Negative experience: I had a tire fall off in a highly car area in a round about. They made this a priority tow and I've been waiting 3.5 hours for a tow and still haven't shown up. Almost got hit 5 times this is ridiculous

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best AAA experience I have EVER had!! Dennis and Andrew are GREAT!! Dennis went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when buying a used car and completing my used car inspection. His compassion and care is untouchable. I would recommend them every single time! Andrew was just as supportive and got me back in for my 2nd car check with no issues. Thank you all for being trustworthy and caring!!!

Positive experience: Really pissed that I took my car here today to get an oil change, they upsold me on some struts (which I knew I needed and the price was decent they charged so I went ahead and got them), spent over $1k on this work and now my d*****d vehicle won't start up. Started off bad since I "thought" I made an appointment when I called yesterday and spoke with a man who told me to come at 7:30 in the morning, he took my name and number and when I got there this morning they had no record of my appointment. I looked at my phone to make sure it was the right AAA I called yesterday as Dennis who was at the desk said maybe I called Jackman (I didn't even know they had one on Jackman). Phone number was the same as the one on Alexis that I was at. I had also wanted a diagnostic done this morning and was told that it wouldn't be able to be done. Long story short got a call to get my vehicle and rep above asked me if the vehicle ever had issues starting. It never has and is a very reliable car. I only took it in because I'm going on a trip and wanted to make sure everything was okay with it for the trip. He told me they had issues getting it to start the first time but after "wiggling" the key/fob it came right on. I got there not too long before they closed after they called. Went to start my van and it wouldn't start after 6-8 times I tried. Tried on the last one and I called them from the vehicle cause they were closed at this time and they answered and I told them that something was wrong cause nothing like this happened to my vehicle before. I think they messed up some wiring when they did the work. When I got home someone was parked in front of my house so I had to wait for them to move, went out to try to move the van in front of my house and now the van won't start at all and I"ll have to get it towed to them to "fix" again. This is VERY disappointing. This was my very first time at this place. Persons were nice there on the phone and in person but just a lot of...I can only say mess with the appointment mix up. Good price on the struts. I'm hoping they will fix this and make it right and not try to charge me more money for diagnostics.

I have a 2013 dodge journey and those are difficult to get to sometimes but he did it and was able to get my car started. I appreciate your help so much Randy!

Negative experience: MUST READ! Dropped one off our vehicles off, here back in June. Told them what was wrong (power steering issue and we needed a rear axle seal replaced, it was leaking gear oil from the rear differential) They said they'd see what they can do. Following day(while our daughter was having emergency surgery) they called and said there were more problems than what I thought... After our daughter was released from the hospital, went to pick up the vehicle and get 'the scoop'... Dennis (shop manager) told me it stalled 3 times during the test drive and a bunch of other lights were going off on the dash, transmission started slipping... "Huh, how far did you drive it?" He said let me ask the tech who took it out. Came back a minute later and "he said about 20 miles." I was instantly pissed. They knew what was wrong and chose to drive it to the point it behaved that way. For the record, we had to drive it the same distance to get the VIN verified for title transfer from out of state and didn't behave like that. So basically this tech beat the hell out of our vehicle for at least 20 minutes, probably to get out of working on it... Here's the issue, according to Duane (the district manager) they don't have "a level 'A' mechanic" there, haven't for 7 months. It was at Duane's call that they take the vehicles, even if they can't work on them. Thus wasting everyone's time that brought a vehicle in that they KNEW they couldn't work on. I did file a complaint with their survey team. 2 months went by and I didn't get a call that I requested to explain why I knew something was wrong... Only when they called to ask about our membership cards did I get to address this problem. Only to be informed they can't work on anything in that shop that requires any more knowledge than needed to change a tire(basically). I would like to point out, I could do the job(I'm not a mechanic but do 95% of our own auto repairs) but I don't have access to a bearing press to replace the seal. At least 3 people at this location and business failed. The tech, his manager and the DM. Also the survey system or whomever seen my complaint and chose to ignore, if it did show up in their system (that's to be determined and Duane will inform me what happened). At this point, don't take your vehicle here for more than a tire change. The "about 20 miles" test drive was unnecessarily long with them issues it was having. And whatever they tech did, was out of line and abusive. (Not to mention, he milked the clock for a half hour!) Duane did try offering some minor help and tried to get us to bring the vehicle back (just to send it to another location to be repaired) but if it's this bad at one location, I'm super hesitant to try another.

I needed an uncommon type of tire, and these guys were so persistent in tracking down the exact tires I needed. They went above-and-beyond and really helped me out when I was in a bind!

Negative experience: I went in to have a flywheel done on my van and was overcharged for the work done they had to Issue a refund and it took three days to get back to my card witch means my vehicle had to stay at there shop until I got the funds my wife missed three days of work because she works in Michigan upon arrival to get my vehicle they had to jump the battery because they left my key in the ignition turned overnight is what I was told

Positive experience: Taken my cars there a few times, they will take the time to explain and show you the problem. It might or might not be little higher than others but I cannot complain about their quality of work

Fantastic experience: I had a lot weighing down on me. I lost my dad, my garage door broke, and my car decided it wanted to operate above the recommended range. My car acting-up was just another thing I didn't want to deal with. Luckily, AAA Tire & Auto was there to help so I had one less thing on my plate. I suspected I knew what the problem was and told the service manager. He didn't treat me like an idiot. It was an overall positive experience. The car was back in my hands without any problems by that afternoon. 100% recommend them.

Positive experience: Went to get some problems with my fuel pump afterwards I found out that the Wisdom Tree manifold pressure regulator attached to the fuel pump trying to Pump Fuel into the fuel pump was another problem that they couldn't diagnose because they don't have a diesel mechanic on the premises they only have a regular mechanic who is trying to learn diesel but it doesn't have enough experience to work on everything and figure out exactly what's going on so from the drive from Toledo to the Greenville I could only do 50 mile an hour with my foot on the floor I finally got the Greenville and went to a Chevy dealer they diagnose the problem with a pressure regulator fuel pump system that's is $3,845 in change and it's going to take a week to get it repaired AAA is not sufficient to do diesel anybody go there beware

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews but I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had dealing with our vehicle. We moved from out of state and had no idea where to go to get our car fixed and since we have AAA we decided to use the location that popped up. We were only without our car for one day! Simply unheard of. Service was fast, the guy who answered the phone was knowledgeable and let me know what needed to be done and when it would be finished. If your car needs to be fixed, trust AAA.

Fantastic experience: Ive always received great service and the lowest prices using AAA approved service providers back home in the DC area. Imagine my surprise and delight when the logistics firm I drive for told me to service my vehicle at the AAA Tire and Auto Service center up the street. We do not have these back home and I wish we did. Im in and out quickly for various maintenance procedures, oil changes and tire replacement. They always check for possible problems that might pop up in the future and make me aware of them and what to look out for. My livelihood depends on my vehicle operating smoothly and without surprises placing me out of service and AAA keeps me on the road problem free. This is the go to place for auto repair.

Positive experience: Because of computer updates customer files were gone, so because I didn't have paper work on me I couldn't be helped completely. Service writer was very polite tho.

Negative experience: I lost the trust in this place, and really not Shure if they even did anything to my A.C. they said it was low on r13 but never let me see the gauge, then when I went to pay, I ask if they put a sealer on, the guy lied right to my face, and said there was no such thing of A.C. sealer iv work on cars for 30+years and even ran my friends shop for a month while he was away, I know for a FACT that they make a sealer for the A.C. so I'll never go back there, can't trust a lier, not a trustworthy place to take you vieacle, be careful

Fantastic experience: My car had double flat tires on a drive back from Detroit... We sat in the parking lot at 6am, tired, and just wanting to get home... They took us in as soon as they opened (730am on a Saturday) and we were on the road in no time.. The man in charge was conversational and cordial, I would drive the 2 hours just to buy more tires from them if I had the time!

Positive experience: Purchase of roadside services for my daughter's boyfriend for Christmas. His info was given to them and it just was supose to be mailed here to give on Christmas but now I get emails and mail for him.

Negative experience: Being long time AAA member, called and made appointment to have new tires mounted. They were about 20% higher than local shops posted prices, but assumed they could be trusted to do quality work. Didn't expect all the up-selling (alignment, etc.) or list of "recommended" repairs (some of which were recently done), but getting bill that was 20% higher than quoted was final straw. Added injury was all tire incorrectly inflated - rear ones being 10lbs. too high. Spoke with regional AAA rep., seemed pretty dismissive regarding my experience. Probably gets alot of calls like mine.

Negative experience: Well I sent my truck in to have a vacuum line put back on, and it’s already come off again. They want to charge me another fee to fix something they haven’t corrected properly the first time. Took my sons car in and they replaced the wrong parts and wanted to charge me for all the labor and parts that weren’t bad to begin with ($1200) when they ended up sending the car to the dealership to get fixed because after 7 days they couldn’t. His car now has all kinds of electrical issues because they ripped the main wiring truck apart and electrical taped it back together. They have been polite through the process ( hence the 1 star) but the quality of service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend getting your car/truck repaired there.
