE: Use the restrooms at Black Rock Beach - the food truck lot did not have bathrooms and there was nothing in walking distance that did. On the way back, Brandon stopped at Hookipa Park where we were able to see the large sea turtles on the beach and watch the surfers and wind-surfers ride some giant waves. After making sure the other couple got to the airport on time, we were dropped back off at our doorstep, safe and sound, with a ton of pictures and a lot of great memories!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I really enjoyed the kayaking and hiking tour to Secret Falls! Thomas did an amazing job of explaining the local history and flora. We highly recommend adding this tour to your itinerary!

Fantastic experience: Our Fern grotto tour on Kauai was super informative, festive with local musicians and hula dancing, and very beautiful scenery on the ride up the river and the short hike to the grotto. This website made booking easy, and the Smith family had very reasonable pricing for this tour!

Fantastic experience: Laura, our tour guide, was phenomenal. Additionally, purchasing the tickets online and checking in for the Jurassic Park Adventure were very easy. This was my favorite experience when visiting Hawaii. Anyone who is a fan of the Jurassic Park movies, Kong, and mountains/ocean views should attend. I loved it!

The Lua at the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort was wonderful. The hula demonstration/lesson was fun. The show was phenomenal! Great storytelling, wonderful dancing and costumes. Fantastic experience: Kelly, the owner and bike tour guide is truly what makes this tour outstanding. he is so kind to the customer and to the people around him in the community. He was so kind to help my older mom, a beginner on a bike become comfortable and confident. He even asked people to move for her on the bike trail as she was wobbly and nervous. It’s obvious the restaurants know and love him as well as his customers. I admit I am a food snob and the food choices were mind blowing- I mean just superb. But his history lessons, jovial personality and the fact that he altered the distance for my mom is just so considerate. Thank you Kelly.

Fantastic experience: We did the Road to Hana tour with Zak! He was an amazing tour guide! So knowledgable about the area and culture. He answered all of our questions and was entertaining the entire trip! A great driver, we felt safe. I highly recommend this tour. The breakfast stop and banana bread stop were delicious! Every one we met along the way was friendly! The waterfalls, black sand beach and turtles on the beach were all amazing! Can't beat the views!! We loved everything about this tour!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed our tour to Polynesian Cultural Centre with Hawaii Tours - great value for money! This was a whole day experience with a later start (10:30am) and late finish of 10:30pm. It’s a full day packed with lots of activities, cultural experience, beautiful scenery and a fantastic dinner buffet and night show! We also enjoyed a trolley trip to Laie Hawaii Temple and Hawaii University campus. Just fantastic trip and people! Worth every dollar

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went on the Kualoa Ranch combo tour (3 different tours whilst at the Ranch) and had a great time. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that was considering going.

Fantastic experience: Our tubing tour was excellent! Our guide Jesse was knowledgeable and funny. Very easygoing and likeable! The float itself was so much fun! Our float helpers were hilarious and made the experience superior! Provided lunch was also really good (croissant sandwich, chips, cookie, water). Definitely recommend and we will do this again!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely enjoyed the grand island circle tour. I was very happy that our group was only 12 people it made it feel more like a family road trip. Ethan was an amazing tour guide. The Temple and food was the highlight of the trip. I can’t wait to book my next adventure with you.

Fantastic experience: The Mauka Warriors Luau was absolutely amazing. We got to learn about cultural history and enjoy the show at the same time. These dancers and warriors are amazing. I highly recommend this Luau if you are looking for the best on the island of Oahu.

Positive experience: This was a great dinner cruise experience in Hawaii. The food was delicious, drinks were great, and the views were amazing. Fantastic experience: What a great tour company!! So helpful and friendly! We loved our booking for the Myths of Maui luau - I’ve been to luaus in the past but the food and entertainment and beachside venue were all great. Plus the transportation to/from the event.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the most incredible tour with our guide, Kenny! He was so knowledgable and kind! We did the circle island tour and it was the best way to see the island! We even saw a rainbow at the start of our day. Cannot recommend this tour or our guide, Kenny, enough! It was the perfect way to start our vacation!

Fantastic experience: We went as a family with grandparents on the Pearl Harbor tour. Will’s oration of the history on the bus ride kept my kiddos engaged the entire time. My folks and I learned a lot of new information and were also incredibly engaged. The tour was the perfect amount of time, the bus was extremely comfortable and the hotel pick up and drop off was seamless!

Fantastic experience: I took a private circle island tour of the Big Island through Hawaii Tours and Aaron was an awesome tour guide. He knew so much about the local areas and Hawaiian mythology and history. He was patient answering questions we had. He was professional and funny. We were able to do so many of the things that are a must for a visit to Big Island and still made good time for a nice sunset dinner after. Highly recommend!! Having Hawaii Tours plan our trip was a treat and changed the way we want to travel. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: We did 3 different tours with Hawaii Tours. All 3 were amazing. My over all favorite was the circle tour and swimming with the turtles. Nevin was our tour guy in this and he was so knowledgeable about everything. The culture, the legends, just so much information and I held on to every word.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed the full island tour. The Dole plantation is a tourist trap, just a heads up. A surprise was the Hawaii 5-0 tour. Very pleasantly surprised. Heard it wasn't worth it but the wife wanted to go on it. Even though I had a headache to start the day I ended up enjoying it. It exceeded expectations. Pearl Harbor is a must do but your mileage may vary with a tour. It was getting exhausting by the afternoon.

Fantastic experience: We went on a day trip to the big island from Honolulu through Hawaii Tours. Our tour guide picked us up at the airport in Hilo, Jason was great the whole trip. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure everyone onboard had an amazing experience. Could not have asked for a better person. We would recommend this adventure to anyone looking for a day trip, well worth it. We saw volcanoes, lava flows and waterfalls. We went to the black sand beach and saw a sea turtle. Fantastic experience: Our tour was outstanding and I highly recommend Hawai’i Tours. What an experience! If you want an adventurous time on Kauai, this is the trip to take. Snorkeling, adventure rafting, beautiful views, a history of Kauai, and really engaging and personable tour guides will not let you down.

Fantastic experience: We went on the Shark Encounter with Miles and Caleb. Our family had the most amazing time. The boat ride out was great with amazing views The way they talked about the water and the sharks showed they have a real appreciation of both. We also learned quite a bit about the sharks and some of the other fish we saw. Both were very patient with me, who is a chicken getting into the water and talked me through it and it turned out to be one of the best things we did in Hawaii. A definite must. Also booking the tour was very nice and I received an email with full instructions and also received a quick response when I had a question. Great experience in all aspects.

Fantastic experience: My son and I had the most memorable wonderful Hawaii trip ever with Hawaii tours. Hawaii tours has some incredible people especially Gordon on the road to Hana tour. We stayed in Maui and also did a Pearl harbor trip or tour. I highly recommend using the great people here at Hawaii tours. Jen got everything set up so perfectly and answered every question we had.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing tour! Tim, our guide, was incredible. The pick up point was for lots of different groups and we were resigned to getting on a big bus with lots of people. But then Tim pulled up in a Sprinter van and off we went with only five others! Almost a private tour. We criss crossed the island seeing amazing sites, getting a bit off the beaten track, and listening to a very knowledgeable Tim talk about Hawaii’s history. After a great lunch and several extra stops, we were back by 3:00. Thanks Tim! We highly recommend this tour and company!

Fantastic experience: Our Grand Circle Tour of the Big Island today was soooo cool! Cousin Leon did everything and beyond to tell us about the history of the island and to show us around. He is such a nice and kind person and.knows A LOOOOT about the Big Island! The tour is long, almost 12 hours driving around the island, but Leon made it very funny and interesting. Fantastic experience: Just did the big island loop tour. Our guide Leon was great. We got breakfast hit up the Punalu'u Bake shop then went down to the black sand beach. We checked out the Volcanoes National Park and saw the Kīlauea caldera and steam vents. Visited Hilo and the Waipi'o Valley Lookout. It was a long day, but a good one. The island of Hawai'i is beyond beautiful and I can't recommend this tour enough.

Fantastic experience: We went on the ATV tour at WOH Ranch and it was incredible! Thank you to our tour guides Scott and Kaleo! We got to see a ton of different animals (ducks, birds, donkeys, horses, cows), learn about plants and how their farm works, and see such beautiful landscape. They also fed us some fruits that we had never tried before. We are a family of four and were able to go all in one atv. Our two teenagers (14 and 16) loved it and were entertained the entire time.

Fantastic experience: Bought the South Island Boat Snorkeling excursion for my son and his friends in Kauai. And they had a great time. Said they saw turtles and a ton of fish.

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome day! We started with a helicopter tour of volcano and craters, and after that, we got to see so much of the island. The views were just amazing!!! Justin was the best tour guide, and he made sure we all had fun. He even went out of his way to help us see some sea turtles at the end! Definitely recommend this tour!

Fantastic experience: We had a family group of 11 ages 7-70 on a tour with Josh. His tour was great, he knew the spots and made it stress-free on us. From a local breakfast, to Auntie Sandy's banana bread, to bbq, cliff jumping and seeing the turtles (and impromptu carpool karaoke on the return to the resort).
