Fantastic experience: What a great experience. Flying over Toledo Zoo with all the Christmas lights was beautiful. Professional, friendly and very informative.

Fantastic experience: I am afraid of heights but I loved this . It was amazing ! I want to do it again . Definitely recommend. Only regret is not doing the longer ride but I will book for that soon . The guy that was operating was awesome - he explained everything even helped us with the seat belt and took our pic for us checked on me during the ride . Such a great guy !

Negative experience: Owner is a d-bag. Overpriced garbage tour. Been there, done that, had much better service and helicopter tours elsewhere. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars. They also chose to argue with me about my review and couldn’t possibly believe someone could have a poor experience and feel ripped off. Keeps calling me a spammer, clearly I’m not. Avoid at all costs!!!! 7/5/22 The owner keeps claiming I’m a scammer and not on a manifest. I paid for a family member to take a flight with them and am reporting on their behalf. They are simply trying to refute a bad review. They have argued with me and been nothing but hostile instead of trying to make things right with my family and myself they have chose to be rude and fight. Is this really the kind of company worth handing over your hard earned dollars to? I regret it, don’t make the same mistake! Fantastic experience: We rode with Intrepid for our first ever helicopter ride at Ella Sharp Park in Jackson last weekend. It was amazingly smooth and comfortable. Pilot was impressively landing in the exact spot on a windy day! Five stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: We had Intrepid fly us while they were visiting Silver Lake for the AppleFest. We had an amazing time, and the flight felt safe, and good value. The best thing we found out was they donated a portion of the proceeds to Heros on the Dunes. It was refreshing to see the helicopters over the weekend knowing they were helping those heros, and providing a unique experience for us. I'm glad they are not here every weekend as we travel to Silver Lake to our cottage to get away from everyone in Detroit, but it was more than worth it for this weekend!

Fantastic experience: We hired Intrepid Helicopters to give our family helicopter rides for my daughter's birthday. It's quite a surprise for the kids having a helicopter show up at your house! Spence gave us a great time and an experience that will last a lifetime. It's certainly not inexpensive but after the fun we all had it was worth every penny! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This helicopter experience was AMAZING! My mom, myself and my daughter went on the Christmas lights tour. Steve, our pilot, was so nice, so informative and very calming. Ride was completely smooth and views were incredible! We had a wonderful time and will definitely fly again. Everything from initial booking to our pilot walking us back to our car was perfect! We absolutely loved it!!!
