Fantastic experience: Our family has used Aloha Vacations twice now. 26 years ago and 2 weeks ago. Same customer service and attention to detail every time. If you are looking for a vacation that takes the stress out of planning and seeing and doing unbelievable activities I would suggest using Aloha.

Positive experience: Aloha Hawaiian Vacations made our trip smooth and we liked having everything planned out, but we did not enjoy having to walk to the Outrigger for every breakfast and almost every dinner. Had we known that, we would have just booked our hotel there instead of at the Sheraton. It can be easier to eat some meals at your own hotel instead of having to walk to another hotel, especially for breakfast. So that was not convenient to us. Did not enjoy having to walk 6 blocks to eat at Cheesburger in Paradise. We did not like the paper vouchers. They were awkward carrying around. We felt wait staff knew they were getting the 18% tip from the get go, so we didn't feel like we always got great service. The Waikiki Turtle snorkeling cancelled the morning of, then rescheduled later in day, then cancelled completely until Monday. Ended up not getting to take the Waterfall hike that was scheduled for Monday. Did not care for the Snorkeling crew. Didn't explain much until we actually got there and then everything had to be in a hurry getting gear on. Didn't see 1 turtle. Noone did. Very dissapointing. We were also suprised agency didn't check in with us at all while we were there. Would I use again, probably not.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Aloha Vacations for a seamlessly smooth experience in the Hawaiian islands! This was a once in a lifetime trip for us, so we wanted to see and do as much as 8 days would allow. Our excursions were wonderful in Oahu and Kauai, leaving us feeling greatly satisfied with seeing an array of the island. The resorts were beautiful and the staff at each were friendly and happy to assist. We are so thankful we used Aloha Vacations!

Fantastic experience: Overall, I highly recommend them for booking most vacations to Hawaii. They have a good selection of restaurants, tours, and various activities to choose from. We told them the exact dates we wanted to be on the islands, then they gave us a long list of food and activities to pick from. Don't worry about the dates or times while you're choosing, ours wasn't even close to how we organized it. They recommended we book our own flight, so we can pick the exact times and locations that worked best for us. We had a couple of flubs while over there, but everything got handled acceptably. I do not recommend the islands hopping for a day. By the time you factor in waiting at the airport, your time on the other island for the day is very limited. With all the construction and traffic, we were very stressed about being back at the airport in time to catch our return flights.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Aloha Hawaiian Vacations The hotels were nice. In Waikiki we were right in the middle of the shopping district and within easy walking distance to our excursion pick up sites. In Kauai we were a bit disappointed. Our garden view room.faced an asphalt roof - no garden anywhere but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. The excursions were all enjoyable especially the Circle Hawaii tour with Marlon as our guide. He was great and very knowledgeable. The only issue we had was the Sunset dinner cruise was not what we expected. It was quite a bumpy ride and made it hard to eat a meal. Just a little more info on that tour would have been nice. We did see a whale so that made it worthwhile. The dinner meals were all quite good. There were good selections on the limited menu and not just the cheap meals. Prime rib and filet mignon were some of our choices. Breakfasts were mostly buffet with the option to order an omelette if you wanted. There were plenty of selections on the buffet to have a very good breakfast. All in all it was a very enjoyable trip made possible by Aloha Hawaiian Vacations.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful vacation! We were taken care of very well. Food was great! Hotel was great! Excursions were great! All we had to do was enjoy ourselves!

Negative experience: If you are offered a seminar, webinar, free gift, etc. RUN. They use bait & switch tactics to pull more money out of members. They hounded me for a yearly fee every day for weeks...even though it wasn't due yet. They have no list of hotels that are offered from a free "gift" even AFTER paying nightly fees?!! This has been the WORST, most expensive experience of the past 2 years & I have madevit a point to warn others NOT to fall for their scheme. After paying for nearly 18 months, I finally go to book a trip and what a surprise to find out that the prices on their website changes to the same prices offered everywhere else online! Support was slow and unaware of what was going on. A complete and utterly waste of money, time, energy and effort.

Negative experience: We booked a meals and activities package only through Aloha Hawaiian vacations. We didn't get the information about the meals/restaurants that were included until right before we got to Hawaii (my fault for a late booking and not asking for details on the restaurants before booking the package). The breakfast and dinner meals included were all from the same 2 restaurants. So by the 3rd day, we didn't use the meal package we paid for since we had already eaten at the restaurants 6 times. So we basically lost out on that money since we wanted to try other restaurants. It was nice to have the activities booked for us and transportation provided/scheduled to pick us up.

Fantastic experience: We booked the premier Kauai experience through Aloha Hawaiian Vacations and it did not disappoint. Everything was meticulously planned, all we had to do was show up. The excursions were the highlight of our trip - especially the plantation tubing experience! Highly recommend booking through them since there is an overwhelming amount of things to do in Hawaii. I personally love planning trips and I would not have been able to come close to what they did for us!

Fantastic experience: I booked my mother a 70th birthday trip through Aloha Vacations and she truly enjoyed herself! She enjoyed herself so much that my husband and I are now planning our own vacation!! Thank you Aloha Vacations for making my mom's birthday an unforgettable day!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Aloha Hawaiian vacations for helping us with our vacation. They were great. The hotels were great, and the food was delicious. We loved the catamaran cruise and the sunset dinner cruise. The luau on Kauai was awesome. I would definitely choose Aloha Hawaiian for help in planning our next Hawaiian adventure.

Fantastic experience: We couldn't be happier with the great service and all the assistance they gave us! When we missed a flight (due to airport issue, nothing to do with AHV) our representative rearranged our excursions so we did not miss anything, as well as reschedule our transportation, lei service and hotel accommodations. We felt so at ease with the high quality hotel, food and VIP status at our outings. We will use them again for sure!!

Fantastic experience: Booked the 4 island tour for 11 days costing approximately $4500pp. Everything about this tour was excellent. The reason we chose this tour is it took us to Maui and the big island where the 2 National Parks are located. Car rental on the other islands was included. All our flights and transfers were included except getting to and from Hawaii. Hotel was included plus several excursions around O’ahu. Meals were provided on the days we were in Honolulu. By booking this trip we enjoyed more excursions and better meals than we would have by trying to arrange it ourselves.

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon through Aloha Hawaii Vacations, and this is the way to plan your hawaiian vacation. They made our honeymoon so simple and effortless. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. We skipped one of our beach umbrellas and chair days and decided to rent a car and see the island that way. One suggestion for the agency is adding rental cars. For Oahu, the biggest mistake someone could make is just staying on Waikiki. I am recommending this agency to all of my friends and family for when they wanna come to H awaii. Aloha Hawaiian Vacations truly made this a magical experience.

The customer service is the best and Nina always retuned my calls no matter how crazy my question is. We arrived during a power outage and the hotel and AHV compensated us accordingly. Fantastic experience: Trip of a lifetime.... It was amazing. Everything ran smoothly and was in place. We had trouble with a breakfast reservation because the restaurant was closed and they actually called me before I knew it was closed and fixed it. They checked on us through the trip to make it was all going well. Everything was set perfectly. Best vacation EVER!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Knowing what I know now. Hotels was just ok. They are really old. Did not like at all the prepaid food options. The menu in the package was bad and can't substitute, even for items that are cheaper. Bad breakfast choices at Kona. Was only restricted to 1 choice everyday. Now come on, who can eat eggs and bacon every day. Will never book any package that has to deal with the food I eat. I have extra food vouchers left over because I chose to eat elsewhere. My excursions was Great though. I don't know, but I feel if I took the time and did all the booking myself I could have saved myself a grand or more.

Fantastic experience: I was planning a Hawaiian vacation and somehow luckily stumbled upon Aloha Hawaiian Vacations in my search. It had good reviews so I took a chance and called them. What a great decision I made. The reps were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me. I was planning 3 nights in Waikiki Beach before embarking on a week long cruise out of Honolulu for 4 of us. The service I received was outstanding. They were able to modify a tour package to meet our needs exactly. The hotel was excellent, the meals included were delightful, and the tours were perfect! They arranged everything including a great transportation company. All we did was show up and follow the directions on our voucher. It was absolutely a seamless operation. Everything worked perfectly without confusion or conflict. I am very glad I used this company. Everyone in my travel group was super pleased with all of their arrangements. What a delight!

Fantastic experience: We had a great vacation. We used the two island package as a base and added a few nights. Oahu was amazing! Shopping, beach, food! The Big Island was next. Another amazing but very different vacation. The Big Island had the most beautiful views I have seen. We had vouchers for everything and it was all very well organized. I would 100% use this company again.

Fantastic experience: I loved working with Aloha Hawaiian Vacations! All staff was prompt and sweet. The hotel was gorgeous and the excursions spectacular. When an excursion was canceled due to weather, Aloha Hawaiian promptly refunded each credit card in our party without incident. Truly the trip of a lifetime!

Negative experience: Stay far away from this company! We used them to plan our honeymoon in Hawaii, thinking it would take some of the stress away. In the end, I had to book my own flights, my own hotels, and most of the food. The excursions they did plan and schedule were through partner companies who crammed as many people into each as possible and had the worst schedule ever. Dinners were at 4:30 or 5:00 PM, and some of the activities started at 5 AM - and if you miss anything because of their poor scheduling, there's no refunds or exchanges, you just forfeit the money. Furthermore, the dinners they scheduled were always at Duke's Canoe Club or Hula Grill found in presumably their partner hotel. The food was good, but a little variety would have been nice. Lastly, on our first day their was no Lei greeter like there was supposed to be and no one to take us to our hotel. They "made it up to us" by shipping the Lei to our hotel in our final day (what the heck am I supposed to do with them as we're leaving?). Throughout the experience, I was willing to say their customer service was great, but once they get your money and you on the island, you're on your own. In hindsight, I should have just planned the whole trip; it would have been cheaper, less confining, and a heck of a lot less stressful.

Fantastic experience: Loved, loved, loved our vacation in Kauai. We originally had booked a week in Maui but had to change due to the terrible fires there. Aloha Vacations switched everything within two days for us. They answered all questions and even called to make sure we were settled and ready to enjoy Kauai. We really loved our excursions, especially the movie tour! We would certainly recommend Aloha to all our friends and family.

Other than Hawaii being beautiful in its own right, the services that this agency provided was top tier. We had a warm greeting at airport as well as transportation to a top notch hotel (just across the street from the beach). We had days jam packed with great activities and food. We’ve met amazing people (locals and visitors) all sharing in the splendor this place has to offer. Now… Bryan C. was the best at coordinating this trip for us. Fantastic experience: We celebrated our 30th Anniversary in Hawaii and had an amazing time! Aloha Hawaiian Vacations did a great job of organizing our 4 island vacation. We had our itinerary and vouchers well in advance of leaving. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making this such a wonderful trip. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. The view from our ocean front room at the Outrigger Waikiki were beautiful. The tours we chose were well run with knowledgeable tour leaders. The food was good. Each night we were able to eat with a beach/sunset view thanks to their requests made ahead of time. I would highly recommend AHV if you are planning a trip to Hawaii.

Fantastic experience: The best vacation experience my wife and I have ever had! Everything was so seamless from the point of booking our trip to the day we returned home from our trip! Loved the stress free feeling of having everything booked and scheduled ahead of time. Our “book” of vouchers were awesome with clear and detailed pick up times and locations. Fantastic experience: AHV exceeded our expectations! We received our vouchers well in advance of our trip. Excursions were easy and excellent! Food was great - breakfast was a 2 minute walk downstairs in our hotel. We booked our own flight and they took care of everything else. We selected the island hopper trip to Maui and it was perfect- we had a car and drove the road to Hana with some detours recommended by the locals. Would highly recommend AHV - we would definitely use them again!

Fantastic experience: We booked our vacation through Aloha Hawaiin and they exceeded our expectations. We had so many wonderful adventures and meals, and they were all planned out in a way that we never felt rushed. Every tour group, restaurant, etc. recognized the vouchers immediately and treated us really well. Having transportation arranged for us saved a lot of stress and hassle, but also allowed us to see more of the island as we traveled and the drivers were always pointing out amazing sites and providing interesting details. I can't imagine trying to put this vacation together on my own. It probably would have cost more and it surely would have been more stressful if I had tried to do it myself. Thank you AHV!

Fantastic experience: We did the 2 Island package with Aloha Hawaiian Vacations. We went to Maui and the Big We were extremely happy with AHV. Our hotels were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. They both had busses if you didn’t want to use your rental car. Restaurants were top notch. Even the couples massage was fabulous. Our rental car was quick and easy. The tour companies as well as the tour guides were very professional, engaging and very knowledgeable. AHV staff were always available by phone, email or text with any questions you may have. Just keep in mind they are on a different time zone. AHV gives you a voucher for everything you have planned, day by day. That’s all you need, sit back, relax and enjoy.

The location was perfect to everything. We had so much fun on the excursions. The food was absolutely yummy. Aloha Hawaiian Vacations scheduled everything perfectly. They have earned our trust and we would use their services again.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Nina to plan a week on the Big Island for our wedding, as well as, a week in Maui for our honeymoon. She did an amazing job organizing the two weeks we were in Hawaii. I can’t say enough about all the activities we took part in while we were there. These packages are definitely worth the money!

Fantastic experience: We were in Honolulu for 8 days in March, 2023. It was a wonderful vacation. We booked our own flight and had Aloha Hawaiian Vacations do the rest. We were asked to choose from several activities every day. They did the rest. They reserved all the activities and meals. They sent vouchers to our home about 2 weeks before with explanations and directions on how to use the vouchers. Everything went off without a hitch. It was a bit pricey, but, oh sooo easy for us. We’re not spring chickens anymore and didn’t haven’t to stress over every little detail. We very highly recommend Aloha Hawaiian Vacations.

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon through Aloha Hawaiian Vacations and couldn’t be happier. They took care of making all the reservations for us. The hotel we staid at was great, with very kind staff and very close to the main strip. The different excursions and dinners available to us were perfect since we love to be out and about and try new things. Our honeymoon was very enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I booked the 6 day Kauai Saver Package and I could not be happier with my experience! Every person I spoke to on the phone, by email or by text was very friendly and helpful. They were also extremely responsive any time I reached out with questions. Booking this package made our trip so easy and relaxing. The vouchers were delivered earlier than expected and everything was organized in a way that made it super easy to follow with detailed instructions. Fantastic experience: I did the Oahu 8 day all inclusive vacation! I booked my own flight and AirBnb, so it was just the dining and activities package. They mail you the vouchers about 2-3 weeks before your trip. The staff at Aloha Hawaiian Vacations were so accommodating, and took care of switching the days of activities so I could fit a helicopter ride into my schedule! At first I was a bit dubious, but I really just showed up to the place I was supposed to, showed a voucher, and boom! Start the activity. Or my name was already on the list. Super easy, NO PLANNING STRESS! Lol I had more stress trying to choose which activities I wanted to do hahaha. The breakfast buffet and dinners at Duke's Waikiki and Hula Grill were super good! I have discovered a new love for papaya seed salad dressing lol. It's great already having a reservation there because I saw a lot of people having to be put on a waitlist while I just walked up and was served. The Japanese teppanyaki was a fun experience too! The Grand Island circle tour (hosted by royal star) was super fun! Our tour guide Kalani was great and had interesting stories. I wish the Sandbar/snorkel adventure was on a different day than the Grand Island circle tour, because the Grand Island circle tour was too good to pass up. In the end I actually booked Captain Bob's sandbar picnic and snorkel adventure myself on a free day, and it was definitely worth it! I was booked for Germaine's Luau, the regular seat, and it was very informative, and all you could eat for food! Lol I'm still iffy on poi though, but the kalua pork and other food was great! comes with 2 drink tickets included. The fire dance was very cool! It's a must when you go to Hawaii. Germaine's Luau is one of the original 3 big luaus in Hawaii, as I understand it there are now a lot more, but this one still does the pig underground. I would have no idea this existed or chosen it if not for AHV, so I'm glad I got the most authentic experience! (other than the polynesian cultural center) The sunset dinner cruise was a HIGHLIGHT of everything! The food was AMAZING, crab legs, super tender steak, maitai, and so much more food. The sunset was amazing, and the show was just as good as the luau (minus the fire dancing of course). Also, that singer/host who was on the 1st floor that day totally deserves a raise. He was so good! He knew a song about almost every US state the people at the show came from. He even sang a japanese song too. XD Also got the reservations for pearl harbor memorial, I felt so bad for the people in the standby line. Super hot day, super long line. That I got to cut lol. Aloha Hawaiian vacations really chose some of the best of the best activities! Would recommend! I would recommend staying at the outrigger waikiki resort, or somewhere close to there as that is where Duke's and Hula Grill are located, so you can just go downstairs in the morning. I stayed at the Waikiki Grand Hotel AirBNB right across from the zoo- it's a GREAT VIEW of diamond head in the morning with a sundeck to see the sunset in the evening, but it was a 10 minute walk to get breakfast.

Fantastic experience: Aloha was a great advantage whe it came to setting up our hawaii vacation! It takes alot to.set someting.loke.this up but Nina and the group set.this all up. They listened to what we wanted from the trip and gave suggestions on other things to do. After going we.found you needed reservations for about everything. This was all handled ahead of time letting.us relax and enjoy... We had a great time

Fantastic experience: If you want a worry free vacation book with Aloha hawaiian vacations. Nina did our booking, answered all our questions, walked us thru all the excursions, she was excellent. We were supplied with vouchers which kept us on track to our daily excursions, dinner and breakfast. we were able to chose from a variety of excursions, restaurants, hotels and was able to tailor the vacation to what fit us best. We enjoyed ourselves so much we immediately books to return to Hawaii and would not book with anyone else but Aloha hawaiian vacations 5 stars

Fantastic experience: My mom and I just got back from 8 days in Oahu! It was amazing - SO nice to have everything planned, organized and pre-arranged for us. Negative experience: Good value vaca package, but Aloha Hawaiian never pick up the phone and there were only two places we could eat - Duke's and Hula's. And if you have any dietary restrictions, forget about Aloha Hawaiian accommodating. In fact, when I asked about crediting the voucher towards some other activity, Nina, one of their agents, gave this her reply which I found short and rude: "We sent you vouchers for exactly what is included in the package. We do not substitute meals for activities. A lunch voucher for Duke’s to be used any day of your stay was included in your package. You could have used that for lunch yesterday, but we cannot retroactively apply it to another restaurant." Moral of the story: pay the extra money to get what you actually want and go with another vacation company that knows what customer service means.

Fantastic experience: We had a 6 day maui all inclusive saver honeymoon and it was the best choice. I did a lot of research on which company to go through and I’m so glad I chose aloha hawaiian vacations because everything was done. The hotel, breakfast daily, dinners (sunset dinner sail, hula grill dinner, cheeseburger in paradise) and lunches were not included but that’s ok because we got to explore local food places. Everything was timed out perfectly and we had such a great time. Thank you Nina & aloha hawaiian vacations for making our honeymoon such a memorable time.

We had very satisfied and enjoyable times with the all activities and all people and stuff. They were so friendly, helpful and they provided us with all information to have more fun. We had amazing breakfast, lunch, dinner. We had enjoyed the romantic time with amazing view of the restaurants that included in our package. Fantastic experience: They made everything so simple. They even made notes for each step. Where to park, acceptable gratuity etc. It was so relaxing! We booked reallyearly and one hotel changed owners and didnt offer everything the previous one did, so they sent gift cards to make up for it! Completely unnecessary but was so nice that they thought of it! 10/10 using AHV again!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I only had a couple days to make the most out of our first Hawaiian experience, so I was looking for something all inclusive (so we could think the least amount possible). I was blown away as soon as I arrived about the hospitality at our hotel. Everyone was amazingly nice. Our hotel was very close to the beach and to many many restaurants and shops. Our excursions were also fantastic our favorite was the catamaran sail and our favorite included dinner was the Japanese steak and seafood grill (get a martini). I will be trusting AHV in the future to book our next trip down to Hawaii.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Aloha Hawaiian Vacations in March 2020. Due to the pandemic we postponed our wedding/honeymoon until last month. The friendly staff at Aloha Hawaiian Vacations made hour honeymoon simple and stress-free from beginning to end. Anytime I emailed or called with questions the AHV staff was prompt and knowledgeable. Each activity offered was fun and something that gave both my husband and I a new experience. We booked the six day Waikiki Savers Package. We will definitely be booking a longer Premiere Package in the future.

The staff were very communicative and accommodating to us even during COVID-19 when all the activities we wanted to do were not available. Fantastic experience: I had been looking at this company for about 6 months before I booked our honeymoon with them, I was searching all over for the best pricing and best place to go with COVID being around. We finally decided on Hawaii island of Oahu for our honeymoon and there was no regrets!!!! The booking process was so easy!!! Booked it less than 20 minutes with Nina !!! She was amazing whatever I needed she helped me get done! The hotel was the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani and it was beautiful could see the beach from our balcony and the sun rise!!!! All of our excursions were amazing, we did have some get canceled or changed due to COVID but it didn’t mess up anything for us! The voucher system was so easy to use!!! They came in the mail and when we got to Hawaii we would just hand them to whoever we needed to and it was a breeze, THE FOOD IS AMAZING !!!!! Voucher or not the food is so good!!!!!! We booked our flights through Delta but we did everything we wanted to do! We had the premier all inclusive package to Waikiki Oahu for 8 days and we will be using this company again!!!!! An amazing honeymoon

Negative experience: HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. We had a trip booked with this company far before Covid began because our family booked with them and asked us to join their trip. Aloha NEVER communicated with us about any details of the trip. When we called to check in, they acted like everything was fine and they had our information. We would ask for an email update - nothing ever came. Our family rescheduled due to travel restrictions so we also called to reschedule and Aloha acted like it was fine again but didn't send ANY updates. The original travel dates came and went and still no communication. When we called back again, they apparently hadn't even rescheduled us but also hadn't sent vouchers, etc. in prep for the trip. Finally, we gave up and asked for our deposit back and they begrudgingly decided to give us 1/4 of the initial deposit even though they had literally only caused us headache and annoyance. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.
