Positive experience: Do not use Travel Unravel. They are fraudulent. They overbilled for a travel service and have not sent an email confirmation regarding this issue or promised refund.Do not use their services. Travel Unravel has since emailed me. They have also refunded my money. Travel Unravel has also apologized for this inconvenience, and stated that the $20 was not done intentionally, and it was a backend error. I am satisfied that the issue is now resolved.

Negative experience: Googled and got the first Spirit Airlines link. I did NOT know it I was a Communicating with a contractor, FareOBuddy. When I mentioned $430 is expensive! I normally pay a $172 round trip to Fort Lauderdale That’s a whole lot less than $430. He never said because you are booking with an agency. ZI would’ve immediately hung up. I had no idea I was with the contractor. I thought all along I was talking to a Spirit airline representative. Mark, rep was deceiving. He NEVER told me why it was so expensive —-they’re CONTRACTORS !! Had he told me that, I would’ve said No Thanks & Hang up!, They are crooks and they will not work with you if you have issues!! I tried getting my money back and they refused. I could’ve made two trips to Florida with what they charged for one trip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DECEIVING COMPANY AT ALL! THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!

He facilitated all my matters regarding the transition from another Cruise Line to MSC Cruises. It was truly a seamless experience. Having just been out of the country for 18 days, we really did not want to be delayed going back to Dulles. We had been up since 7 am on Friday and just finished a 16 hr flight from Johannesburg to Atlanta. She was able to get us booked on a flight leaving the same time arriving in IAD.
