Fantastic experience: We had another wonderful trip to Hawaii thanks to Abby. Whenever we plan our vacation to Hawaii, Abby is our “go to” person and will continue to be that person. She makes it so our trips are easy and relaxing. We went to Maui and the Big Island this time and had an amazing trip. Swimming with turtles and seeing the monk seal, whales, dolphins, and manta rays is always fascinating. Thank you Abby for always making us feel special and making our trips the best they can be. Fantastic experience: Abby, of Aloha Travel, provided us the most awesome itinerary and set of tours for our 50th wedding anniversary. We found her via a general internet search and our entire trip was incredible. We first communicated via email and then via phone. We knew the time we had available and we asked to visit the "Big Island" Hawaii, Oahu and Kauai. Abby was very thorough and accommodating, from the flights and their departure and arrival, and connections (1). We flew from Cincinnati, to Denver to Hawaii. Returned via Kauai, to Denver to Cincy. Abby provided initial tours and dates. Talking with Abby, she moved tours around for the day(s) we needed to ourselves. Everything we asked for was professionally planned and we had absolutely no problems. The tours were better than we could have anticipated. We visited a coffee plantation, the Kilauea volcano caldera, snorkeled, saw spinner dolphins and humpback whales while on Hawaii and ate all the seafood we could handle. We renewed our wedding vows at "The Painted Church" (big surprise we had planned). Simply an amazing visit. On Oahu we snorkeled with turtles at "Turtle Canyon" and attended the "Paradise Cove Luau". All so memorable. On Kauai we kayaked and hiked to the 'hidden' waterfall and enjoyed the Na Pali Sunset cruise. Such a beautiful island. Abby also accommodated us and arranged for a rental car on each island so we could explore on our own. We had such a wonderful anniversary celebration and Abby and Aloha Tours helped us make it so. We will definitely go back to Hawaii and will use Aloha Tours. Aloha Abby!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have the best experience with Hawaii Aloha Travel. We worked with Bruce to set up our three island visit for our wedding/honeymoon. At first, I was beyond happy with the deals that Bruce was able to get us, and he always communicated with me in a timely manner. Once we paid off our trip, it was like a switch turned off and everything changed. He wouldn't respond for days and days, and we had timely requests where we wanted to confirm cars were booked since booking cars has been insane on the islands. I finally called him and he was incredibly short and rude with me on the phone. It was extremely upsetting, especially since we had paid SO much for the trip of our dreams. It only got worse... I had asked to book a luau in Kauai on a certain date in august, and because luaus werent open, they decided to book a luau in Maui which happened to be our wedding day! They supposedly canceled it, but then I woke up to voicemails and missed calls asking where we were from the luau. Bruce and Yaling said they could book us tickets to view Pearl Harbor, but I had to double check everything since I realized they only booked one ticket, and not 2. To top that off, when we visited Pearl Harbor, the ranger came up to us and said HAT does not have a permit to be booking reservations on our behalf. He was nice and let us in, but I would have been SO pissed since we only went to Oahu so that we could visit Pearl Harbor. To say the communication was lacking is an understatement... I had to follow up several times with them when I would look at itineraries because either the days were wrong, car bookings were missing, etc. We were incredibly disappointed with the overall customer service, which is unfortunate because we really wanted to love them since we visit Hawaii every year. Will be using a different service moving forward. Update from 4/2025 -- Bruce responded to my rating from 3 years ago and took zero accountability. I would recommend using any other travel service.. the worst customer service.

My agent, Abby, was fantastic throughout the entire process. I first used Abby and this agency ten years ago for a trip to Maui and Honolulu, and I knew I could trust her expertise for this recent trip to the Big Island. Negative experience: This company is built on dishonest people who pretend to offer discounted and wholesale prices to their customers. They are a scam and only out to deceive people of their hard earned money. Please do your research as I should have done with this company but please do not support their business because they are scamming people and not standing behind what they say their company provides. I joined the membership when the representative used the bait and switch sales tactic but also said if I was not happy with the discounts they were offering I could cancel and receive a refund. I still have yet to hear from upper management Kate which is supposed to resolve this matter . They are scamming people and should be ashamed of their actions by taking peoples money and pretending to give them wholesale discounts for their membership services.

Negative experience: If I could give them a ZERO I would. Bogus webinare I was harassed because I was sitting to the side of my camera since I had to prop up my phone. So I started watching videos of everyone else half didn’t even have video on and everyone was muted because they were holding conversations in their environment outside if the webinare. I had to let my dog out to use the bathroom and this fool harassed me again because I was multi tasking. They wasted my time on my Only Day off this week time I specifically set aside for this.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from our vacation in Oahu and the Big Island and it was excellent! We worked with Kara and I gave her a list of some things my family and I wanted to do on our trip and she gave us lots of options and ideas and we came up with the perfect itinerary for us. She booked our flights and hotels. plus all the activities for us and we were ready with all our activity vouchers and instructions/directions before we even left. Kara made it easy for us to just enjoy our time in Hawai’i without worrying about the logistics of planning which activities we could do with the amount of time we had there. She also recommended a fabulous driving app that gave us a great history and lots of interesting facts and stopping points all along our driving routes and was especially wonderful at the Volcanoes National Park. Kara checked in with us each day of our trip and even came up with some ideas for any down time we had and also looked into other options for us when one of our kayaking trips was cancelled due to weather. Negative experience: Beware of Deceptive Practices I wish a lower rate was possible… I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Aloha Hawaii Tours that I feel obligated to share as a warning to others. A couple of years ago, they solicited me with promises of 95% discounts on travel rates compared to major platforms like American Express. They offered an “annual access membership” for over $900, claiming wholesale pricing and unbeatable deals. However, within hours of receiving access, I discovered their prices were nowhere near competitive. In fact, they were consistently higher than other reputable platforms. For example, I have access to the Armed Forces Network, which provides far better deals at minimal cost, making this membership completely unnecessary for me. When I attempted to cancel under the legally protected cooling-off period, I was met with resistance. Despite repeated requests for a refund and even legal intervention from my attorney, they refused to cancel my contract. Instead, they escalated matters by placing a derogatory mark on my credit report, which has caused ongoing financial headaches. What’s particularly disheartening is the pattern I observed in their clientele. It seems their marketing disproportionately targets people of color, including African Americans, who they may assume are less likely to challenge such predatory tactics. This practice is shameful and exploitative. To anyone considering Aloha Hawaii Tours, I urge you to steer clear. Their promises are misleading, their customer service is unresponsive, and their business practices border on predatory. It is, in my opinion, a scam. I also hope their financial institution takes a closer look at their conduct, as they should not be enabling such exploitative behavior. Stay vigilant, and don’t let this company take advantage of you. Addendum: In response to your REPLY: Thank you for reaching out regarding my review. While I understand your perspective, this matter remains unresolved under your company’s name. I have already contacted the Attorney General offices in Hawaii, California, and South Carolina without success. The collection remains on my credit report, and as far as I’m concerned, only a legitimate business can place an account in collections. If you would like me to remove the review, I respectfully request that you contact the credit bureau to remove this very real collection from my report. I am willing to pay any balance owed to settle this, but I need this resolved before I can consider amending my review. Please understand that this has severely impacted my perfect credit history, and I cannot ignore the financial and emotional toll this situation has caused. Negative experience: While you know up front that there is a lot of driving with this tour, you don’t understand that there is no time at any of the stops. It’s incredibly expensive for just a ride around the island. You’re better off renting a car. All the stops are free anyways. That way you can stay and actually see something. Plus, they close the bathrooms on the coach, and your not allowed to eat or drink on the coach - even though your on it for 10 hours. The dole plantation and macadamia nut farm are both just gift shops.

She was available pretty much all the time during the vacation to answer questions via text. She made sure every detail was covered. I just picked this travel agency off the web, and feel like I really lucked out. When I return to Hawaii I will definitely use Kara's help again.

She was terrific in offering up different possible packages and then customizing them to exactly what we wanted. However what really made the difference was the customer service she provided once the trip started. On day 1 the airline changed our flight. Fantastic experience: Kara was the person who assisted us from day one. She helped in totally planning the trip. We told her what we would like to do and she made all the arrangements. Within one week before we were to go, we had a medical emergency and had to postpone for a couple of weeks later. Kara was very patient with us and got every single thing changed to the new dates. We went to Pearl Harbor, also on a dinner cruise, took a helicopter tour for 45 minutes and that was just unimaginable how great that was. Fantastic experience: We booked our Oahu vacation through Hawaii Aloha Travel for this past week, July, 2023. Kara was our booking agent and did a superb job planning our trip from start to finish. She was easy to contact with quick responses each time. Our only job was to show up at the airport! Meals (breakfast and dinner) were included in our price as well as some fantastic excursions. Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was contact Kara and she was always ready with an answer. There was a problem with our airline seats (through no fault of HAT), but Kara went to bat for us and even got us a refund! Our vacation went smoothly from the time we arrived in Oahu to the time we left! Thank you Kara, for such a great experience on your beautiful island! We stayed at the Hyatt Regency at Waikiki Beach, which was a great location for us as we had no car. We did use The Bus for transportation to Diamond Head and to the Swap Meet. Our excursions were Circle Island tour with Travis, who was so knowledgeable and a perfect tour guide! We also did a luau through ParadiseCove, a dinner cruise, snorkel with turtles, and a waterfall hike, all included in our price. We had such a great time and we attribute that to Kara!! My wife has always wanted to go to Hawaii and this year I wanted to surprise her with a trip there. I found Hawaii Aloha Travel and connected with Kara. Unfortunately, after discussing several options with Kara, I realized this was not the trip to plan on my own so I broke the surprise early and the 3 of us got to making a plan. Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful trip. Kara took care of everything! All we had to do was get to the airport on time. Our flight out of Ontario, CA was trouble free, we stayed at the Royal Hawaiian where the staff was gracious and friendly. We asked the bartenders and valets for good places to eat (where the locals eat) and were given several options. Our favorite for breakfast was the 49er Cafe on Seaside by the canal. We drove up to the North Shore, stopped at Dole Pineapple Plantation for a Dole Whip. A street fair was happening on Kalakaua Ave one night - so much fun! My daughter picked up inner tubes atTarget on the mainland and we spent some super fun time bobbing around in the waves on Waikiki. It was a great trip! Thank you Kara, for all that you did to make this trip very enjoyable. It was a pleasure working with you, you're the BEST!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Kara to book mine and my wife's trip to Oahu in April to celebrate a special birthday for my wife. Our trip went amazingly smooth due to Kara's due diligence and follow-up. From my first conversation with Kara back in December, she was thorough and I never left a conversation without having my questions answered. Kara was very responsive during our trip, and graciously accommodated a few last-minute adjustments while we were there, namely, a day island-hop to Maui which proved to be our favorite and most memorable part of our stay. I will certainly use Hawaii Aloha Travel, and specifically, Kara, again when we plan our next trip to the island.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Abby to plan a nine-day stay in Hawaii which occurred in mid-March 2023. After initial input of my traveling preferences (note that it is important to be clear and realistic about what you expect out of the trip from the beginning), she planned what turned out to be a flawless, event-packed tour of two islands which was well-tailored to me. Any concerns I had were competently addressed by her over e-mail within a 24 hour period and I never felt a sense of being abandoned, either before or during the trip. Much to my amazement (as a naturally cynical person), not a single flight, hotel reservation, car rental, or planned event went awry and I had a wonderful, much-needed vacation in a truly remarkable place. I highly recommend Hawaii Aloha Travel and will be sending friends/family to the company in the future. As a side note, I also recommend that anyone visiting Hawaii read "Shoal of Time: A History of the Hawaiian Islands" by Gavan Daws--it's a fair and balanced book on Hawaiian history which greatly enhanced my travels.

Fantastic experience: Yaling and Bruce created a beautiful trip for our family. The island of Kauai was enchanting, and we are so blessed to have had this time to take in so much. They mapped out and booked our flights, condos in Poipu and Hanalei, and our rental car. Both condos were in great locations, had very kind staff, and included beautiful living spaces and stunning views. They also helped us find a local company to do an ocean sendoff for my Dad, who had recently passed. They looked at several options and ensured we had a reputable company for such a special moment for my Mom, husband, and me. Finally, when roads and bridges were unexpectedly closed in Hanalei and we were going to miss our flights, they quickly supported us in adjusting them and helped us feel supported. We sat with so many others waiting for the bridges and roads to open and watched them all scramble to change their flights and rebook rooms due to delays. Positive experience: My wife and I recently used this service for a 6 day trip to Hawaii. Kara was very knowledgeable, informative, professional and attentive. She went through multiple changes to our itinerary, helped with flight details and upgrade possibilities. She planned our whole trip well allowing us to do all the activities we wanted without feeling rushed or stressed. Making sure to allow for down time as well. Alll of our tickets and vouchers and transportation was provided in advance and we had very little to worry about. This was a great trip despite the weather not wanting to cooperate. I highly recommend using HAT and especially Kara if you're planning a trip to any of the Hawaiian islands.

A group of over 20 family and friends went to Honolulu and they handled everything, including our island tour and authentic luau! We had a super fun time. They have never failed me! I travel to Hawaii every 2 years and I always use Hawaii Aloha Travel. The staff is personable and they're local in Hawaii, so they can offer a wide range of fun things to do while visiting the Aloha state. Let them know some activities what you want to do and where you want to go and they'll make it enjoyable for you. I highly recommend them for your travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Five stars! We loved our trip to the Big Island and Kauai! Booking through Kara made all of the difference. We really wanted beach views and lots of fun activities and Kara did an excellent job of booking us for just the right amount of action packed and down times. Particular highlights included 2 helicopter rides with excellent commentary by the extremely knowledgeable pilots, zip lining over a waterfall, star gazing on Mauna Kea and snorkeling with sea turtles and dolphins. All of the tours were top notch! We honestly were clueless when we reached out to Kara and she was excellent at presenting us with options and communication to get everything booked.

Fantastic experience: I stayed at this condo for about a week while on a work trip. It was a perfect experience all around. The hotel/condo is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki, walking distance from food, bars, shopping and the beach. The condo comes equipped with a kitchenette, which was nice to have. The on-site restaurant had a nice breakfast. What made the experience particularly great was the value. It was just an all around bargain compared to the exorbitant prices for other Waikiki hotels. I’d recommend and would stay here again.

Fantastic experience: We just finished our fifth trip to the Hawaiian Islands since 2010. All were booked through Abby at Hawaii Aloha Travel and included groups ranging in size from 2-14 people. Some included single island trips, while the last one included three islands. The fact that we trusted Abby to book all five trips over that 12 year period should speak for itself, and we certainly plan to contact her before our next trip! Abby has always been very responsive to our needs and requests, whether we were on a tight budget staying at condominiums where we could prepare our own food, or chose to spend more at fancy hotels while dining out. As a resident of the state of Hawaii, Abby is very familiar with activities and overnight accommodations available on each island and made sure each visit was a special one. If she was unable to book specific excursions through Hawaii Aloha Travel, she quickly provided information on where that could be done and has saved us hours of research on each trip. I honestly do not think we could have saved money booking our trips ourselves, and Abby made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We were able to purchase travel insurance directly through Abby for airfare, accommodations and excursions we booked through her, adding peace of mind during our recent trip considering the ever changing restrictions and requirements during the pandemic. I highly recommend Abby if you are planning a trip to any of the Hawaiian Islands.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time traveling to Hawaii, so I was clueless as to where to start when it came to where to stay, how to book excursions, etc. The only thing I was sure was that I wanted to go to pearl harbor memorial, a luau, swim with dolphins and be close to the beach. Kara took care of ALL of this for us. I couldn't believe how easy this process was. I didn't have to do anything outside of actually paying for the activities, kara took all of the guess work out of everything for us. Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Kara at Hawaii Aloha Travel to plan a 2-week trip to Hawaii for our 20th anniversary. The TL/DR is that she's amazing and I would totally recommend working with her! Our trip included stays on Oahu, Kauai, and Maui. From our first interaction with Kara, she made the whole process seamless. Her communication was always prompt and clear. After our initial emails, I gave her a budget for airline / hotel / rental cars and she recommended flights and hotels on each island, then handled all of the booking. She stayed within our budget and put us into resorts that made our trip wonderful. We next worked with her to plan activities. We're active people, so she sent us a long list of options, then helped us narrow down on awesome things to do. She also wasn't hesitant to recommend her favorites. We ended up going to a great luau, snorkeling on the sandbar at Kaneohe, tubing in Kauai's uplands (do this!), riding ATVs in Maui, and taking an incredible stargazing tour in Maui on the top of Mount Haneakala (also do this!!!). Throughout our stay on the islands, Kara stayed in touch, checking in to see how we were doing but not in an obtrusive way. When one snorkeling cruise got cancelled due to weather, she processed the refund seamlessly so there was nothing for us to worry about. Overall, we had an amazing trip and she deserves so much credit for it. There's no way I could have organized all the details, known which resorts to pick, or discovered all the incredible excursions without her expert help. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: This was our first time using a travel agency for anything and for our honeymoon no less. Kara was extremely pleasant to work with and made everything super easy! We spent 7days on Maui and almost every day we had a good balance of tours and free time. We had dinner almost every night at the hotel restaurant and some tours included lunch. Highly recommend this company and we will be back for more vacations!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from our 7-day trip on Oahu. My girlfriend and I flew from NC and my parents flew from AZ. They were very good with planning the flights so that we flew over the water together. There was excellent communication from Lisa regarding our itinerary while we were on the island. She checked in on us from time to time to make sure everything was going smooth. All of the events were right on schedule and gave us a deeper understanding of how Oahu has developed over the years. The tour guides were very knowledgeable about the island and its history. Every day was filled with a new adventure. One suggestion I would make is not saying the waterfall hike is easy for everyone. My father is 72 years old and has some trouble walking at times. He was not able to complete the hike and had to stop at the half-way point while hiking to the waterfall. I would ask for something other than the hike for anyone that is elderly or has a disability. The tour guide did not fully explain what the hike entailed when picking us up either. Other than that, the experience was once in a lifetime for my family.

I got in touch with Mahea and she was delightful, patient, and detailed oriented while planning my trip. This trip is very last minute and a lot of activities I wanted to do weren’t available, but Mahea made sure that my trip was still customized for my individual needs. I have some physical limitations and she made sure to take those into account before finalizing everything. Mahea made this booking process fast and painless. The price was much cheaper than if I had planned it all myself. With this level of service, I can’t wait to actually touch the island! ALOHA!

Negative experience: Do not do go with this company. They will take your money and pretend their interested in your needs but once you pay they will literally ignore you. Abby at first was helpful but once I told her we wanted everything she didn't reach out to me on things to do over in Hawaii. We went to Honolulu first the lady that received was rude she didn't even greet us she seemed like she hated her job. Our second stop was in Kauia we couldn't booked any tours or activities because everything was booked. It would've been nice if Abby would've told us that or let us know in advance what we can do over there. We had a third stop in Florida she booked the flight at 9:30PM and check out in the hotel was at 11:00AM  again she had almost a whole year to schedule the flights we gave her enough time we had to wait a long time. Once we were in Florida she booked us the worst hotel resort in Disney. I told her for all my room view we wanted Ocean View and all of them were Partial view when I specifically told her other wise. Again our filght back form Florida to LAX checkout was at 11:00AM our flight was at 8:00PM. She booked the cheapest flights the worst seat bad hotels and it seemed like she did everything last minute I tried to reach out to her about 5 times before and after arriving to Hawaii because we had some issues. She never got back neither nobody else wanted to help us other agents would answer and say they couldn't help us it had to be her and she would NEVER get back. Honestly we would've been better off booking everything ourselves. WORST SERVICE EVER  we paid over 10,000 for such horrible customer services.

Fantastic experience: After thoroughly reading reviews and checking into booking the elusive all-inclusive Hawaiian vacation, I was blessed enough to find Hawaii Aloha Travel. I had seen reviews about how good Bruce was, and that is who we got to plan our vacation. Bruce listened to all of my visions of how I wanted the trip to go down and put together a fantastic package for us that was surprisingly affordable, which made my husband very skeptical of the quality we would receive once we got there (I will address that more below). Once our booking arrangement were made, the rest of the trip was handed of to Lisa Zablan, who handled all of the fine details. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint! I had told her that the major reason for the trip was to celebrate our daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday. Lisa sent us our vacation packet documents in a package that was dressed up as a present , including a birthday card signed by the staff, a box of chocolates, balloons, a birthday banner, and a not too annoying confetti bomb! It was very thoughtful and our daughter was so surprised! Lisa also walked us through the Safe Travel Hawaii requirements process and made sure we had completed the necessary stuff ahead of time to minimize any unnecessary delays. Now for the actual trip, we were met at baggage claim but a shuttle driver that greeted us with a beautiful fresh flower lei for each of us, and took us to the hotel. We stayed at The Aston Waikiki Beach and had junior suite room with a beautiful ocean view from the 23rd floor. Lisa followed up to ensure that we had a smooth arrival. We had a full itinerary for the 5 full days we were there, and she made sure we had brought all of our tickets and understood the excursions. She also let us know that she had made our dinner reservations for each night but the night of the luau. This was huge once we saw how many people were at the hotel, and heard of dinner wait times of over an hour. Our first excursion was the Pearl Harbor tour, which was fine, but nothing compared to the next couple of days. Day 2 was Secret Circle Island tour and Day 3 was the Hawaii Culture tour. The reason I have them together is that they were both led by our tour guide, Travis, who was phenomenal! He quickly got to know our family dynamic, which was awesome, and basically tailored our tours to accommodate our interests! They were both private tours, so we were free to be ourselves, which made for tours that were genuine. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and personable, I could not recommend him enough! My daughter and her best friend are still talking about him. Day 4 was a waterfall hike, which wasn’t private but it was a small group, which was nice. It was also a shorter hike so we were able to get back to our room together ready for the Paradise Cove Luau. I really wanted the girls to experience an authentic Luau, and this did not disappoint. Our Luau guide was funny and engaging, which made the bus ride fun. The food was okay, but the entertainment, WOW! The dancers and the ambiance were top notch. There were also activities that allowed for kayaking in the bay, spear throwing, and pictures hold exotic birds. A totally memorable experience! Day 5 was a snorkeling cruise, which was fun and I’m glad we did it, but my daughter was not a fan. Now, back to my skeptical husband, he was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the the entire trip, and he is pretty hard to please! It made my heart happy that everyone had such a memorable trip. That’s all I wanted, to make memories! Thank you so much, Bruce and especially Lisa, for making that a reality! I know this is a long review, but I wanted to relay all that was included! I’m sure I missed some things, but I hit the major points I wanted to make! If anyone is looking for a reasonably priced all-inclusive vacation, Hawaii Aloha Travel will not disappoint! Fantastic experience: Kara was amazing in helping plan our magical Kauai trip! From the flight to the hotel and activity recommendations, everything was excellent! We did a doors off helicopter tour recommended by Kara and Mahina (activities coordinator) and the tour was breathtaking. They also recommended ATV and scuba diving activities that were amazing! I have used Hawaii Aloha travel previously and was very happy then. They certainly exceeded all my expectations this time too! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I may just be one of Hawaii Aloha Travel's TOUGHEST customers, in the sense that I lived in Hawaii for a decade, no longer do, so I know a lot about it. Even so... Bruce and his team not only made our visit back to Hawaii efficient and seamless, but enhanced our trip with unexpected tips and add-ons that there's no way we could have known about. The team at Hawaii Aloha Travel is all professional, all the time. And perhaps what I liked MOST about them is when I tried to tell them what I wanted to do they eloguently reminded me of their experience and to trust them. I'm so glad I did! They were right at every turn. The last thing I'll say: You KNOW an agent is great when they actually turn down business that they don't feel is a good fit for visitors to Hawaii. Bruce and his team have turned down anti-vaxxers and disrespectful, selfish lowlifes — the exact type of "ugly American" traveler that Hawaii is trying to keep away from the aina these days, for it's residents' safety. Good for them, and great for Hawaii Aloha Travel. In fact, I'd guess that if you found any negative reviews of them here, it's from people they refused to work with!! You must use and trust Hawaii Aloha Travel!!!

Fantastic experience: Bruce was very professional and informative throughout my booking and entire experience. He is very available and willing to answer all your questions and offers helpful, personalized advice. The condo itself was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was perfect for the two of us- both chefs-to whip up great meals. The bed was very comfortable (and I’m a sensitive/light sleeper!), the location was great (close enough to walk but not in a “party” area if you like to turn in early), and the building itself is very nice and well maintained, with friendly staff. I enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway in Waikiki and would highly recommend both Bruce as your agent and the condo as a great place to stay.

Negative experience: Do not do business with Bruce Fisher because he mocks his customers on his personal account! He is fake and not genuine.. And he thinks only 3 people died from the covid19 shot. I give him information and then he blocks me. He is a fraud. I would never let my friends or family do business who treats people like this! No Aloha!
