Cette année, nous avons trouvé une offre que nous pensions juste dans un nouveau complexe en Jamaïque. Après avoir parlé avec lui au téléphone, il a expliqué qu'il n'avait eu que des problèmes lorsque les gens réservent avec eux pour diverses raisons. Il a recommandé le Royalton White Sands, un complexe où il a récemment séjourné et qui est dans la même zone que nous souhaitions, avec un personnel plus sympathique, une excellente nourriture et une belle plage où nous pouvions obtenir des chaises longues à 10h. C'est toujours bien d'utiliser un agent pour les meilleures informations et nous utiliserons toujours Travel VIP.

Expérience fantastique: Ma femme et moi étions incertains quant à la réservation dans un tout compris, nous n'y étions jamais restés auparavant car nous aimons être avec les locaux pendant nos vacances et nous avions peur d'être coincés sur une île de villégiature. Melissa nous a recommandé de séjourner dans son préféré personnel, le Royal Decameron à Bucerías, et c'était le choix parfait. Étant si près de la ville, nous pouvions y aller à pied quand nous le souhaitions tout en ayant encore les commodités de tout compris, le meilleur des deux mondes. Melissa nous a donné de nombreuses excellentes recommandations pour des endroits où manger et des activités à faire, et elle vérifiait fréquemment pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien pendant le voyage. Nous réserverons certainement avec elle à nouveau pour notre prochain voyage au Mexique.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai utilisé Travel VIP pour réserver des vacances au Mexique l'automne dernier et tout était parfait. Nous avons eu un problème avec nos noms qui étaient incorrects sur nos billets, une erreur de Westjet, et Melissa s'en est occupée tout de suite ! Melissa est une agente fantastique et je continuerai à réserver avec elle. Elle est attentive, disponible et patiente. Je me sens en sécurité et confiant lorsque je réserve avec elle et Travel VIP.
