Experiencia fantástica: Ours was a girls trip to Kashmir and Burooj travels made it a memorable one for us! On the first day in Srinagar, Mr. Faizal picked us up from the airport and took good care of us until we checked in and settled at our first accommodation. The following day Mr. Ajiz accompanied us and he was there throughout the trip. We wanted to experience snow and hence, had chosen to visit Kashmir in the month of February. The snowfall and weather conditions in Srinagar and Sonmarg were enjoyable, we had a pleasant day. However, as we approached Gulmarg and Pahalgam, it started snowing severely, the roads were extremely slippery making it difficult for us to drive. Despite the poor weather and driving conditions, our driver was patient and managed to take us up until certain points and arranged for chained cars and alternative cabs to reach our accommodations and sightseeing spots. He took good care of everything, stayed connected and made sure that we were safe. Regarding the accommodations, the house boat stay was exceptional. The other accommodations and services offered were decent to good, considering the locality and weather conditions. Overall we had a wonderful experience and Kashmir is definitely the heaven on earth! Thanks to the team for making this trip happen.. Would definitely recommend it for people who are planning to visit Kashmir with friends or family!

Thanks to Ms. Fozia our tour coordinator from Burooj Travels, for meticulously crafting our itinerary to suit our budget and comfort. All the recommended hotels were great with good hospitality, except for Royal Park at Gulmarg, where the rooms were not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and overall ambience in the rooms as compared to the others on our trip. Rest all was top class, including hotel staff, food & facilities in the rooms. Ms. Fozia and the team at Burooj were always there on WhatsApp and phone calls to answer our queries before the trip and ensured that they resolve any issues that. Experiencia fantástica: Kashmir.. They call it as heaven On earth.. and now I know why.. it is such mesmerising Place. Each thing about Kashmir is magical , but this experience wouldn't been that amazing without Team "Burooj". We Travelled from Pune and with delayed flights we reached Shrinag quite late in the evening. We were worried about the occomodation part a bit.. the team did manged all the arrangements earlier only. Hatts of to John.. he came personally to check all arrangements. The house boat, food and other facilities were top notch Next day we went to pehelgam . Excellent journey with very polite n knowledgeable driver. We had amazing Kashmiri food , did amazing shopping too.. it was really cold in pehelgam but our rooms were very cozy and had all amenities. Team Burooj.. great job Travel to Gulmarg and Sonmarg was very smooth too.. We went to 0 point view with team without any hassle. all the cabs and travel arrangements were done perfectly fine and everything was on time. I would like to mention that at most of the view points there are no mobile networks so it was really commendable job Team did With all those 7 days of trip..We not juat got pampered but became friends with the team but got tons of amazing memories to cherish life time..

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to Himachal nuerous times and covered most of Ladakh multiple times. I never resorted to a Tours n Travels and planned the trips myself. Kashmir for me, was new. I had no idea who to trust or how to plan it out. Burooj Travels planned the perfect itinerary around my dates and chose the best hotels in my budget. They also accomodated changes in hotels upon my request and gave me a better deal than online travel companies. The crown jewel of this trip would be Saleem bhai, who was our driver. He is polite, courteous, professional and a great human being. He helped us throughout our stay and I really got lucky we got him as a driver. On subsequent visits to places, I may change hotels but I never change the drivers. I would definitely give them a chance to show me in and around Kashmir!

We had asked to make couple of changes to hotels, which was accommodated. Overall we did not face any problems in the trip, kashmir is really beautifully place with many fun places to visit nearby. Just one feedback, Shaw 11 resort is not a recommended hotel for family. They do bot have a good heating system and the route to reach is really difficult for families. Experiencia fantástica: *Excellent Service* Right from the very start, the tour coordinator John Ahmad was cooperative and on such short notice (3days) he made our hotel bookings. And emailed the itinerary. John Ahmed is little straightforward, he can be more polite. Upon landing at Srinagar we were greeted by the driver (Ajaz). I felt he was very professional and respectful. He also helped us make informed decisions such as negotiating with third-party agents and also while buying things. No coercion was felt and final decision was left upon us. (To visit any specific shop). Given the amount quoted on my package, I must say I'm very much satisfied and felt that Kashmir tour was worth it with this travel agency. The itinerary was detailed and the tour was executed in accordance with the itinerary only. Note : The locals will tell the tourist high price for goods or services. One must bargain otherwise will fall short of budget.

As we had a kid along, we requested the houseboat staff to provide us with a heater, but sadly we were disappointed there. They could have been a bit considerate there. Experiencia fantástica: Travelling with Burooj travels was literally an amazing and true experience. Even when our flights got canceled and had to land in Jammu, John sir managed it so well and arranged us good stay and food in a very short notice . He then arranged us a flight the very next day since the highway was closed and helped us reach Kashmir the very next day. We are forever indebted to him for that. They managed to change our itinerary and made us cover all the places in a short time span. The stay and the food was amazing. But what’s more wonderful is that we went back with a feeling of having made a beautiful family in Kashmir.

Experiencia fantástica: We booked the Kashmir trip given a very short notice and the team of Burooj Travels especially Ms. Numaira, John (head) and Shaukat (our chauffeur) had planned it beautifully. We booked it for 6 nights (2 Pahalgam, 2 Gulmarg, 2 Srinagar) and all the properties were top rated considering the fact everything was sold out when we were planning it. Big thanks to Shaukat, he is an excellent driver and a great companion on the road. We had an early morning flight and he made sure that we catch it on time, he waited for us at 5:30 am in freezing cold at Srinagar with a smile on his face. He is fun loving and had an amazing collection of songs and stories of Kashmir. He even helped us in bargaining on local shops and activities at Gulmarg Numaira planned the itinerary amazingly keeping every small detail in mind as we are vegetarians and very specific about the properties, and since there's a huge crowd turning up in Kashmir, all the good properties were sold out but they still managed to book all the good hotels (4-5 star) and the top category rooms for us. John (head) met us twice on our trip and made sure it's going flawless, his hospitality was commendable and we are looking forward for our next trip to Kashmir and Ladakh with Burooj Travels only.
