Fantastic experience: Booked this tour to see the highlights of the Oahu island. Dirk was our driver and was a fantastic host, sharing so many insights and information about each area. Lunch was easy fare (shrimp, chicken or veggie with steamed rice and sauce) We enjoyed the whole adventure!

Negative experience: Will never use these people again. We arrived 15 minutes early at our pick up spot and when our driver arrived (at the time we didn’t know if it was him or not as there were multiple busses there) he called one family over and then once they got on he immediately left. He never once said our name as I was standing right in front of him waiting to see if it was for us. LUCKILY another company who didn’t even need to help us helped us out and our honeymoon was saved. Use the rainbow island tours! They are the absolute best!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just did a tour last week with Justin and had a great time! We're on our babymoon - I am 5 months pregnant and it was doable. Fantastic experience: We had a blast on this tour. We saw so many beautiful beaches and had a good time listening to Justin telling us about the history of Hawaii island. The botanical garden was beautiful, the look outs spots are breath taking and temple was very cool!! Justin was very professional and has a full knowledge of the island history. The food at the food trucks were very delicious.

Positive experience: I liked the tour it took us to the dole factory, sites of the beaches , Emil’s air hurt site memorial ,macadamia nut farm, where my top faves . What I liked least was the turtle beach because the beach was very rocky I couldn’t walk onto the water it was hurting my feet and the surrounding area of the beach was dirty .

Fantastic experience: Booked a circle island tour with them through Viator, trip advisor. Since the date is populated I didn’t change it and booked in error for the wrong date. When I realized that I tried looking for contact details of Viator or trip advisor but couldn’t find anything. On the trip advisor app it said contact tour operator and I did that. They immediately responded saying they have changed the date on their end and told me everything was good and not to worry. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour with the lively Derrick who made the day so much fun. Thanks a lot for accommodating us and changing the date without a hassle. Mahalo.

I loved the history, the information regarding people who owned the land and the individual town history and, of course, the kings and queens of Hawaii. I truly hope this culture will last the test of time. I would recommend it the tour ..however swimming with turtles should be removed from the heading it is very misleading. lf not for the guide I would be giving 4 stars, but his leadership made up for the misleading heading

The communication with him and Vince was great, and we really enjoyed Justin explaining so many things about the places we were visiting and about Hawaiian culture. I would highly recommend Justin as a guide as well as this tour.

Fantastic experience: I booked in person which I'd recommend. You'll be able to pay cash (if you wish so) and we got an even cheaper offer for the circle island tour than online. Especially if you want to book multiple activities I'd recommend going there in person

Positive experience: Pickup was a mess. The initial pick up location near hotel was disorganized and generally terrible. The first shuttle arrived and said he was there for a group of 12, except only 2 of the 12 were there. Though other of us were there on time, we were told that driver would return after drop off or a new shuttle would come. Eventually, much later than time set for pickup, a new shuttle arrived with a rude driver. He decided to skip myself, my family, and another woman waiting in line at his shuttle and proceed to get two people not in line alone with a woman who appeared to be recovering from surgery. The surgery lady was understandable, not the other two. We thought the end of the mess was there, but no it continued at the second location where we had to get assigned to another shuttle. We were told to wait for name to be called out, but that didn't happen. We were told eventually to go to one shuttle and then randomly grabbed by another individual for his shuttle. Nice individual, but we did not visit all the advertised places (missed waterfall and coffee farm) and too much talking for such a long day. For the ride back to drop off and other times, it would have been nice to have more quiet time. I appreciate he wanted to tell us a lot, but it can be information overload. All in all, I would pick a different company or go to the places on your own.

Fantastic experience: Top tour with a top driver. Capt Vince is funny, knowledgeable and will go out of his way to please his "family". He is definitely the highlight of the tour, we highly recommend it

Negative experience: Our tour was set for 12/27/23, christmas vacation trip from Alaska. The host Healani was supposed to be off that day and let it be known the moment we settled on the bus he was not happy to be there. His introduction was unprofessional and he was on the last step of the bus and made no eye contact. Reminded us immediately tips are how he makes his money. There were two other bus tours taking the same trip and they were dancing and singing and having fun! Many promises such as swimming with turtles didn't happen nor was a heads up given that this was not the time of year to see them. Many sites were a 5 min drive by, very rushed overall tour. The host spit out random Hawaii facts but always followed up with a negative comment almost every time. Talked a lot about giant cockroaches where he lived. Myself included was almost left on one of the stops. My travel partner had to stop him from leaving me and on our last stop to a coffee plantation he almost left a family of 4 who had two small children. Overall was not a good experience. Going to the north shore was not a good experience with this host. Sad, from Alaska....Aloha.

Fantastic experience: Nice tour to take around the whole island of Oahu. Our driver Ray Ray was very entertaining and knowledgeable of Hawaiian culture. It was a nice way to see the island and leave the driving to someone else. We made a lot of short stops and one long one where I was able to go snorkeling. It is a journey. You have to take it all in as you ride. RAY RAY and her partner were excellent hosts and they were the life of the party. Thank you folks.

Positive experience: This was an amazing one day tour. We saw a lot of picturesque scenery, and we learned a lot about the history and the background of Hawaii and the Oake island, thanks to our knowledgeable driver, David. He was a fun guy and we did have a very good time. I gave 4 star review only because of the tour manager, a rude and unfriendly guy. To my objection, why did he not call me while my name was on his list, He replied I can cancel my tour and ask for refund. Absolutely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: ALOHA To say we were cared for is an understatement . Our tour guide Josh was a wealth of information and funny as well. The whole bus was an OHANA (family) before we got off at the first stop . We created life long friends , and even in the face of change , a great smile and expert navigation got us to our tour spots . We were extra lucky to have a couple of extra hrs with them and see a few unique spots not mentioned on the tours. The swimming with the turtles was an absolute highlight. We have a family with kids and the agent's recommendations for tours and activities that are" kids friendly" was superb. He gave us lots of tips about the Waikiki Trolley and nature hikes that made our vacation experience top notch. I Highly recommend this tour agency for their great services and product knowledge. Fantastic experience: The start of the tour was chaotic. You get picked up in a van and taken to a central location with about 50 other people going on various tours with various companies, then have to find the right person amongst 5 - 6 tour guides that you are actually supposed to be with. My name (And a couple of others) weren't on anyone's list which was rather disconcerting so we just got jammed with another group on a bus but.... Dirk our guide was incredible. I thought he was going to run out of steam an hour in because he was absolutely relentless with his quips and local knowledge (in a good way!). The sheer amount of stops and information you get on this tour makes it really good value for money. The best part was that as you go around the island, even places you *don't* stop at, Dirk would give you information about how to get there, hikes to do, how to book etc so you could come back on a different day and do them. I highly recommend doing this tour early on your stay, getting an incredible overview of Oahu, and then coming back later to do anything you think you missed.

Positive experience: It was a really nice tour we got detoured on some of the tour with which I was really looking forward to....but due to mother nature it was not possible.... I was very disappointed in the seating we had back seats and because of handicap ramp could not see out window and it was very noisy and squeaky.....if we would have had a handicap person on board would have understood, but we did not. So all in all not sure I would do that tour again.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I only had a few days on the island of Oahu. We found this (Circle Island) tour and decided to go for it. No regrets! This company is top-notch, very prompt, and professional from pick-up to drop off. Our tour guide, Paul, was amazing. He was very friendly and informational, and by the end, we felt like family. He really engaged with everyone. His stories, facts, and jokes were really entertaining. He did a great job in getting 20 strangers to interact with each other. This tour has several stops, which seems like alot however it was nice having a variety of places to see and experience. My favorite part of the tour was all the local eating spots we stopped at. To have authentic and local is important to me. Spending time at the beach and seeing the turtles was the highlight of the trip. I would definitely recommend this tour. When I go back, I will do this tour again. It is money well spent. Tour is small groups (ours was 20 people). Moderate walking. Stops included clean bathrooms, souvenirs, shopping, photo opportunities, and local hawaiian food.

All with the humour, fun, and Aloha spirit we quickly learned is such a massive part of people’s way of life in Hawaii. Would fully recommend to anyone who is looking to see everything and stop off at some fantastic spots along the way. Positive experience: Our driver Dirk was great. He had so much knowledge AND was able to speak in English and Japanese. It was so cool listening to him. We went several places for some great photos. The only issues we had were... The lunch spot was just ok. The spicy shrimp was so spicy the flavor was not good. The shrimp had not been cleaned well and still had the shell. They did however have a great Dole whip. Next, we were told we were going swimming with sea turtles. That was a stretch. First, we were told when you see brown water, to avoid it. It could contain leptospirosis (which I did read about). Then, We actually drove past turtle beach to another beach that had mostly brown water. It was a beach that may have a turtle. We never saw one and I was scared to get into the brown water. But. The rest of the trip was great.
