Davvero super disponibili e gentili, mi hanno prenotato il posto sul bus notturno (unico collegamento) e sono stati sempre presenti e in mio supporto. La persona con cui mi sono interfacciata parla italiano. Davvero un'ottima agenzia. Consigliata!

Negative experience: I totally understand that this company have to make money , but to resale your halfway ticket back and forth is impossible, any of us is capable to buy a ticket online why people goes anymore to the agency I don’t understand it . This agency soled a ticket of a minor and left him halfway home, (means between in Serbia) I see how much the parents and family are calling desperately left and right first to make the kid safe ( which is traveling alone ) and then take the action with vesa travel agency! I want to say to this people that the family may do little to get you in trouble but if this was my kid trust me I’ll do call all the authorities to make it possible for you to lose you license , your a disappointing a disaster company

I work in customer service myself and I know how important it is and how hard is to satisfy people sometimes. The last 22 years I purchased airline tickets through Vesa Travel, and each time they have been nothing but great to me. The owner Vesa Bardhi is one of the most professional and knowledgeable travel agent I've known. She goes above and beyond each time, Vesa also manages her staff wonderfully and they are a critical aspect to Vesa Travel. Its always comforting knowing that the employees are very dedicated to providing the best customer service possible, and they really take your concerns seriously. I've spoken to other agencies before but always went back to Vesa Travel because no one can provide the same quality of service like they can. Thank you again for your hard work. I highly recommend that everyone use this service for there travel needs.

Negative experience: I purchased two tickets from this agency, two way trip NY- Istanbul - Prishtina and Prishtine-Istanbul - NY. Our mistake was we didn't realize that my son's passport was expired so he couldn't fly with his Mom. When we realized that the passport had expired, at the airport we begged the Turkish airline rep to transfer the ticked to my other son, who was available and he would have used the ticked, we even offered to sell us the ticked for the second time and he refused to do so. The biggest issue I have is that the Vesa Travel and Turkish Airline are giving us a run around and not allowing me to use the return ticked that I already have paid in full, they classified this as a "No Show"! Somehow they are assuming that my son gonna be a "No Show" few weeks in advance. They are not allowing us to use our ticket to come back nor they are refunding partial amount of money that we paid. Vesa Travel agents are very rude and unprofessional. Learn from my case, I would strongly advise you all NOT to use this Travel Agency EVER. As far as Turkish Airline, if you're lucky and fly without issues their Airlines are OK but if you run in an issue as I did God help you, they are horrible airline, extremely rude and unprofessional. The only office they have in NY is at JFK, you can't call them due to the fact that they don't have a phone # to call, their agents hardly speak English and will not even try to help a customer. Save yourself a hassle and DO NOT use this agency and think twice about Turkish Airline as well.
