Expérience fantastique: We had a great time on our tour to Quebec City, Danny was excellent! It was great value for money, with a trip to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec from Montréal. We had assigned seats on the bus and charging ports available. Danny was great at introducing each of the locations and coordinating everyone back on the bus. We had plenty of time to explore Old Quebec and try the local foods (approx. 5 hours). There was an option to take a cruise at an additional fee if you wanted. This trip is a long day, leaving Montréal at 7am and returning at 8pm. It would be helpful if the website provided a more detailed breakdown of the timing of each activity. Overall, everything ran on time and we had a wonderful day. Would definitely recommend!

We had enough time at the Falls and at Old Quebec. Our guide Angela was definitely the best. She was very knowledgeable. If you had any questions, she was able to answer. Her energy was definitely a key of the trip. She was really spreading a positive energy that really made the trip even happier.

Expérience fantastique: I just want to commend Yang (our tour guide) for our trip. I was very impressed with the way he transition when speaking between 3 languages (English, French and Mandarin, amazing!). He was born to this! He made the trip not boring even with the long 3 hour drive from Montreal to Quebec. His ways are funny and enjoyable, honest and nice to talk to. But still very much respectful of everybody. Kudos!!! Just a small suggestion to the company, it may be good to include some trivial talks during the drive showcasing some landmarks. But overall, great tour!!

Expérience fantastique: I had an amazing day tour led by Eva, a friendly and helpful tour guide. We went to Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec City. We had enough time to take pictures and walk around in every spots. Although there was some technical issue related to the bus, the agency quickly responded and we all were satisfied. The price is affordable and I recommend this tour if you haven’t been to Quebec City before.

Expérience fantastique: We really had a very good and simple trip to Quebec City with Angela as the guide. She was AMAZING! A knowledgeable, patient guide who was always here for us. It was easy to contact her. She replies to the message super quickly and always answers phone calls. Before letting people go, she made sure that everyone got the information and always explained to us the characteristics of the places and the history of Quebec. She also sent a text message with all the places to go visit and gave us some tips for Old Quebec. The cruise was very nice especially when you have 5 hours of free time at Old Quebec. Overall, it is a really good trip that I recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I booked a 3-day tour from Montreal to Toronto and Niagara and I’d have to admit, it was amazing! The tour covered many famous attractions. The hotel was so comfortable and I had a really pleasant stay. Our tour leader, Luke, was there with us for the entire time. He managed a large group of people (around 55) really well! Looking forward to going to more tours with Wonder travel :)

We spent first day in Toronto, we had enough time to see the downtown of Toronto. We spent a night in Toronto and the hotel was nice and clean. Next day we went to Niagara falls, we took a tour which was great, then we were taken to buffet for lunch and came back to Montreal. It was a good experience. Expérience fantastique: We did a 2 days trip to 1000 Island, Toronto and Niagara. It was a great experience with my family visiting from Australia. Eva, our tour guide, was very accommodating. She did make a confirmation call prior to the trip. She makes sure we get into the bus first as we have seniors in our group. Expérience fantastique: A wonderful experience for our 2 days tour to Toronto & Niagara Falls. Luke (our tour guide) is very knowledgeable and organised in our itinerary. He’s able to speak 3 main languages, english/french/mandarin, which is astounding. He’s patient and ensure all the travellers are seated properly esp. in the restaurant where we stop for lunch. Expérience fantastique: Yang est un guide touristique exceptionnel qui va au-delà des attentes pour répondre aux besoins des participants individuels et s'assurer que la visite se déroule sans accroc et à l'heure. Il a une grande connaissance de l'histoire et de l'importance des sites locaux, ainsi que des questions pratiques comme où trouver un bon endroit pour déjeuner. Il a un bon sens de l'humour et veille à ce que les participants soient informés des règles du bus, comme revenir à l'autobus à temps. Cependant, il est flexible quand c'est nécessaire, par exemple, lorsque des files d'attente sont longues à une aire de repos, ce qui peut amener un participant à revenir quelques minutes en retard. La visite était remplie de sites intéressants à divers endroits dans la ville de Québec. Il y avait une option pour une croisière fluviale moyennant des frais modiques. La croisière était un peu trop longue à mon goût, avec 1,5 heure, mais cela valait le coût. Les prix des repas et des souvenirs à bord du navire étaient raisonnables. Yang s'est assuré que les participants à la croisière comme ceux qui ne participaient pas étaient bien pris en charge et a répondu à toutes les questions en détail.

Time management, tour planning, hotel management and organising the whole tour was very much satisfying.... Expérience fantastique: We had a guided tour to new york this weekend and If you are looking fo an honest and fair review you found the one. This trip was not perfect and this is exaclty what you should expect! It is almost a tour of 55 persons, so you should expect delays from the passengers , delays because of the huge traffic in new york and last minute changes to plan. None is the fault/responsibility of the guide or the agency but rather bad luck and lack of consideration of other passengers. We had a minor inconvenient with the driver but he made up for us at the end of the day by offering an extra time in the down town. If you are planning for a 1st time visit to new york , you certainly should consider this option: easy passage at the borders in/out ( in comparison to cars- getting into Canada took us 15 min vs a line of easily 300 cars !), you enjoy the views without the stress of driving and parking, their time frame makes the trip more structured and allows the perfect duration for every activity and the guide takes all the time to book activities and provides tickets! Jacque did a wonderful job and it is certainly not easy to accomdate all the passengers so bring in your open mind, good mood and comfortable pair of shoes!

L'itinéraire était bien pensé et notre groupe entier a pu voir tous les sites confortablement. L'expérience a été encore améliorée grâce à la présence de M. Jack comme notre guide touristique. Il est très attentionné et prend en considération tout le monde. Our tour guide Jacky was extremely helpful and answered all questions. He always has a smile, even with the difficult passengers. Mario is the best driver ever. It was a wonderful day.
