Fantastic experience: Mr. Sharad Agarwal is Amazing. In this day and age, its hard to find a travel agent like this. We had purchased only one person's ticket through him. Two of us were stranded in Indore because of flight cancellation. He not only promptly responded even on a Sunday, but he did the research and guided us to available seats ( airline staff had told us....."No seats available"). Somethings money can't buy. Personalized service like this is one of them. I highly recommend.

The entire process for an emergency visa was quick. We received the visa within two weeks of starting the process, and it would have been even less time has we had our documents ready.
