Expérience fantastique: Wonderful day In Quebec City! We were promptly picked up from our hotel and driven to our bus. From there, we embarked on a three hour tour to Quebec City from Montreal. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also spoke many languages. The bus ride was smooth and comfortable. I would take another trip with them, hopefully in the Summer months. Canada is very cold, especially when you are from Florida!

Highlights of Quebec were given in English, French and Mandarin. Quebec is a very interesting city. Lots to offer. Rich in history, sites and food.

Expérience fantastique: It was my 4th time to visit Quebec City, but my 1st time to visit with Concordtours travel. The are very accommodating and helpful. We were running late because of the travel time but they still that we make it and waited for us. Thomas was very friendly and a good tourist guide he spoke 3 languages French, English & Mandarin which is a plus and he spoke about the history of Quebec City that I have never heard from my past visits. We'll surely do this again next year. Highly recommended

Expérience fantastique: I went to Quebec city for the first time with them. It was a one day trip packed with schedule. I loved that there were no time wasted and I did not feel overwhelmed either. They had local tourist taking us to various spots and giving us very interesting story about the past of the city. Not only that, there was also just enough free time to walk around by myself and take memorable photos. The tourist Thomas also recommended photo spots from the kdrama the goblin. It was overall a great trip. I would totally travel with them again

Expérience fantastique: My family and I participated in a three-day tour of New York, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience! We managed to check off almost all of the major attractions in New York, and our hotel was conveniently located, very close to the city center, making transportation a breeze. Our tour guide was highly professional and impressively knowledgeable about the city. He not only helped us learn about the history and culture of each site, but he even took us to savor the delightful street food, New York hot dogs!

Expérience fantastique: I traveled with them to visit Toronto. It was very nice. The driver drive safely. The guide (Troma) is so polite, kind and professional. The hotel they booked us (Hilton Garden) is very good. I totally recommend it. It's not cheap, but it's worth. The bus is pretty comfortable, but it can be better. And also, it's not always possible to charge your phone on the bus (which is regrettable), so prepare a power bank. I paid for all the proposed activities, but I think I could have skipped the Aquarium (as it's not impressive compared to others).

He was calm, patient and empathetic. His great experience and knowledge was truly demonstrated during the trip. He walked us through all the spots and also enlightened us with history and additional details about places, Canadian history and heritage. I would definitely suggest Mr Thomas for any future trips. Expérience fantastique: the best if not the best of the best . I've explored Niagara and Toronto before, and recently, New York City. Every time, the experience has been absolutely fabulous. Our guide, Mr. Bin (or Mr. BoB - Best of the Best), was incredibly helpful, kind, and amusing. Special thanks to him and also to our bus driver, who expertly navigated Manhattan's busy streets during peak times. I have only positive things to say; considering the prices and the experience ,it truly deserves a 5-star rating. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next destination!

Expérience fantastique: As a travel enthusiast, my recent one-day trip to Mont-Tremblant was truly amazing! First and foremost, the bus was very comfortable, and the journey of over an hour felt effortless. Our tour guide was highly professional, providing us with detailed and informative commentary. He was incredibly friendly and made sure everyone was well-prepared, even reminding us to dress warmly to avoid catching a chill. The maple leaves on the mountain were absolutely stunning, and I'm thrilled I didn't miss this year's peak season for foliage. I heard they might start falling next week, so I'm glad I went when I did. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't ideal, but we can't blame that on the tour guide, can we? Haha! I'll definitely be joining them for my upcoming trip to New York!

Our tour guide Thomas was very informative regarding the history of our venues, as well as being friendly, organized and patient with our group of 50+ people. Expérience fantastique: It was my first time experiencing a trip with Concord tours and travels, and I must say I was truly pleased by the service. Our team lead Mr. Yu organized the trip so well and managed it effortlessly throughout the day to provide a hassle free journey. The bus has comfortable seats and enough leg room. Even the bus driver played a significant role in maintaining our safety on roads by driving safely. Not to forget the tour guide at Quebec city, she was an amazing lady with a beautiful aura, quite knowledgeable and helped us explore the city beautifully. I am looking forward to more trips with Concord tours and travels. Also, I highly recommend it to everyone, just try it out I am sure you will have a similar or even better experience. Absolutely 10/10!

Expérience fantastique: Just coming back from a two days trip to Toronto with a friend. The itinerary was pretty good, just as it is described on their website. We loved each site we had the chance to visit. We will definitely book another trip on the upcoming days.

Expérience fantastique: Our company team building, the two-day and one-night tour of Quebec City was successfully completed, the driver and tour guide Jacky was recommended, he explained the whole process to us very carefully, and several famous scenic spots also went to visit and take pictures. We stayed in a four-star hotel and ate well. Well, overall, I am very satisfied. I will look for Jacky again next time we travel.

Expérience fantastique: We went on the 3 day gaspé tour, with our 7 month old and 5 year old. We greatly enjoyed the trip. The guide (Thomas) and the driver (Danielle) were very helpful and always kept us informed of the history of the places as well as the itinerary (thank you so much!!). The guide spoke English, French, and Chinese fluently. Greatly satisfied with the hotels we stayed in. The bus was comfortable. Fellow travellers were also very nice, lot of them young families.

Expérience fantastique: We had a three day Gaspé tour. We really enjoyed a lot. Our guide was Mr.Thomas. He is a very efficient, helpful and familiar, good person. Our bus driver was Mr. Simon. He is calm but also a good guy. We had a group of 13 people. All are family members and friends.We have no complain. We wish we will do our next trip with Concord.

Expérience fantastique: 5 ÉTOILES, merci beaucoup à Jasmine ! Après avoir terminé un merveilleux voyage, j'ai malheureusement laissé tomber mon portefeuille sur le sol du bus touristique. Après m'en être rendu compte, je suis retourné au bureau de Concord, heureusement Jasmine était encore là même après 18h. Jasmine était très patiente et serviable, elle a vérifié les horaires des bus, organisé en conséquence et nous a gentiment partagé les informations. Avec son aide, notre bus est revenu au bureau après environ une heure, et j'ai pu remonter dans le bus et enfin retrouver mon portefeuille ! Je me souviens très bien à quel point j'étais frustré et je ne peux pas imaginer à quel point cela aurait été complexe si j'avais dû déclarer la perte et refaire toutes mes pièces d'identité et cartes dans mon portefeuille. Jasmine m'a tout simplement SAUVÉ LA VIE ! Le voyage lui-même était également génial et bien organisé. Jacky était aussi très sympathique tout au long du voyage. Merci à Jacky également. Une expérience unique pour moi avec Concord Tours & Travel ! Je recommanderais certainement et participerais à d'autres voyages avec Concord. Merci Concord !

Expérience fantastique: I had a trip to Gaspe with Concord tour. We were bus number 4, and we had a great time. They were on time all of the time, and we visited many beautiful places. The tour guide Quan was a nice person, and he takes care of others. For example, Quan had mentioned several times before the trip to the island (Ile Bonaventure) that we need to bring two bottle of water, yet he still carried a heavy backpack of water bottles to give water to those who felt thirsty. Totally, I believe Quan was a supportive leader and cared about others. The driver, Christin, was also a nice person. Thanks Quan and Christin for such a nice trip :)

Expérience fantastique: I had my 2nd 1-day tour with concord tours and both times the guides were really nice and they tried to explain clearly the itinerary for the day. I would totally recommend this agency for tours coming out of montreal and i will definitely keep choosing them for future tours. 1st tour was to Montmorency falls, Hôtel de glace & Quebec City in January 2022. I don’t remember the name of the guide but he was really friendly and made the whole experience nice. 2nd tour to Ottawa & Tulipfest in May 2022. I’d like to say that Mr. Thomas was a really good guide with a lot of service attitude.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons eu un excellent voyage de 3 jours, notre guide Thomas était excellent pour fournir des instructions trilingues et donner beaucoup d'avertissements sur les arrêts. Il nous a informés de la nature des services disponibles aux arrêts et des conseils sur où aller pour manger. Notre chauffeur Claude était exceptionnel, conduisant de manière fluide mais rapide et efficace, nous donnant également accès aux bagages et allumant la climatisation à notre demande lors des arrêts. Notre bus avait 2 ports USB et des prises de courant par siège. Les seuls inconvénients étaient peut-être les hôtels, mais nous avions été prévenus à l'avance que les choix étaient limités. Aucun repas au premier hôtel, mais on nous a donné une pause pour acheter à manger en compensation.

Expérience positive: Superbe voyage de deux jours les 3 et 4 août 2022. Très bien organisé. Excellent chauffeur. Ça aurait été génial si la climatisation avait été vérifiée avant le départ. Nous avons souffert chaque fois que nous étions à bord du bus car il faisait chaud à l'intérieur. Le guide a une très bonne connaissance des sites et il est capable de fournir des informations appropriées et précises à leur sujet. Pourtant, ce serait bien s'il pouvait travailler à améliorer son orthographe pour rendre le tout plus clair et facile à comprendre. Merci aux tours et voyages Concord pour la formidable expérience que nous avons eue avec vous.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai été vraiment impressionné par l'étape de Québec du voyage. Les magnifiques paysages et les explications merveilleusement vivantes de ma guide Chloe Zhang sur chaque site ont rendu le voyage très intéressant et enrichissant. Le chauffeur Joe a conduit très doucement et était un chauffeur expérimenté, et son bus était très propre. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une très bonne expérience, grâce à Chloe et Joe.
