I wouldn't hesitate to use Redback Tours again.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai engagé Redback pour transporter mon équipe pour le Ride to Conquer Cancer. Le chauffeur est arrivé exactement à l'heure et était sympathique. Expérience fantastique: I hired Redback Tours to drive my family of 5 into Canada from Buffalo to avoid Canada’s disastrous quarantine hotels. The Hotels would have cost my family over $2000….ridiculous! Instead I paid less than a third of that and was driven straight to my home! The service was excellent and the bus was top notch with leather seats and USB charging ports at the seats. Complimentary ice cold water topped off a great experience! Thanks Angela, Paul for organizing our trip and for your tips and suggestions. Thank you Jose for being so professional and brining some sanity to our boarder crossing.

She was so accommodating and went out of her way to give us all the little things that made a surprise birthday adventure one to remember. Our driver, Jose Alberto kept us entertained, on track and on time - awesome. The venues were beautiful and welcoming, the food and drink incredible and the entire day was beyond our expectations. Right from my initial phone call, regarding bus sizes and pricing to being dropped off at our final destination, myself and my group were absolutely blown away with the service that was provided. The bus was clean, roomy and extremely comfortable. We booked the 20 person bus as we had 18 guys with golf clubs...not an issue whatsoever. Our bus driver was very professional and prompt. He deserved the tip we provided him!! Redback tours will be our 1st choice when it comes to booking!!!

Expérience fantastique: Angela at Redback was amazing to work with! We had planned to use them for our wedding, however, due to the pandemic we were unable to have the guests required for a shuttle. Angela was extremely understanding as we went through multiple changes to our plans throughout the various lockdowns and rule changes. While we did not end up using their services, we will most definitely be booking our next event with them! Customer service is clearly a major priority of Redback Tours, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to book shuttle service of any size and for any event!

Paul has researched and organized flights and tours that included a cruise of the Greek Islands and the Rhine River and Coach tours of Italy, Europe and Ireland and we are looking forward to an upcoming Coach tour of Spain & Portugal in May. Paul’s attention to detail and broad travel knowledge has taken away much of the stress and uncertainty in planning our trips abroad. Expérience fantastique: We recently booked a Niagara wine tour event for a group of 18ppl. We used Redback tours to manage all the transportation for our event from bringing us to 4x wineries, to our dinner afterwards, and the final drop off back home. It allowed everyone to enjoy themselves without having to worry about driving, navigating, or being separated between each stop. The mini coach bus was brand new and absolutely gorgeous! The oversized, leather seats made everyone comfortable which was an added bonus for those who needed to sleep on the way home from our busy day. The driver was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to have as our driver. We highly recommend Redback tours for any of your upcoming event and gatherings. We are already planning our next one and making sure we get ourselves booked into their schedule!
