Fantastic experience: Went there for a 10 year China VISA the second time. Service has not been changed. Great friendly people over there. Joe was very helpful and took good care of me. He was able to expedite my visa during the China holidays too. The VISA service was $250. Very reasonable. My sister had hers done for $300, so I had a good deal here. Highly Recommended.

Negative experience: No one seems to know anything about anything. Very forgetful and rude. Then wants to act completely flabbergasted when you get rude back. If you can’t do your job, leave so someone else who is willing can take over. Straight up lazy individuals!
