Negative experience: Would give no stars if I could. Several months ago I contacted central travel to book my 35 birthday. I was assigned Diane. Who began planning my trip. We had a conversation along with several emails. A week later she contacted me to ask the same questions as if we never had a conversation. I was annoyed and disappointed. I then proceeded to contact Marcia who usually books my trips. She planned my trip and sent my itenary. She then proceeded to recend it because I had previously talked to Diane. Instead of contacting me, she dumped me through email with an automated response. Not allowing me to explain what happened. No plans were ever put together with Diane, she never started the job or sent me anything. I even stated in an email stating I wanted to work with Marcia. Marcia never replied to me after I left several emails and voicemails. She had her manager Tammy(manager) call. Who is very incompetent. She didn’t listen to anything I had to say. She then said if you want to work with us you can work with Chelsie and pay a higher fee. As if I would ever work with them again. I should have known better after the way she handled me when I told her about Christie Ann ruining my mother’s birthday suprise last year. Needless to say I do not recommend them at all. Especially if you are in your 20/30s

Negative experience: Thought we were getting a good deal on our Alaskan cruise. We were wrong. Told the best deal was to go with the Plus package. this included drinks (which we told them none of us drink alcohol ) suppose to get $100 credit per person for shore excursions...and the list goes on. Never got our shore excursion credits,and lost money by not drinking alcoholic beverages. Told Princess cruises was the only one to do 10 day or more cruises to Alaska,also a false statement. Sorry,will never use Central Travel again. Beware future customers.

Fantastic experience: My husbands family has used central travel for all of their travel needs, so when it was time to plan a surprise honeymoon, I knew where I would be going. Patty Albright was phenomenal in helping us plan our getaway to Switzerland. She was so attentive to our thoughts and what we wanted to do, as well as being so responsive to emails and phone calls which made everything so much easier. From finding the right hotel and flights, to general information for traveling out of the country, Patty made this entire process so incredibly smooth. Everyone in the office is so kind and we will always use central travel for travel destinations! Thank you Patty for allowing us to have the most wonderful and picture-perfect honeymoon in Switzerland!
