Fantastic experience: My flight was changed to a time that would get us into Orlando late. I spoke with Michelle who assisted me quickly in booking another flight suitable for my needs. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my credit card was charged twice, one legit one not. I have learned that if you have to change a flight and talk to airline personnel beware and pay attention to the charges. I thought I was talking to a Spirit agent, maybe Michelle did work for Spirit and this scam company. Three weeks later Michelle called and asked me to do a review of our transaction. I thought this was strange, but she said she her job was at stake and sounded desperate. She emailed and called again and finally I gave a good review. My credit card company settled eventually settled in my favor and I will be more careful.

He will never travel out to see me again because of this. Also, your method of setting feedback is complicated and difficult. This is the last time I’m going to try..
