Negative experience: Atp I’m seeing all these horrible reviews and I sure as hell don’t think mine is going to change it but I’m still leaving it. Horribly unprofessional dispatch. The bus driver picks my kids up at one location (the front of the daycare) but drops them off at an unsafe location (the Back of the daycare, by an alley where no one can see them). When the bus was over an hour late I was told they had a sub, that I should have checked the Facebook page, and when I requested they drop them off where they pick them up, I was told it didn’t concern me and they needed to talk to the daycare. They assume everyone has internet and social media and can get their updates this way which is ridiculous. Them telling me MY CHILDS SAFETY isn’t my business, is outrageous. Not only were they late, when they pulled up, they had children hanging out the windows acting a plum fool. Horrible company. I’m looking to figure out other ways to get my kids to school since apparently I have “nothing to do with” my children and their safety.
Negative experience: Called for three days straight 8 times a day. Phone goes to voicemail every time. Hot mess!.

Negative experience: The school transportation department should be reported to the news stations! The bus drivers are so mean to the children! They're powertripping drunks, and our children deserve better. Zero communication... I've never been able to get in touch with anyone, never received a call back after multiple voice-mails, my children's school couldn't even get ahold of them. This is the only transportation I have for my children at the moment, and I'm fed up! If I could leave zero stars, I would! DO BETTER if you work with children!
Negative experience: Horrible. Bus drivers hav horrible attitudes. I got kicked off for asking for the bus drivers name because she was giving me attitude for taking an extra 10 seconds getting off the bus the day before. Im disabled and someone had to move out of my way. Ahe told me to sit up front but i sat in the back because the front is full of kids who smoke and vape and I've had personal problems with inside school. She made a big scene saying i was causing a commotion all because i asked for her name. I am disabled. My father is disabled and can't work. This was my only way to school ans half the time my stop was skipped anyway. I sat out in the cold until my fingers turned purple and the bus didn't even show. The school front desk can't even get ahold of anything through their contact and they ignore everyone else. This place is dangerous, sketchy and awful. You're basically putting your child in the hands of a drunk annoyed teenager. The buses are also always breaking down so how is it even safe to board? Poor bus drivers. Poor contact. Lots of attitude. Very unsafe. How have police not been involved?
Fantastic experience: it's a nice place my daughter works here the people are fun and polite I've met them on occasions

Negative experience: My bus driver said that she was going to give everybody out of there seats a referral. She has made assign seats but was not very good at it. She told people Seat 12 like we know what that means she doesn’t know how to explain stuff and she gets mad for the littlest things. Because of how pact the bus is when she talks we have no idea who she is talking to so we say “me?” And she just doesn’t answer while shaking her head. Her communication is horrible and all of the kids on the bus hate her. Nobody knows where to sit she told me seat 7 but when I go there there is a 9th grader and a 6th grader sitting there already. I am in 8th grade and there is no way I am sitting with a 9th grade girl and a 6th grade girl. My 7th grade bus drivers were amazing. I don’t even have an idea what our bus drivers name is because she never told us but I would not recommend. Trinity public bus unless a last resort
Negative experience: Trinity Transportation Toledo was the worse company I've worked for due to the office staff and training. The training was all over the place and most of the trainers that I worked with didn't really know their job, came to work buzzed, or only worried about what their circle was doing (Gina was the best one). The office staff had the worse attitudes, were completely unorganized, and barely knew big words or what they were doing. Tierra in dispatch is really ghetto and disrespectful towards most of the people there and harassed a few people while I was there including myself seemingly just because she wanted to show off and even bragged about knowing where I stay as a threat. I even wrote an email to HR about her and heard nothing back, Valisa and Tosha just allows this to happen, Valisa stood there as Tierra disrespected me and said nothing ..... worse company ever and they mess up your check often and make up excuses why your check is short
Negative experience: Literally the worst service of transportation for the students when it comes to timing. Idk how many drivers my daughter has had throughout the year. It’s been unorganized since day one of school. The communication between the company, drivers, and parents is absolutely horrible!! I allow my daughter to ride because she’s in kindergarten and excited about riding the bus this first year, but next year may be something different idk.
Negative experience: My daughter has been late Monday, Tuesday and this morning to school and also on top of that the bus driver yelled at her for standing where she is supposed to stand to get on the bus you need better drivers that are not going to be rude and disrespectful towards kids that haven't done anything wrong
Negative experience: HORRIBLE service for the department that drives the students. My son has missed school because 1) a driver didn't show up and yall have no idea when or if she will be back. 2) the "new bus" didn't show up after not only getting my child up at 530 to be at his stop by 620 we stood out there for over 30 minutes waiting. When calling I was threatened that our son will be taken off the schedule BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO GIVE ME ACTUAL ANSWERS VERSES ALL YOUR EXCUSES and want to get mad at me that I'm mad at you for your inability to do your job properly.

Negative experience: This place is a joke!! Response to trinity: you guy's won't even resolve ANYTHING on the phone. Dispatchers are rude so is the supervisor. To top everything off it's starting to freeze outside and my kindergartner and 4th grader has to walk so far to the bus stop. Trinity refuses to come closer so my kid's have to walk clear through the weiler homes in the dark in the morning. Not safe at all. Not even with me. Saying trinity doesn't come down my road... Not true there's trinity buses that do daily. Even last year when my oldest kid attended reach academy they came closer.

Negative experience: The department that drives children to school is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! there's always a problem on the first day of school, either the bus never comes, they don't send anything in the mail for a pick up time, or the drivers and monitors have attitude problems. I am so sick of them!!!! My current problem as I'm typing, is no one is answering the phones since 6 am!!!!!! There was 2 different accidents, 2 different school years and parents weren't notified until they dropped the kids off!! Get your business in order. And this isn't where my complaint stops, I'm taking it to the BBB.

Fantastic experience: Trinity worked out perfectly for our wedding. I was able to do all the booking details online with Brittany Martin, who was very responsive and accommodating. Even though our driver was coming from Michigan, and our wedding was in Bowling Green, OH, the driver was on time, and followed the schedule as planned. He was also flexible in adding a couple unscheduled stops at the end of the night. The value was excellent, and getting a shuttle that fit about 25 people for several hours, was much more affordable through Trinity, than hiring a limo for 2 or 3 hours. I am happy with the service that Trinity provided, and everything worked out great!
