Fantastic experience: My wife and I, recently got back from Portugal and our trip was amazing. Our travel agent, Holly, through Antor Travel, was fantastic. She planned our entire trip, including the tours, the transportation between cities, and hotels. She knew the best locations to visit in Portugal, and her recommendations were spot on. We spent 4 days in Lisbon and while there we did several different tours, which were really nice, especially the taste of Lisbon tour and then we took a train to Porto which was awesome. While in Porto we stayed at the perfect hotel, which was located perfectly to walk around the city and explore. After three days in Porto and several tours, including the Douro Valley wine tour, we caught a flight to the Algarve where we stayed for three days, enjoying the sea cave tour and a free day to explore several of the little towns in the Algarve and then it was a train back to Lisbon for our final day. Holly had planned and coordinated the entire trip including all the train, planes and auto rentals and the restaurant recommendations where amazing...especially the Matriarca in Porto.

Fantastic experience: So grateful to Antor Travel and our travel agent, Zoe! We had the best, stress-free honeymoon due to all the work Zoe and the team did to set everything up for us. Planning a wedding is enough work... looking back, I really can not imagine having to have had to plan the entire honeymoon myself too. SO thankful and I know the next time we want to travel, we will reach back out.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I were headed to Greece for a wedding and wanted to extend our trip for a week so I reached out to Sam at Antor Travel. Sam was an amazing resource from recommending places to visit, booking the flights, transportation, hotels and answering all of our questions. We extended our trip from Skala Fourkas, Greece to Mykonos and Athens. That trip was a dream, I can’t say thank you enough! Everything was seamless - we didn’t have any issues. We loved Hotel Semeli in Mykonos, that was perfect for us. It was walking distance from almost everything, which Sam ensured for us, and our driver from the airport shared his contact information with us so was able to drive us to other locations/destinations throughout our trip. Multiple people mentioned that our hotel was the nicest in Mykonos. The transportation set up from place to place was also a breeze - I can’t imagine setting that up after getting off the plane/ferry. So thank you!!! We also loved the ferry ride from Mykonos to Athens - something I wouldn’t have thought of to do if I booked this myself. Sam also set up a 2 hour walking tour through the Parthenon in Athens to pass time with our layover and that was a bucket list! Never booking another vacay without Antor Travel - thank you!

Fantastic experience: Having booked a couple trips with Sam ~.everything has been perfect. She makes your travel experience worry free. My most recent trip had to be cancelled due to medical reasons and everything was handled perfectly. I just can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’ve worked with Sam at Antor Travel before, so I already knew I could trust the team to plan an amazing trip — and this time, Zoe took the lead and absolutely exceeded my expectations! She helped plan a quick getaway to Cancun, Mexico, where we stayed at Haven — a beautiful, relaxing resort that was the perfect match for what we were looking for. There were so many great options, but Zoe made it easy to narrow things down, and her attention to detail was incredible. Throughout the entire process, both Zoe and Sam were always available, supportive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I’m so impressed by both of these ladies — they’re knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly want you to have fun. It’s rare to find that kind of service and care, and I wouldn’t plan a trip without them!

Fantastic experience: Timing is what I feel Sam at Antor Travel did an excellent job with. We did and saw many, many things but there was a perfect pace to the itinerary. She booked our trip to Spain and Italy and it was the best trip we have been on to date. We have traveled internationally a few times. Sam had working knowledge of Italy. More importantly, the associates she worked with over there did everything they said they would. They were on time, met us when we were supposed to be met, spoke English and were always professional. I know Sam put a lot of effort into coordinating tours, hotels, museums, historic sites, etc. You can do it yourself or you can pay Antor Travel to do it and do it right. I enjoyed every day more than the day before. Thank you Sam & associates.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing travel agency! I worked with Sam for planning our honeymoon, as a friend of mine had worked with her previously. This was my 1st experience w/ a travel agent, and it was INCREDIBLE! I shared our messy thoughts/wishes... and she gave us suggestions within our budget and booked everything for us! She was very responsive to messages and willing to hop on the phone when needed... even when I was panicking late at night before our early morning flight! :) Highly recommend Antor Travel Agency!

MaryAnn dialed us in with all the documentation we needed to return into the country. Directed us on our excursions and everything from covid testing to tipping

Negative experience: My husband and I booked a trip to Las Vegas with Linda at Antor- She gave us several options. We finally chose the package that had us staying on Fremont Street because there were no additional hotel fees. When we received our itinerary we noticed that there were now hotel fees associated with our hotel. Upon reaching out to her with the previous emails where she stated there would be no fees, she informed us that this sometimes happens. After letting her know that we would have stayed on the strip for the same price had we known there were additional fees, she responded with "Sorry". Not I am sorry but sorry. We will never book with Antor Travel again. Nor will we recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Maryanne was excellent in making our travel package. She got everything we asked for and more. She went above and beyond in getting it done in a timely manner. I can't tell you enough about her. You just have to experience her all by yourself. If you're looking to travel some where on this earth, then I'm telling you to reach out to Maryann. Fantastic experience: We booked with Antor Travel for our honeymoon. There was a mistake made by Apple Vacations, where they changed our flights to our wedding day without our knowledge. Linda went into the office on a Sunday night (the day before we had to fly out) to get new tickets booked. She was even able to get us our full refund from our previous flights that we were unable to make. So thankful for everything Linda has done for us. Definitely recommend Antor Travel!

They really go above and beyond to handle all the reservations and details completely. Fantastic experience: My wife and I along with several other couple friends have been using Paul and Nancy at Antor over 14 years now. They put their hearts into their customers. One time a lady broke her ankle coming off the plane and either Paul or Nancy was with her to get her comfortable and enjoy the rest of her vacation. Anyone looking for a family owned and operated company that truly cares about their travelers need to try Antor Travel. Our kids have used them and was impressed also. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Looking forward to next years trip. Keep up the great customer service!!

Negative experience: Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I wouldn't even give them a star. DO NOT USE THEM and go through the struggles we did! The owner Nancy and her husband, Paul (also the manager) were terrible to work with. My husband and I booked our $8,000 Jamaican Honeymoon through them. We requested round trip first class seating and come to find our agent Linda, booked only 1 of 4 flights as first class. They wouldn’t refund our money and said it was a “glitch” in Apple Vacations system so it wasn’t their fault. They only admitted it was an oversight on their part and didn’t catch the “glitch”. They were unsympathetic of the situation and tried to compensate us with only a $300 credit. That didn’t even put a dent into our troubles! It has been three weeks since we requested the refund of our $2,320 deposit and we still don’t have our money back. We will most likely have to take legal action. I would recommend Costco Travel or Travel by Gagnon before using them. Those two agencies have better service and most of all CHEAPER than Antor. Using a travel agency is supposed to take the stress out of booking a vacation, not cause stress. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!
