Fantastic experience: I have been reserving luxury hotels with Greg at Lorraine Travel for several years and have been very happy with their service and "perks". Recently, I booked a European land and cruise vacation with them. Fantastic experience: Lionel Moolchan is an excellent travel consultant and during the planning of my trip to Paris Lionel represented Lorraine Travel with top notch class and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about Paris (very valuable), and all of his recommendations of what to see and do was right on point, especially for someone like my sister and I who had never been to Paris. The itinerary was well planned and the coordination with Trafalgar was perfect, we had no complaints with Yannick and his team. gave us an opportunity to see some wonderful historical sites and have some fabulous meals. Fantastic experience: My wife and I had not travelled to Europe in several years so we decided to use a travel agent to guide us. We searched the web for a reputable travel agency with years of experience and found Lorraine Travel. Lorraine Travel asked for our travel plans and assigned us to Senior Travel Consultant, Lionel Moolchan, who we instantly felt comfortable with and who helped us with every single detail of our trip. Our trip, involving 3 countries (France, Spain and Portugal) lasted 24 days. We flew into Paris where we stayed for 4 days, picked up a rental car, and spent the remaining 20 days visiting Versailles, Limoges, Bordeaux, St. Emilion, Biarritz, San Sebastian, Oviedo, Lugo, A Coruna, Santiago de Compostela, Vigo, Porto and Lisbon. During the 6 months we spent planning this trip, we spoke to Lionel at least once a week and he was always available and willing to answer all questions, even the silly ones. He booked our flights, hotels and rental cars and found solutions to any logistics problem we encountered. Thanks to Lionel’s experience and guidance this beautiful trip went without a hitch. Fantastic experience: Stayed at this fun hip euro hotel-Gild Hall. We were hoping for an upgrade and ended up in their best suite room! The receptionist asked who we knew to get such a nice room. Fantastic experience: My wife and I utilized Lorraine Travel-Lionel was our agent, for our 25th Anniversary trip to the Hawaiin Islands. We couldn't thank Lionel enough for the wonderful travel arrangements he made on our behalf for our trip to Maui and the Big Island in September 2022. Our Muai accommodations (Hyatt Resort and Spa) were first rate. It was a great ocean front room, completely updated and a perfect location on the property. The grounds and pools were beautiful. The welcome gift Lionel had for us upon arrival was a nice touch as well. Our accommodations in Hawaii, the Big Island, Hapuna Beach Resort and Spa were amazing especially with our free upgrade to the ocean view suite! The property and beach at Hapuna was absolutely beautiful, wow! The rate Lorraine Travel provided and everything it entailed-free daily breakfast, resort credits, free room upgrades was spot on and very competitive. Thank you again to Lionel and Lorraine Travel! We look forward to working with them again.

Especially Lionel Moolchan, whose capabilities exceed those of every travel agent I've used in over 40 years of travel, originating in more than 7 different states around the country. He personally is a 12 on a scale of 1-10! His colleagues in the MyCabinMate App department, led by the amazingly able, rapid-response superstar, Greg, are also far above superior. EVERY SINGLE TINY DETAIL was punch-listed in advance by Lionel, then attended to seamlessly to my best advantage well in advance of every deadline. Lionel & Greg & Lorraine Travel do PERFECT work! Fantastic experience: Now that we are all returning to travel after the challenges of COVID it's reassuring to have Lorraine Travel on hand to take care of all the details. We have booked many trips through 'Whatahotel' and have been impressed with every interaction. Fantastic experience: Update! I just returned from my honeymoon in Paris, which was booked by Lionel from Lorraine Travel. Every single recommendation Lionel made was exquisite! The hotel, Le Bristol Paris, was truly a dream. The environment, the food and the service was literally unlike anything I have seen before. He has planned two trips for me and my family, one to Cabo, which was 5 star everything, and a second, much more complex trip, to Italy, visiting 5 cities over the course of 14 days. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been booking with Lorraine Travel for a number of years and have been very pleased with their service. A few years ago we were interested in a tour of Japan, and Lorraine Travel recommended Lionel Moolchan to assist us. He is a Senior Travel Consultant with Lorraine Travel. With Lionel's assistance, we booked a Japan tour for April, 2021. That trip was cancelled due to covid. Since that time, we have used Lionel's expertise for several other trips, some which were booked and then postponed due to covid (including another attempt to go to Japan and a trip to Israel). We just returned from a trip to Portugal and England, where Lionel set us up for a wonderful visit to the Cotswolds. We are currently working with Lionel for a rebooked trip to Israel in November and another Japan attempt next Spring. Lionel's knowledge, care and concern are greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience: Lorraine Travel does it right! My family and I just got back from a two week vacation that included four different regions in France. Lionel helped us plan everything in detail. He made sure we had our train tickets, transfers, airfare and tours booked. He also went over all of the “must sees” for each region. Since we were traveling with kids, it was important that they were comfortable and entertained as well. Anyone who has traveled to Europe knows that the hotel experience is not the same as the U.S. Lionel’s recommendations were excellent. We were in the best location and had very spacious and comfortable rooms. He also made sure that breakfast was available which is always a plus when traveling with kids and going in early morning excursions. Lionel went out of his way to check in on us while in France just to make sure we were happy. The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is what sets Lorraine Travel apart. I wouldn’t book with anyone else.

I usually coordinate my travel arrangements, but like any other mom multitasking with work, family, and other commitments, I had no time to research hotels for our Holiday Christmas vacation. Lionel helped us with logistics and hotels for three different cities. Since we had a diverse group, we traveled with 3 Seniors and my daughter relies on a wheelchair, Lionel was very considerate when presenting options. He helped us choose the Castille hotel which is in an area of Paris that was easy to access the Louvre, Champs Elysees, Opera Museum, Plaza Concorde, Van Dome, and the Sienne River. We are a family of four with a young child and teenager. Lionel included a full breakfast daily, dining credits, early check-in, and a welcome amenity (that was unexpected). However, the agency outdid it's self when the cruise line changed the onboard program. Thanks to the intervention of the agency the cruise line kept their end of the deal. Fantastic experience: We have two more nights here at the Four Seasons. This resort is wonderful. We did receive a room upgrade when we arrived. That plan worked in our favor. Great ocean view with plunge pool. This is our second Four Seasons and both have been through Richie at Lorraine Travel. I don’t know if it is because of booking through you or because of this being a Four Seasons but we feel treated very well here. And the same at last years resort. The staff always give us the best tables in the restaurants always best beach bed locations. Always best spots for the shows. The management always seek us out and refer to us by name from the moment we arrive at the property. They really make you feel special. The GM Reza and Food and Beverage Manager Simone are great.
