Negative experience: Gateway is a rip off. We had to cancel our trip and now they don't want to refund my money. They keep giving us the run around even though the airline said I was entitled for a refund. Poor poor quality control. Oh, and all the representatives were very rude to the point that they hang up on me.

Fantastic experience: Rochelle and her staff are FABULOUS. Just returned from a custom planned trip to Holland, Scotland, and England. Every detail of our trip tailored to our interests was taken care of. Wonderful accomodations and superior private tour guides. Last year, we had a similar experience on our trip to Italy, Greece, and Germany. If you want to be treated better than you can imagine, you have to call Rochelle. Maybe we will see you during our travels. We have already started planning more trips

Negative experience: I have never had such horrible customer service and experience as I have had with this company. Do not use them to book anything for you they will ignore you and send you information on a hotel but book you into a completely different hotel. Misleading information, no communication, and the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere!!

Negative experience: I paid extra and booked ocean view for my husband and I's anniversary. When I got there, I got 2 beds and no view. I contacted the agent and they did nothing about it and just blamed the resort even tho the agency was the one supposed to have booked the correct room. Agent ended up blaming ME saying I didn't ask for 1 bed. Isnt it obvious my husband and I would sleep in 1 bed on our anniversary!?

Negative experience: I am giving this place 1 because I can't give it 0. I contacted and agent here after a friend (that does a lot of trips with them) suggested it. I was asked budget and agenda. I sent in and admittedly tight budget and never heard a single word back. Not even a "we are sorry but we cant help you" I got NOTHING back zip nill nada.

Negative experience: People were nice but charged an upfront nonrefundable fee too book a group cruise (which I'm told is not proper) but after 3 weeks hadn't done anything citing personal reasons so had to go elsewhere.
